在商业肉鸡的饲养中断喙是必要的,其可以避免或减少生长过程中因啄伤造成的危害。试验旨在研究两种不同断喙方法与不断喙对鸡生产性能的影响。电烙断喙器(EcD)是从鸡的喙尖部进行烧伤断喙。红外断喙器(IBT)则在大约初孵的10d里应用红外光束,使活体基底组织与坚硬角质导完全分离。第二部分试验选择当地孵化场刚孵化出的708只Ross鸡,并对鸡群的1/3雏鸡进行IBT断喙。然后将所有的雏鸡运往另一个孵化场,对剩余的2/3雏鸡一半采用EcD断喙,另一半则不进行断喙(NBT)。断喙过程均由断喙技术熟练的人员操作。此后所有的雏鸡被运往阿肯色大学试验基地。按照试验设计,对每只雏鸡进行颈部标记及称重,并用游标卡尺测量喙径。试验结果表明,在第11天时IBT组雏鸡体重比NBT组和EcD组分别提高7.8和8.7g,差异极显著(PcD组雏鸡体重较NBT组有所下降,差异显著(P0.05),而在第21天和42天时,IBT组、EcD组与NBT组间在体重及体重增加上均无显著差异(P>0.05)。可见,在孵化当天便由技术熟练、经验丰富的人员对雏鸡断喙,不会对6周龄内雏鸡的生产性能产生明显影响。一般认为鸡生产性能的下降与其身体和精神敏感性应激有关。经红外烧灼断喙的雏鸡到达性成熟时体重显著减少,说明只要操作得当,任何断喙方法对鸡造成的身体和精神的应激,均不会影响其早期生长速度。

The joint European Space Agency and chinese Academy of Sciences Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)mission will explore global dynamics of the magnetosphere under varying solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field conditions,and simultaneously monitor the auroral response of the Northern Hemisphere *** these large-scale responses with medium and fine-scale measurements at a variety of cadences by additional ground-based and space-based instruments will enable a much greater scientific impact beyond the original goals of the SMILE ***,we describe current community efforts to prepare for SMILE,and the benefits and context various experiments that have explicitly expressed support for SMILE can offer.A dedicated group of international scientists representing many different experiment types and geographical locations,the Ground-based and Additional Science Working Group,is facilitating these *** include constructing an online SMILE Data Fusion Facility,the discussion of particular or special modes for experiments such as coherent and incoherent scatter radar,and the consideration of particular observing strategies and spacecraft *** anticipate growing interest and community engagement with the SMILE mission,and we welcome novel ideas and insights from the solar-terrestrial community.

This study focuses on the development of a hydrothermal method for the rapid synthesis of good quality copper benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylate(referred to as HKUST-1)with high yield under mild preparation conditions to address the issues associated with reported *** synthesis conditions and activation methods were studied to understand their influence on the properties of *** was found that mixing the precursors at50°c for 3 h followed by activation via methanol refluxing led to the formation of a product with the highest BET specific surface area of 1615 m~2/g and a high yield of 84.1%.The XRD and SEM data illustrated that the product was highly *** sample was also tested on its capacity in *** results showed strong correlation between surface area of the sample and its cO2uptake at 1 bar and 27°*** HKUST-1 prepared in this study demonstrated a high cO2uptake capacity of 4.2 mmol/*** is therefore concluded that this novel and efficient method can be used in the rapid preparation of HKUST-1 with high surface area and cO2uptake capacity.
