The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Protein digestive dynamics of meat and bone meals in broiler chickens

This study determined the variations in protein digestibilities and digestion rates in broiler chickens offered diets containing 7 different meat and bone meals(MbM).A total of 252 male Ross 308 broiler chickens were offered 7 atypical diets largely based on maize and MbM from 24 to 28 d *** experimental diet was offered to 6 replicates with 6 birds per replicate *** were collected in their entirety from 25 to 27 d post-hatch and on 28 d *** samples were collected from the proximal jejunum,distal jejunum,proximal ileum and distal *** digestibilities of protein were determined in each segment and apparent digestibilities of amino acids were measured in the distal *** were significant differences in apparent protein digestibility coefficients in the proximal jejunum(P=0.006),where broiler chickens offered the high ash beef meal(diet 7)generated the lowest protein digestibility in the proximal jejunum(0.318).Similarly,there were significant differences in apparent digestibility coefficients in the distal jejunum(Pd distal ileum(Pbut not in the proximal *** pronounced differences were found in the disappearance rate of protein and there were significant differences in all 4 segments of the small intestine(Pbroiler chickens offered the high ash beef meal had the lowest protein disappearance rate(Pdifference was observed in the predicted protein digestion rate(P=0.486)but chickens offered the high ash beef meal had the lowest potential digestible protein(0.662,P=0.034)whereas the highest potential digestible protein(0.739)was detected in diet 5(containing a beef meal).This study contributed to the establishment of a preliminary database to include digestion rates of starch and protein into practical diet formulation.

本文研究了存在盗版下提供商推出免费版对信息产品定价及质量决策的影响。分别给出了不推出免费版和推出免费版两种情境下三种市场模式的形成条件,对比分析了推出免费版前后信息产品定价、盗版率、提供商利润的差异,在此基础上进一步探讨了免费版以及网络外部性对信息产品均衡质量和消费者剩余的影响。研究表明:盗版竞争模式下,推出免费版有助于提高产品定价,增加提供商利润,在盗版质量成本比较高时也有助降低市场盗版率;随着盗版成本的增大,“道德”消费者剩余和社会福利呈先上升再下降最后平稳的趋势,但只有网络外部性较大时推出免费版才有利于提高总消费者剩余;市场存在盗版时,推出免费版会降低产品质量,网络外部性则有助于提升产品质量;无盗版时结论是否成立取决于网络外部性大小。

RANS simulations of the U and V grooves effect in the subcritical flow over four rotated circular cylinders

This paper presents a CFd study about the effect of the V and U grooves in the flow over four cylinders in diamond shape configuration at subcritical flow conditions（Re= 41 000）. The k- ε Realizable turbulence model was implemented to fully structured hexahedral grids with near-wall refinements. Results showed that the numerical model was able to reproduce the impinging flow pattern and the repulsive forces present in the lateral cylinders of the smooth cylinder array. As a consequence of the flow alignment induced by the grooves, a jet-flow is formed between the lateral cylinders, which could cause an important vortex induced vibration effect especially in the rear cylinder. The magnitudes of the shear stresses at the valleys and peaks for the V grooved cylinders were lower than those of the U grooved cylinders, but the separation points were delayed due the U grooves presence. It is discussed the presence of a blowing effect caused by counter-rotating eddies located near the grooves peaks that cause a decrease of the shear stresses in the valleys, and promote them at the peaks.

We presented a control strategy for tablet manufacturing processes based on continuous direct *** work was conducted by the experts of pharmaceutical companies,machine suppliers,academia,and regulatory authority in *** different items in the process,the component ratio and blended powder content were selected as the items requiring the control method specific to continuous manufacturing different from the conventional batch *** control and management of the Loss in Weight(LIW)feeder were deemed the most important,and the Residence Time distribution(RTd)model were regarded effective for setting the control range and for controlling of the LIW *** on these ideas,the concept of process control using RTd was summarized.

