Ammonium dinitramide(ADN)is a new type of green energetic oxidizer with excellent energy density and low pollution combustion ***,the strong hygroscopicity has a significant impact on its practical *** assist in the research on moisture-proof modification of ADN materials,an innovative hygroscopic modeling approach was proposed to evaluate the hygroscopicity of ADN at various temperatures and *** investigating the diffusion coefficient of water molecules in molecular dynamics processes,a visual insight into the hygroscopic process of ADN was ***,analyzing the non-covalent interactions between ADN and water molecules,the hygroscopicity of ADN could be evaluated qualitatively and *** energy analysis revealed that electrostatic forces play a dominant role in the process of water adsorption by ADN,whereas van der Waals forces impede *** a whole,the simulation results show that ADN presents the following hygroscopic law:At temperatures ranging from 273 K to 373 K and relative humidity(rH)from 10%to 100%,the hygroscopicity of ADN generally shows an increasing trend with the rise in temperature and humidity based on the results of three *** to the non-hygroscopic point(298 K,52%rH)of ADN obtained by experiment in the literature,a non-hygroscopic range of temperature and humidity for ADN can be depicted when the simulation results in relative hygroscopicity is less than or equal to 17%.This study can provide effective strategies for screening anti-hygroscopic modified materials of ADN.

Despite the successful application of immune checkpoint therapy,no response or recurrence is typical in lung *** stem cells(CSCs)have been identified as a crucial player in immunotherapy-related ***,a form of cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,is highly regulated by cellular metabolism remolding and has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with *** adaption of CsCs drives tumor resistance,yet the mechanisms of their ferroptosis defense in tumor immune evasion remain ***,through metabolomics,transcriptomics,a lung epithelialspecific Cptla-knockout mouse model,and clinical analysis,we demonstrate that CpT1A,a key rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid oxidation,acts with L-carnitine,derived from tumor-associated macrophages to drive ferroptosis-resistance and CD8^(+)T cells inactivation in lung ***,CpT1A restrains ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc,while c-Myc transcriptionally activates CpT1A *** CpT1A/c-Myc positive feedback loop further enhances the cellular antioxidant capacity by activating the NrF2/GpX4 system and reduces the amount of phospholipid polyunsaturated fatty acids through ACSL4 downregulating,thereby suppressing ferroptosis in ***,targeting CpT1A enhances immune checkpoint blockadeinduced anti-tumor immunity and tumoral ferroptosis in tumor-bearing *** results illustrate the potential of a mechanismguided therapeutic strategy by targeting a metabolic vulnerability in the ferroptosis of CsCs to improve the efficacy of lung cancer immunotherapy.

Alcoholic liver injury (ALD) is a serious liver disease resulting from prolonged and excessive alcohol consumption， with significant morbidity and mortality and closely relate to iron accumulation and ferroptosis. Ferritinophagy is the process of autophagic degradation of ferritin and results in labile iron accumulation and ferroptosis. However， whether ferritinophagy involves in alcohol-induced liver injury and ferroptosis remains unexplored. Here， we demonstrated the involvement of ferroptosis in alcohol-induced liver injury by modulating nuclear receptor coactivator 4 (NCOA4)-mediated ferritinophagy. Utilizing both in vivo and in vitro models， we observed activation of autophagy and ferroptosis following alcohol administration. Intriguingly， we found that alcohol-induced ferroptosis is autophagy-dependent， because autophagy inhibitor 3-MA (30 mg/kg bw. in vivo， 1 mM in vitro， respectively) profoundly mitigated alcohol-induced ferroptosis. We further demonstrated that alcohol-induced ferritinophagy was derived by iron overload， by showing that iron chelator DFO (100 mg/kg bw. in vivo， 10 μM in vitro， respectively) can abolish alcohol-induced ferritinophagy and ferroptosis. Moreover， we observed an upregulation of NCOA4 expression， and knockdown of NCOA4 significantly reversed alcohol-induced disturbances in iron metabolism and subsequently blocking ferroptosis. Our findings suggest a connection between ferritinophagy and alcohol-induced ferroptosis in mouse liver and HepG2 cells， highlighting NCOA4-mediated ferritinophagy as a novel mechanism of alcohol-induced liver injury. This study enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying alcohol-induced liver injury， and targeting ferritinophagy may provide new strategies for preventing or treating ALD.

The compatibility of the gate dielectrics with semiconductors is vital for constructing efficient conducting channel for high charge ***,it is still a highly challenging mission to clearly clarify the relationship between the dielectric layers and the chemical structure of semiconductors,especially vacuum-deposited small ***,interfacial molecular screening of polyimide(Kapton)dielectric in organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)is comprehensively *** is found that the semiconducting small molecules with alkyl side chains prefer to form a high-quality charge transport layer on polyimide(pI)dielectrics compared with the molecules without alkyl side *** this basis,the fabricated transistors could reach the mobility of 1.2 cm^(2) V^(−1)s^(−1) the molecule with alkyl side chains on bare pI *** is more,the compatible semiconductor and dielectric would further produce a low activation energy(E_(A))of 3.01 meV towards efficient charge transport even at low temperature(e.g.,100 K,0.9 cm^(2) V^(−1)s^(−1)).Our research provides a guiding scheme for the construction of high-performance thin-film field-effect transistors based on pI dielectric layer at room and low temperatures.

Marangoni effect at the two-phase interface with different surface tension as a unique mass transfer phenomenon has been widely used in daily life and ***,their marvelous liquid-driving capability between miscible liquids has long been ignored,especially in water ***,we first reveal a distinct underwater Marangoni effect between the solvent of glues and the water layer on solid *** by the Marangoni effect,organic solvents with water solubility,high dielectric constant,and low diffusivity could effectively exclude the interfacial water layer,enabling direct and effective contact between glues and solid *** experimental results and theoretical simulation proved that a relatively large ratio of the Marangoni number in the horizontal direction and to the vertical direction ensured an effective underwater adhesion of the water-excluding *** surface engineering approach provides an alternative to the traditional methods of molecular engineering for realizing underwater adhesion.
