Aiming at the shortcomings of a traditional centralized control in an active distribution network(AND),this paper proposes a le.der-follower distributed group cooperative control strategy to realize multiple.operation and control tasks for an *** distributed information exchange protocols of the distributed generation(DG)group devoted to node voltage regulation or exchange power control are developed using a DG power utilization ratio as the consensus *** these bases,this study further investigates the le.der optimal sele.tion method for a DG group to improve the response speed of the distributed control ***,a single.or multiple.le.der sele.tion model is established to minimize the constraints of the one-step convergence factor and the number of le.ders to improve the response speed of the distributed control *** simulation results of the IEEE 33 bus standard test system show the effectiveness of the proposed distributed control *** addition,the response speed of a DG control group can be improved effectively when the single.or multiple.le.ders are sele.ted optimally.

Adversarial attacks have been posing significant security concerns to intelligent systems,such as speaker recognition systems(SRSs).Most attacks assume the neural networks in the systems are known beforehand,while.black-box attacks are proposed without such information to meet practical *** black-box attacks improve trans-ferability by integrating multiple.models or training on multiple.datasets,but these methods are *** by the optimisation strategy with spatial information on the perturbed paths and sample.,we propose a Dual Spatial Momentum Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method(DS-MI-FGSM)to improve the transferability of black-box at-tacks against ***,DS-MI-FGSM only needs a single.data and one model as the input;by extending to the data and model neighbouring spaces,it generates adver-sarial example. against the integrating *** reduce the risk of overfitting,DS-MI-FGSM also introduces gradient masking to improve *** authors conduct extensive experiments regarding the speaker recognition task,and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of their method,which can achieve up to 92%attack success rate on the victim model in black-box scenarios with only one known model.

The hybrid manifold micro-pin-fin(MMPF)heat sink combined nozzle.jets is an option for large-scale.integrated circuits(LSI).The demond for uniform and ultra-high heat flux removal by MMPF heat sink has not been adequately *** work aims to solve the proble. of fluid *** proposed basic tiling topologies,including square,regular hexagon,30°rhombus,and 60°rhombus topologies,provide different organized fluid flows and heat transfer *** present study focuses on comparing these topologies according to independent porous medium parameters,such as nozzle.pore size D_(Z),flow pore size D_(X,Y),and porosityε.The results show that the square topology achieves the smalle.t total thermal resistance R_(tot)value of0.0975×10^(-4)K m^2/W,while.the hexagon topology achieved the highest value of COP/?T,which was 2033.9 K^(-1).According to the sensitivity analysis results,the optimal total thermal resistance can be obtained by balancing the influences of nozzle.pore size,flow pore size,and *** optimal pressure drop can be obtained by maximizing the porosity.

Industrial water splitting has long been suppressed by the sluggish kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which requires a catalyst to be ***,we propose a mole.ular-le.el proton acceptor strategy to produce an efficient OER catalyst that can boost industrial-scale.water ***-le.el phosphate(-PO_(4))group is introduced to modify the surface of PrBa_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Co_(2)O_(5)+δ(PBCC).The achieved catalyst(PO_(4)-PBCC)exhibits significantly enhanced catalytic performance in alkaline *** on the X-ray absorption spectroscopy results and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,the PO_(4)on the surface,which is regarded as the le.is base,is the key factor to overcome the kinetic limitation of the proton transfer process during the *** use of the catalyst in a membrane ele.trode assembly(MEA)is further evaluated for industrial-scale.water splitting,and it only needs a low voltage of 1.66 V to achieve a large current density of 1 A cm^(-2).This work provides a new mole.ular-le.el strategy to develop highly efficient OER ele.trocatalysts for industrial applications.

Ferroptosis is a non-apoptotic form of regulated cell death characterized by the le.hal accumulation of iron-dependent membranelocalized lipid *** acts as an innate tumor suppressor mechanism and participates in the biological processes of ***,mesenchymal and dedifferentiated cancer cells,which are usually resistant to apoptosis and traditional therapies,are exquisitely vulnerable.to ferroptosis,further underscoring its potential as a treatment approach for cancers,especially for refractory ***,the impact of ferroptosis on cancer extends beyond its direct cytotoxic effect on tumor *** induction not only inhibits cancer but also promotes cancer development due to its potential negative impact on anticancer ***,a comprehensive understanding of the role.of ferroptosis in cancer is crucial for the successful translation of ferroptosis therapy from the laboratory to clinical *** this review,we provide an overview of the recent advancements in understanding ferroptosis in cancer,covering mole.ular mechanisms,biological functions,regulatory pathways,and interactions with the tumor *** also summarize the potential applications of ferroptosis induction in immunotherapy,radiotherapy,and systemic therapy,as well as ferroptosis inhibition for cancer treatment in various *** finally discuss ferroptosis markers,the current challe.ges and future directions of ferroptosis in the treatment of cancer.

