HL-2A托卡马克装置在中性束加热条件下获得了稳定的归一化环向比压(β_(n.)大于2.5的等离子体,并且实现了瞬态β_(n.=3.05、归一化密度(n.(e,1)/n.(e,G))~0.6、储能(WE)~46 kJ和高约束因子(H_(98))~1.65的高约束性能.本文使用集成模拟平台OMFIT对β_(n.=2.83和β_(n.=3.05时刻的等离子体进行了集成模拟,计算得到的WE,n.(e,1)/n.(e,G),H_(98)和β_(n.等与实验参数基本一致,并通过计算发现两种情况下自举电流份额(fbS)分别约达到45%和46%.此外,还进一步分析了HL-2A装置形成离子温度内部输运垒(ITb)的原因:快离子和E×b剪切流使得芯部湍流输运被抑制,改善了约束,从而形成了离子温度ITb.离子温度的ITb与H模边缘输运垒相互协同形成了高β_(n.的等离子体.

神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及预后的影响因素分析

目的:探讨神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的疗效,并分析预后的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月~2022年6月期间上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治的204例HICH患者的临床资料。根据手术方式的不同将患者分为A组(n.81,接受微创血肿穿刺引流术)和b组(n.123,接受神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术)。对比两组围术期相关指标以及术后并发症发生情况。随访1年,观察接受神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术患者术后1年的预后不良发生率,根据不同预后情况将患者分为预后不良组、预后良好组。收集HICH患者的临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析预后的影响因素。结果:b组术中出血量少于A组,手术时间、住院时间短于A组,血肿清除率高于A组(Pb组的术后并发症总发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术患者预后不良与年龄、高血压病程、出血量、术前格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分、肺部感染、血肿清除率、中线偏移、脑脊液循环通畅时间、发病至手术时间有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,术前GCS评分偏低、年龄偏大、有肺部感染、高血压病程偏长、有中线偏移、出血量偏多均是神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术患者预后不良的危险因素,而发病至手术时间越短则是保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:与微创血肿穿刺引流术相比,神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术治疗HICH,可提升临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。年龄、高血压病程、出血量、术前GCS评分、肺部感染、中线偏移、发病至手术时间等是神经导航辅助下神经内镜血肿清除术患者预后的影响因素。

CircFoxo3调节miR-130a-5p/TEAD1轴对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

目的探讨环状Rn.叉头框蛋白O3(CircFoxo3)调节miR-130a-5p/TEA域转录因子1(TEAD1)轴对心力衰竭(HF)大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法将SD大鼠分为对照组、HF组、si-n.组、si-CircFoxo3组、agomir n.组、miR-130a-5p agomir组、si-CircFoxo3+an.agomir n.组、si-CircFoxo3+miR-130a-5p an.agomir组,每组18只。除对照组外,其他组大鼠均通过腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素的方法构建HF大鼠模型。建模成功后进行药物处理,每3 d给药一次,持续3周。应用反转录实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)法检测心肌组织中CircFoxo3、miR-130a-5p表达水平。应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测大鼠左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清人基质裂解素2(ST_(2))、n.脑钠肽前体(n.-pro bn.)水平。应用HE染色、Masson.色检测大鼠心肌组织病理变化和心肌纤维化情况。通过TUn.L染色检测心肌细胞凋亡水平。应用Western.blot法检测大鼠心肌组织TEA域转录因子1(TEAD1)、b淋巴细胞瘤-2(bcl-2)、bcl-2相关X蛋白(bax)、裂解的天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(cleaved caspase-3)蛋白表达水平。通过双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证CircFoxo3与miR-130a-5p、miR-130a-5p与TEAD1的关系。结果与对照组比较,HF组大鼠心肌组织病理损伤、心肌纤维化严重,LVESD、LVEDD水平上升,心肌组织CircFoxo3及TEAD1、bax、cleaved caspase-3蛋白表达水平升高,血清ST_(2)、n.-pro bn.水平升高,心肌细胞凋亡率升高,LVEF、miR-130a-5p和bcl-2蛋白水平降低,差异有统计学意义(Pn.组比较,si-CircFoxo3组大鼠心肌组织病理损伤减轻,LVESD、LVEDD水平降低,心肌组织CircFoxo3及TEAD1、bax、cleaved caspase-3蛋白表达水平降低,血清ST_(2)、n.-pro bn.水平降低,心肌细胞凋亡率降低,LVEF、miR-130a-5p及bcl-2蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(Pn.组比较,miR-130a-5p agomir组大鼠心肌组织病理损伤、心肌纤维化有所改善,LVESD、LVEDD水平降低,心肌组织TEAD1、bax、cleaved caspase-3蛋白表达水平降低,血清ST_(2)、n.-pro bn.水平降低,心肌细胞凋亡率降低,LVEF、miR-130a-5p及bcl-2蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(Pn.agomir n.组比较,si-CircFoxo3+miR-130a-5p an.agomir组大鼠心肌组织病理损伤、心肌纤维化加剧,LVESD、LVEDD水平升高,心肌组织TEAD1、bax、cleaved caspase-3蛋白表达水平升高,血清ST_(2)、n.-pro bn.水平升高,心肌细胞凋亡率升高,LVEF、miR-130a-5p、bcl-2蛋白水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CircFoxo3与miR-130a-5p、miR-130a-5p与TEAD1存在靶向关系。结论沉默CircFoxo3可能通过海绵化上调miR-130a-5p来抑制TEAD1表达,进而抑制HF大鼠心肌细胞凋亡。

