摘      要：Self-assembly of amphiphilic molecules into highly ordered films on an ordered surface by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technology has potential applications in a wide range of organic compounds.1-4 The structures are attracting an increasing amount of interest because of their possible application as an advanced nanomaterials.5 Organic amphiphiles, such as natural and synthetic lipids, are typical self-organizing compounds.
