Against the backdrop of increasingly serious climate change, researchers are attempting to extend macroscale carbon reduction research to smaller scales. With the rapid development and widespread application of electric vehicles(EVs), an effective approach for carbon reduction based on EVs has the potential to be developed. To coordinate and manage the EV platform in diverse application scenarios, the concept of an on-board nanogrid(OBNG), in which a nanogrid is combined with the EV, is proposed and defined, and the characteristics summarized. A configuration that includes a physical layer with the on-board hardware system; an information layer for logical control, energy management, and communication coordination; and an application layer that can cope with different working environments is proposed. A detailed introduction to the basic architecture and management mode of each layer is provided along with information concerning the relevant technologies for coordinated operation. New ideas and approaches to improve the existing performance are proposed, and finally, combined with a background of smart and low-carbon cities, major application scenarios are envisioned.

Effect of Artificial Electric Field Surface by Wave-Driven Triboelectricity on Anti-Bioadhesion for Riser Protection

The winding insulation temperature rising characteristic was investigated before and after interturn short circuit (ITSC) in permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG). Firstly, the magnetic flux density, stator current, core loss and copper loss expressions in normal and ITSC conditions were deduced. Then three dimensional finite element analysis (FEA) models were established. The varied types of loss were calculated in the electromagnetic filed and imported into the temperature field to obtain the temperature distribution of winding insulation. Finally, the experiments were taken on the LR -5 prototype PMSG to measure the winding insulation temperature. The experiment results are good accorded with the theoretical analysis and FEA results. It is shown that the winding temperature will increase significantly acted by the shorted winding current under ITSC fault. The server ITSC fault degree is intensified, the higher winding insulation temperature will be. In addition, the deformation, strain and stress resulting from the uneven distribution of thermal load on the winding insulation will also intensify. The insulation at the nose end of the winding is prone to damage due to high temperatures. This can be addressed by improving the cooling and heat dissipation structure or applying a heat-resistant coating to enhance the reliability of the insulation at the nose end. © 2024 Editorial Department of Electric Machines and Control. Biofouling has been a persistent problem in marine riser system, resulting in energy waste and equipment damage. Inthis study, a kind of water wave-driven contact-mode flexible triboelectric nanogeneration has been prepared byusing graphene-doped PDMS as dielectric friction material. When the graphene content is 2%, the average outputvoltage can reach 46 V under the contact frequency 10 Hz. The flexible triboelectric nanogeneration encapsulationmodule is impinged by water waves to generate alternating microelectric field on the riser surface and destroy theadhesion conditions of microorganisms during the biofilm stage. In the biofouling experiments at different stages, thebiofouling area of the platymonas subcordiformis has been reduced by 53%, 62% and 61%. It provides a new ideafor effective treatment of biofouling of mussels, oysters and barnacles attached to risers.

In the present paper, we study the boundary concentration-breaking phenomena on two thermal insulation problems considered on lipschitz domains, based on Serrin's overdetermined result, the perturbation argument, and a comparison of Laplacian eigenvalues with different boundary conditions. Since neither of the functionals in the two problems is C^(1), another key ingredient is to obtain the global H?lder regularity of minimizers of both problems on lipschitz domains. Also, the exact dependence on the domain of breaking thresholds is given in the first problem, and the breaking values are obtained in the second problem on ball domains, which are related to 2π in dimension 2.

The conventional computing architecture faces substantial chal-lenges,including high latency and energy consumption between memory and processing units.In response,in-memory computing has emerged as a promising alternative architecture,enabling computing operations within memory arrays to overcome these limitations.Memristive devices have gained significant attention as key components for in-memory computing due to their high-density arrays,rapid response times,and ability to emulate biological synapses.Among these devices,two-dimensional(2D)material-based memristor and memtransistor arrays have emerged as particularly promising candidates for next-generation in-memory computing,thanks to their exceptional performance driven by the unique properties of 2D materials,such as layered structures,mechanical flexibility,and the capability to form heterojunctions.This review delves into the state-of-the-art research on 2D material-based memristive arrays,encompassing critical aspects such as material selection,device perfor-mance metrics,array structures,and potential applications.Furthermore,it provides a comprehensive overview of the current challenges and limitations associated with these arrays,along with potential solutions.The primary objective of this review is to serve as a significant milestone in realizing next-generation in-memory computing utilizing 2D materials and bridge the gap from single-device characterization to array-level and system-level implementations of neuromorphic computing,leveraging the potential of 2D material-based memristive devices.