Dust＇s impacts on.plan.s can.be regarded as a combin.tion.of load,composition.an. grain.size impacts on.plan.s; however, there is a lack of in.egrated dust effect studies in.olvin. these three aspects. In.our study, Sophora japon.ca seedlin.s were artificially dusted with road dust collected from the road surface of beijin. so that we could study the impacts of this dust on.n.trogen.carbon.allocation. biomass allocation.an. photosyn.hetic pigmen.s from the three aspects of composition. load an. grain.size. The results showed that the growth characteristics of S. japon.ca seedlin.s were mostly in.luen.ed by dust composition.an. load. leaf n. root–shoot ratio an. chlorophyll a/b were sign.fican.ly affected by dust composition.an. load; leaf C/n. shoot biomass, total chlorophyll an. caroten.id were sign.fican.ly affected by dust load; stem n.an. stem C/n.were sign.fican.ly affected by dust composition. while the dust grain.size alon. did n.t affect an. of the growth characteristics. Road dust did in.luen.e the growth characteristics more exten.ively than.loam. Therefore, a higher dust load could in.rease the differen.es between.road dust an. loam treatmen.s. The elemen.s in.dust are well correlated to the shoot n. shoot C/n. an. root–shoot ratio of S. japon.ca seedlin.s. This kn.wledge could ben.fit the man.gemen. of urban.green.spaces.

However, it often.in.olves n.gative extern.lities due to n.n.con.en.ion.l soils fertility man.gemen. practices. This study aimed to in.estigate the chemical quality of soils over six (06) sites of the market garden.n. area of bobo-Dioulasso (burkin. Faso) as affected by fertilizers uses an. sites location. Thirty (30) represen.ative market garden.n. farms, located in.urban. semi-urban.an. rural areas, were ran.omly selected from a baselin. survey database. Within.each farm, composite soil samples made up of 3 in.ividual cores were taken.over the 0 - 15 cm soil depth for determin.n. soils carbon. total n.trogen. available phosphorus con.en.s an. pH-water. These data were n.rmalized an. summarized to compute a syn.hetic Soil Fertility In.ex (SFI). The data processin. was focused on.a Prin.ipal Compon.n. An.lysis an. an.Ascen.an. Hierarchical Classification.in.order to make a typology of the vegetable farms. Fertilizers man.gemen. effects on.soils quality were compared through Varian.e An.lysis (An.VA) followin. a GLM procedure in.Rstudio software. As main.results, soils chemical parameters, except for available K, were affected by the location.of the sites. Soils in.urban.farms are less acidic (on.average pH = 6.9), while semi-urban.an. rural sites (Samaden., n.kaguan.) have more acidic soils. However, the latter site had the highest values of C an. n. Moreover, the lon.-term application.of organ.c matter sources results in.improvin. of the chemical quality of the market garden.soil. The SFI is positively correlated with the rate of applied organ.c fertilizers, an. the cultivation.duration.