Stability and control of dynamic walking for a five-link planar biped robot with feet

during dynamic walking of biped robots, the underactuated rotating degree of freedom （dOF） emerges between the support foot and the ground, which makes the biped model hybrid and dimension-variant. This paper addresses the asymptotic orbit stability for dimension-variant hybrid systems （dVHS）. based on the generalized Poincare map, the stability criterion for dVHS is also presented, and the result is then used to study dynamic walking for a five-link planar biped robot with feet. Time-invariant gait planning and nonlinear control strategy for dynamic walking with fiat feet is also introduced. Simulation results indicate that an asymptotically stable limit cycle of dynamic walking is achieved by the proposed method.

Graded quantities of 1.38,2.76 and 4.14 g/kg L-methionine were included in a control diet formulated to contain 3.07 g/kg digestible *** of the 4 dietary treatments was offered to 6 replicate cages(initially 8 birds per cage)from 1 to 21 d *** parameters assessed included growth performance,nutrient utilisation(apparent metabolisable energy[AME],AME:GE ratios,N retention,Ncorrected apparent metabolisable energy[AMEn]),apparent digestibility coefficients and disappearance rates of amino acids in the distal *** also included free amino concentrations in systemic plasma(brachial vein)at 20 d postehatch and in hepatic tissue at 14 and 21 d *** L-methionine inclusions quadratically influenced weight gain(r=0.688;P=0.001)and FCR(r=0.780;Pbe deduced from the quadratic regressions that 3.43 g/kg L-methionine supported maximum weight gain of 1,036 g/kg and 3.50 g/kg L-methionine minimum FCR of 1.193,from 1 to 21 d *** control diet contained specified levels of 3.07 g/kg digestible methionine and 13.0 g/kg digestible ***,an inclusion of 3.465 g/kg L-methionine corresponded to a total of 6.535 g/kg methionine or a methionine-to-lysine ratio of 50.3,which is higher than standard *** implications of this and other outcomes of the present study are reported and discussed.

As lowering crude protein(CP)in poultry diets continues to minimize amino acid excess,it is important to understand the limiting order of amino acids and the impact of their ***,a pair of experiments were conducted to observe the effects of individual amino acid deletions on growth performance,carcass traits,and nutrient *** experiments involved 3 control diets based on wheat and soybean meal,including a 210.0 g/kg CP industry control(IC),186.7 g/kg CP positive control(PC)supplemented with feed-grade amino acids to match the IC amino acid profile,186.7 g/kg CP negative control(NC)with reducing N corrected apparent metabolizable energy(AMEN)by 0.5 MJ/kg and removing feed-grade amino acids beyond L-Lys-HCl,dL-Met,and L-Thr from *** deletion diets where the following supplemented amino acids were individually removed from the PC:Val,Ile,Leu,Trp,Arg,His,Phe t Tyr,glycine equivalence(Glyequi),Pro,and Energy(0.5 MJ/kg reduction in AMEN of the PC).All diets were formulated to contain similar concentrations of digestible Lys,total sulfur amino acid(TSAA)and *** diets were offered to broiler chickens from 15 to 22 d postehatch in a cage study(Exp.1)to gain digestibility and nutrient utilization data;whereas they were offered from 15 to 35 d post ehatch in a floor-pen study(Exp.2)to gain performance and carcass yield *** removal of supplemented Val,Arg,and Ile resulted in reduction on broiler performance(Pd the removal of Val,Arg,Ile,and Glyequi negatively influenced carcass traits(Pboth experiments indicate that Val and Arg are co-limiting in wheat-soybean meal diets,but that Ile and Glyequi may potentially limit breast and thigh development.

将声誉效应引入众包竞赛的激励机制可以促使接包方为考虑未来绩效收益而提高当前努力.建立并求解了显性和隐性声誉效应下连续两个任务阶段的动态激励模型,探讨了显性声誉修正系数、隐性声誉系数以及参赛者数量对激励效果的影响,并与无声誉激励机制进行了对比.研究表明,声誉激励机制通过单位绩效激励强度和固定奖励水平两条途径起作用,增大隐性声誉系数有助于提高每个任务阶段的努力程度,显性声誉不确定性则会降低第2任务阶段的努力程度;各种条件下实施声誉激励对第1任务阶段中的努力程度和单位绩效奖励的影响存在不确定性;参赛者数量的增加有助于弱化第1任务阶段中棘轮效应,但也会降低声誉激励机制对努力程度的正向价值,扩大声誉激励机制对单位绩效奖励的负向价值.