Finite-temperature ductility-brittle.ess and ele.tronic structures of Al_(3)Sc,Al_(2)Sc and AlSc are studied comparatively by first-principle. calculations and ab initio mole.ular *** show that Al_(3)Sc and Al_(2)Sc are brittle.at both ground state and finite temperatures,while.AlSc possesses a significantly superior *** ground state,AlSc is ductile.from Pugh's and Poisson's criteria,while.it is brittle.in Pettifor's *** ductility of all Al_(3)Sc,Al_(2)Sc and AISc improves greatly with the ele.ated ***,the Cauchy pressure of AlSc undergoes a transition from negative to *** T>600 K,AlSc is unequivocally classified as ductile.from all criteria *** all compounds,the Al-Al bond originated from s-p and p-p orbital hybridizations,and the Al-Sc bond dominated by p-d covale.t hybridization,are the first and second strongest chemical bonds,*** explain the difference in mechanical properties,the mean bond strength(MBS)is introduced in this *** weaker Al-Al bond in AlSc,le.ding to a smalle. Regenerative medicine progress is based on the development of cell and tissue bioengineering. One of the aims of tissue engineering is the development of scaffolds, which should substitute the functions of the replaced organ after their implantation into the body. The tissue engineering material must meet a range of requirements, including biocompatibility, mechanical strength, and elasticity. Furthermore, the materials have to be attractive for cell growth: stimulate cell adhesion, migration, proliferation and differentiation. One of the natural biomaterials is silk and its component (silk fibroin). An increasing number of scientists in the world are studying silk and silk fibroin. The purpose of this review article.is to provide information about the properties of natural silk (silk fibroin), as well as its manufacture and clinical application of each configuration of silk fibroin in medicine. Materials and research methods. Actual publications of foreign authors on resources PubMed, Medline, E-library have been analyzed. The sele.tion criteria were materials containing information about the structure and components of silk, methods of its production in nature. This article.placed strong emphasis on silk fibroin, the ways of artificial modification of it for use in various sphere of medicine.

目的建立吉非替尼与吉非替尼片中有关物质的测定方法,用于评价各企业产品的质量,为本品种收录于新版《中国药典》提供方法储备。方法采用CAPCELL PAK C_(18)MGⅡ色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以10 g·L^(-1)乙酸铵溶液(用冰乙酸调节pH值至6.20±0.05)(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃;检测波长为247 nm,进样体积10μL。结果吉非替尼与17个杂质的浓度在各自定量限至相当于主成分的0.2%的范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r均大于0.9990),回收率介于89.4%~108.6%之间,定量限介于0.5~4.6 ng之间(相当于主成分的0.002%~0.02%),检测限介于0.1~1.0 ng之间(相当于主成分的0.001%~0.005%),吉非替尼原料中检出主要杂质为杂质B,吉非替尼片中检出主要杂质为杂质B与杂质Ⅴ。结论该方法高效、灵敏、准确,耐用性良好,可用于吉非替尼和吉非替尼片中杂质的质量控制,为国家药典标准增订提供了可靠的方法。

基于疲劳可靠度的钢桥面板限载取值

为确定钢桥面板限载的合理取值,建立钢桥面板多尺度有限元模型,利用动态称重(WIM)和Monte Carlo方法生成随机车流样本并进行有限元模型动态加载,通过雨流计数法获取钢桥面板随机疲劳应力谱,基于可靠度理论和疲劳累积损伤理论计算钢桥面板典型细节疲劳可靠度,提出基于疲劳可靠度的钢桥面板限载取值方法;以某跨海斜拉桥钢桥面板为例,基于连续12个月的WIM数据,分别对钢桥面板典型细节进行疲劳可靠性评估,考虑交通量和荷载水平的线性年增长系数,确定了不同交通状况下钢桥面板的限载取值。研究结果表明:当前交通状况下钢桥面板疲劳可靠度指标均高于目标疲劳可靠度指标;交通量和荷载水平对钢桥面板疲劳可靠度指标影响较大,考虑交通量线性年增长系数为2.0%或荷载线性年增长系数为0.4%时,钢桥面板部分细节在设计使用年限内疲劳可靠度指标低于目标疲劳可靠度指标;考虑交通量线性年增长系数为3.0%且荷载线性年增长系数为0.6%时,当前49.0 t限载条件下细节疲劳可靠度指标低于目标疲劳可靠度指标,设置限载为36.5 t时疲劳可靠度能够满足疲劳安全要求;当前荷载水平下行车道最大日均货车交通量为3 820 veh,运营过程中交通量增加显著时应加强钢桥面板疲劳损伤检测,必要时采取车辆分流或桥梁限载措施。
