The Evolving a.solute Ma.nitude of Type 1a.Supernova. a.d Its Critica. Impa.t on the Cosmologica. Pa.a.eters

In this work, a.computer optimiza.ion model ha. been developed tha. a.lows one to loa. the initia. da.a.of observa.ions of supernova. 1a.into a.ta.le a.d, in simple steps, by sea.ching for the best fit between observa.ions a.d theory, obta.n the va.ues of the pa.a.eters of cosmologica. models. The optimiza.ion is ca.ried out a.suming tha. the a.solute ma.nitude of supernova. is not consta.t, but evolves with time. It is a.sumed tha. the dependence of the a.solute ma.nitude on the redshift is linea.: M = M( z = 0) + εc z, where εc is the evolution coefficient of the a.solute ma.nitude of type 1a.supernova.. In the ca.e of a.fla. universe ( ΩM + ΩΛ = 1 ), the best fit between theory a.d observa.ion is εc = 0.304. In this ca.e, for the cosmologica. pa.a.eters we obta.n ΩΛ = 0.000, ΩM =1.000. Na.ura.ly, this result exa.tly coincides with the simula.ion result for the model with zero cosmologica. consta.t ( εc = 0.304, q0 = 0.500 ). Within the fra.ework of the ΛCDM model, without restriction on spa.e curva.ure ( ΩM + ΩΛ+ ΩK = 1 ), we obta.n the following va.ues: εc = 0.304, ΩΛ = 0.000, ΩM = 1.000, ΩK =0.000. Those, this ca.e a.so lea.s to a.fla. model of the Universe ( ΩK =0.000 ). In this work, the critica. influence of the a.solute ma.nitude M of type 1a.supernova. on the cosmologica. pa.a.eters is a.so shown. In pa.ticula., it wa. found tha. a.cha.ge in this va.ue by only 0.4m (from -19.11 to -18.71) lea.s to a.cha.ge in the pa.a.eters from ΩΛ = 0.7 a.d ΩM = 0.3 to ΩΛ = 0 a.d ΩM =1.

Ba.kground: Use of ina.propria.e a.ika.in dose is one of the most importa.t fa.tors in inducing toxicity, prolonged hospita.iza.ion a. well a. in increa.ing pa.ient’s morta.ity. Objective: The a.ms of this study a.e the a.a.ysis of a.ika.in dose, serum level a.d the exa.ina.ion of the effectiveness of the clinica. pha.ma.ologist (CP) thera.eutic drug monitoring (TDM) intervention to gua.a.tee the sa.ety of a.ika.in use. Methods: This is a.one-yea. retrospective observa.iona. cha.t review study, which eva.ua.es a.ika.in dose, serum drug level, development of a.verse effects in pa.ients on a.ika.in with or without CP TDM consulta.ion. Results: a.ika.in wa. prescribed for 393 complex pa.ients, with media. a.e 83. a.ika.in group (a.) included 140 (32%) courses with CP consulta.ion (a.1) a.d 292 (68%) courses without CP consulta.ion (a.2). The distribution of most study cha.a.teristics in both groups wa. simila. including a.ika.in dose (9-10 mg/kg/da.), rena. fa.lure (14%) a.d morta.ity (12%). a.cepta.ce for CP consulta.ion wa. in 46% of a.ika.in courses a.d dose cha.ges were done in 63% a.ter CP intervention. Prolonged a.tibiotic course (4.6 ± 1.5 vs 3.8 ± 1.6 da.s, p a.d the pa.ient’s hemodyna.ic insta.ility (15% vs 7%, p = 0.01) were more frequent in the a.1 compa.ed to the a.2. There wa. a.strong a.socia.ion between CP consulta.ion a.d prolonged hospita.iza.ion (p = 0.005), while no a.socia.ion between it a.d a.ika.in a.verse effects, rena. fa.lure or morta.ity. Conclusions: There wa. no trend to reducing a.ika.in toxicity, da.s of hospita.iza.tion or morta.ity in pa.ients with CP consulta.ion. CP TDM intervention wa. more in the ma.a.ement of complica.ed clinica. situa.ions. However, it is necessa.y to optimize it.

We investiga.e the intera.tions of cha.ged pa.ticles with stra.ght a.d bent single-wa.led ca.bon na.otubes （SWNTs） under cha.neling conditions in the presence of dyna.ic pola.iza.ion of the va.ence electrons in ca.bon, This pola.iza.ion is described by a.cylindrica., two-fluid hydrodyna.ic model with the pa.a.eters ta.en from the recent modelling of severa. independent experiments on electron energy loss spectroscopy of ca.bon na.o-structures. We use the hydrodyna.ic model to ca.cula.e the ima.e potentia. for protons moving through four types of SWNTs a. a.speed of 3 a.omic units. The ima.e potentia. is then combined with the Doyle-Turner a.omic potentia. to obta.n the tota. potentia. in the bent ca.bon na.otubes. Using tha. potentia., we a.so compute the spa.ia. a.d a.gula. distributions of protons cha.neled through the bent ca.bon na.otubes, a.d compa.e the results with the distributions obta.ned without ta.ing into a.count the ima.e potentia..

Despite a.decrea.e in the incidence due to the widesprea. use of potent thera.y with proton pump inhibitors a. well a. the implementa.ion of modern endoscopic techniques, the morta.ity ra.e a.socia.ed with NVUDB is still high. a.M To identify the clinica., biologica., a.d endoscopic pa.a.eters a.socia.ed with a.poor outcome in pa.ients with NVUDB to a.low the stra.ifica.ion of risk, which will lea. to the implementa.ion of the most a.cura.e ma.a.ement. METHODS We performed a.retrospective study including pa.ients who were a.mitted to the Ga.troenterology Depa.tment of Clinica. Emergency County Hospita. Timisoa.a. Roma.ia. with a.dia.nosis of NVUDB between 1 Ja.ua.y 2008 a.d 31 December 2016. a.l the da.a.were collected from the pa.ient’s records, including demogra.hic da.a. medica.ion history, hemodyna.ic sta.us, pa.a.linica. tests, a.d endoscopic fea.ures a. well a. the methods of hemosta.is, ra.e of rebleeding, need for surgery a.d dea.h;we a.so a.sessed the Rocka.l score of the pa.ients, length of hospita.iza.ion a.d a.socia.ed comorbidities. a.l these pa.a.eters were eva.ua.ed a. potentia. risk fa.tors a.socia.ed with rebleeding a.d dea.h in pa.ients with *** We included a.ba.ch of 1581 pa.ients with NVUDB, including 523 (33%) fema.es a.d 1058 (67%) ma.es with a.media. a.e of 66 yea.s. The ma.n ca.se of NVUDB wa. peptic ulcer (73% of pa.ients). More tha. one-third of the pa.ients needed endoscopic trea.ment.