Hepatitis B virus(HBV)produces and releases various particle types,including complete virions,subviral particles with envelope proteins,and naked capsids.Recent studies demonstrate that HBV exploits distinct intracellular membrane trafficking pathways,including the endosomal vesicle trafficking and autophagy pathway,to assemble and release viral and subviral particles.Herein,we summarize the findings about the distinct roles of autophagy and endosomal membrane trafficking and the interaction of both pathways in HBV replication,assembly,and release.

Quantification of perfluorinated compounds in atmospheric particulate shows potential connection with environmental event

A method of quantification of perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)from atmospheric particulate matter(APM)is described.A single step pretreatment method,selective pressurized liquid extraction(SPLE),was developed to reduce the high matrix background and avoid contamination from commonly used multiple sample pretreatment steps.An effective sorbent was selected to purify the PFCs during SPLE,followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS),for quantification of PFCs.Conditions affecting the SPLE efficiency,including temperature,static extraction time,and number of extraction cycles used,were studied.The optimum conditions were found to be 120℃,10 min,and 3 cycles,respectively.LC-MS/MS method was developed to obtain the optimal sensitivity specific to PFCs.The method detection limits(MDLs)were 0.006 to 0.48 ng/g for the PFCs studied and the linear response range was from 0.1 to 100 ng/g.To ensure accurate values were obtained,each step of the experiment was evaluated and controlled to prevent contamination.The optimized method was tested by performing spiking experiments in natural particulate matter matrices and good rates of recovery and reproducibility were obtained for all target compounds.Finally,the method was successfully used to measure 16 PFCs in the APM samples collected in Beijing over five years from 2015 to 2019.It is observed that some PFCs follow the trend of total PFC changes,and can be attributed to the environment influencing events and policy enforcement,while others don't seem to change as much with time of the year or from year to year.

In this paper,we study the Hamiltonian systems H(y,x,ξ,ε)=〈ω(ξ),y〉+εP(y,x,ξ,ε),where ω and P are continuous about ξ.We prove that persistent invariant tori possess the same frequency as the unperturbed tori,under a certain transversality condition and a weak convexity condition for the frequency mapping ω.As a direct application,we prove a Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser(KAM) theorem when the perturbation P holds arbitrary Holder continuity with respect to the parameter ξ.The infinite-dimensional case is also considered.To our knowledge,this is the first approach to the systems with the only continuity in the parameter beyond H?lder's type.

Metapaths with specific complex semantics are critical to learning diverse semantic and structural information of heterogeneous networks(HNs)for most of the existing representation learning models.However,any metapaths consisting of multiple,simple metarelations must be driven by domain experts.These sensitive,expensive,and limited metapaths severely reduce the flexibility and scalability of the existing models.A metapath-free,scalable representation learning model,called Metarelation2vec,is proposed for HNs with biased joint learning of all metarelations in a bid to address this problem.Specifically,a metarelation-aware,biased walk strategy is first designed to obtain better training samples by using autogenerating cooperation probabilities for all metarelations rather than using expert-given metapaths.Thereafter,grouped nodes by the type,a common and shallow skip-gram model is used to separately learn structural proximity for each node type.Next,grouped links by the type,a novel and shallow model is used to separately learn the semantic proximity for each link type.Finally,supervised by the cooperation probabilities of all meta-words,the biased training samples are thrown into the shallow models to jointly learn the structural and semantic information in the HNs,ensuring the accuracy and scalability of the models.Extensive experimental results on three tasks and four open datasets demonstrate the advantages of our proposed model.
