Hyperlipidemia is a major risk factor for erectile dysfunction(ED).Oxidative stress and phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells(CcSMCs)are the key pathological factors of ED.N-acetylcysteine(NAC)can inhibit oxidative stress;however,whether NAc can alleviate pathological variations in the corpus cavernosum and promote erectile function recovery in hyperlipidemic rats remains unclear.A hyperlipidemia model was established using 27 eight-week-old male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol diet(hyperlipidemic rats,HR).In addition,9 male SD rats were fed a normal diet to serve as controls(NC).HR rats were divided into three groups:HR,HR+normal saline(NS),and HR+NAC(n=9 for each group;NS or NAc intraperitoneal injections were administered daily for 16 weeks).Subsequently,the lipid profiles,erectile function,oxidative stress,phenotypic modulation markers of ccsMCs,and tissue histology were *** experimental results revealed that erectile function was significantly impaired in the HR and HR+NS groups,but enhanced in the HR+NAC *** lipid levels,over-activated oxidative stress,and multi-organ lesions observed in the HR and HR+NS groups were improved in the HR+NAC ***,the HR group showed significant phenotypic modulation of CCSMCs,which was also inhibited by NAC *** report focuses on the therapeutic effect of NAc in restoring erectile function using a hyperlipidemic rat model by preventing CcSMC phenotypic modulationand attenuating oxidativestress.

[目的/意义]以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能的发展为人机交互带来颠覆性影响,也为数据安全与个人信息保护带来更大的冲击与挑战。对AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露及个人信息保护问题的研究将具有重要的实践价值与意义。[方法/过程]文章通过对15名AI人机交互平台用户进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论研究方法进行编码分析,识别AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露所涉及的个人信息类型和敏感信息类型,并对用户的隐私意识和影响用户隐私信息披露意愿的客观因素进行分析,进而提出加强隐私信息披露风险规制及个人信息安全保障的对策建议。[结果/结论]基于编码结果,将AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露的影响因素归纳为用户因素、平台因素、社会环境因素、隐私权衡因素4个维度,以此建构理论分析模型,并作为强化AI人机交互用户个性化推荐中隐私信息披露风险规制及个人信息保护的重要指引。

针对现有研究未考虑区域供氢网间能量交互的灵活运行特征,难以有效评估并提升多区域电氢综合能源系统可靠供能水平的问题,该文提出考虑氢能交互的多区域电氢综合能源系统可靠性评估方法。首先,剖析区域间氢能交互通道与区域内供氢网灵活资源的协调配合规律,提出多区域电氢综合能源系统协同运行机制及其运行模型;其次,以系统总运行成本最小为目标,建立计及氢能交互的多区域电氢综合能源系统最优负荷削减模型,从区域间能量交互水平及其对系统可靠性水平的提升作用等角度出发,建立多区域电氢综合能源系统可靠性评估指标,并基于马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛模拟提出氢能交互下的多区域电氢综合能源系统可靠性评估方法;最后,通过仿真算例分析验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。该策略能充分挖掘、利用区域间的氢能交互,从而有效提升多区域电氢综合能源系统供能可靠性水平。

为实现M进制幅相调制(M-APSK)体制下高阶调制信号的相位精细校正,将DVB-S2标准推荐的16APSK和32APSK的Q次方无数据辅助鉴相算法进行了扩展,以应用于64APSK、128APSK和256APSK等高阶调制。针对高阶调制的有效鉴相星座点占比较低时环路工作不稳定的问题提出了改进算法,通过对功率归一化后接收符号的幅值进行阈值判决,仅在高于阈值时进行鉴相,低于阈值时则不改变滤波器状态和相位补偿值,以提高星座点的鉴相有效性和可靠性,从而降低入锁门限。针对高速数传的符号速率非常高,而处理器的工作时钟频率相对较低的问题,提出了一种适用于M-APSK的并行载波同步方法,可以满足接收机工作时钟处理需要。相对于传统固定编码调制(CCM)的载波同步环路,该并行方法还可应用于可变编码调制(VCM)体制的频率跟踪。

Coulomb-assisted nonlocal electron transport between two pairs of Majorana bound states in a superconducting island

Epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis incidence and its macro-influence factors in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021

Background Tuberculosis (TB) remains a pressing public health issue, posing a significant threat to individuals'' well-being and lives. This study delves into the TB incidence in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, aiming to gain deeper insights into their epidemiological characteristics and explore macro-level factors to enhance control and *** TB incidence data in Chinese mainland from 2014 to 2021 were sourced from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System (NNDRS). A two-stage distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM) was constructed to evaluate the lag and non-linearity of daily average temperature (℃, Atemp), average relative humidity (%, ARH), average wind speed (m/s, AWS), sunshine duration (h, SD) and precipitation (mm, PRE) on the TB incidence. A spatial panel data model was used to assess the impact of demographic, medical and health resource, and economic factors on TB *** A total of 6,587,439 TB cases were reported in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, with an average annual incidence rate of 59.17/100,000. The TB incidence decreased from 67.05/100,000 in 2014 to 46.40/100,000 in 2021, notably declining from 2018 to 2021 (APC =-8.87%, 95%CI: -11.97, -6.85%). TB incidence rates were higher among males, farmers, and individuals aged 65 years and older. Spatiotemporal analysis revealed a significant cluster in Xinjiang, Qinghai, and Xizang from March 2017 to June 2019 (RR= 3.94,P 71.73%), low sunshine duration (le extreme low wind speed (< 2.79 m/s) decreased the risk. 为有效评估加性白高斯噪声信道中M-APSK的性能,提出了一种基于全概率公式的理论误码率分析模型。首先根据星座点分布及其编码特点对星座平面进行区域划分,然后由接收符号落在相应区域的概率推导出各比特的判决错误概率表达式,最后得到理论误码率的精确闭式解。以16APSK和32APSK为例,推导出了其各类星座图的理论误码率计算公式,与Monte Carlo仿真结果非常吻合。模型具有通用性,PSK、QAM、PAM、APSK等调制方式均可利用该模型得到理论误码率的精确闭式解。相较于依赖大量数值计算的复杂二维概率积分方法,所提模型能够更方便地给出M-APSK的误码率性能。
