本文报告了为创建护理知识网络(Nursing Knowledge Network,NKN)对不同国家护理院校进行环境扫描调查所收集到的信息。采用在线方式(2021年2-10月)进行环境扫描,探索研究领域的确定、现有资源、预期收益、教学研究创新、知识传播障碍及网络的预期贡献。目标信息提供者包括来自13个国家63所大学的200名护理教师。要求每所大学有1名参与者回答问卷。共有42所大学(约70%)回复,包括巴西21所,加拿大4所,葡萄牙和西班牙各3所,哥伦比亚、墨西哥、秘鲁和美国各2所,智利、意大利和巴拉圭各1所。其分享了相关信息和见解:通过护理高等教育机构之间的协作和交流,全球可以加强共同创新和研究合作能力;较少被研究的领域是知识网络生成证据、为当地科学实践提供信息的潜在重点。这些信息将为进一步了解护理发展,以及地方、区域和全球护理证据应用和传播相关的政府政策与计划制订提供参考。

Objective To exam.ne th. association of ath.rosclerosis burden in th. survivors of an asym.tom.tic elderly coh.rt study and its relationsh.p to oth.r coronary risk factors (specifically, age) by evaluating aortic ath.rosclerotic wall burden by m.gnetic resonance im.ging (m.I). m.th.ds A total of 312 participants in an ongoing observational coh.rt study underwent cardiac and descending th.racic aorta im.ging by m.I. m.xim.m.wall th.ckness was m.asured and th. m.an wall th.ckness ***/outer wall ratio was used as a norm.lized wall index (NWI) adjusted for artery size difference am.ng participants. Percent wall volum. (PWV) was calculated as NWI ×*** In th.s asym.tom.tic coh.rt (m.an age: 76 years), th. m.an (SD) aortic wall area andwall th.cknesswere 222 ±45 m.2 and 2.7 ±0.4 m., respectively. m.xim.m.wall th.ckness was 3.4 ±0.6 m., and PWV was 32% ±4%. Wom.n appeared to h.ve sm.ller wall area,but after correcting for th.ir sm.ller artery size, h.d significantly h.gh.r PWV th.n m.n (P = 0.03). Older age was associatedwith.larger wall area (P = 0.04 for trend) with.sim.lar PWVs. h.wever, th.re were no statistically significant associations between standard risk factors,Fram.ngh.m.global risk, or m.tabolic syndrom. status, th.rapy for ch.lesterol or h.pertension, coronary or aortic calcium.score, and th. aortic wall burden. Aortic calcificationwas associated with.coronary calcification. Conclusions Asym.tom.tic elderly in th.s coh.rt h.d a greater descending th.racic aortic wall volum. th.t correlated with.age, andwom.n h.d a significantly increased PWV com.ared to m.n. In th.se survivors, th. ath.rosclerotic aortic wall burden was not significantly associated with.traditional risk factors or with.coronary or aortic calcium.scores or coronary calcium.progression. As m.tabolic centers, plant organelles participate in m.intenance, defense, and signaling. m.h. is a plant- specific protein involved in organeUar genom. stability in m.toch.ndria and plastids. Plastid depletion of m.h. causes h.ritable, non-genetic changes in developm.nt and DNA m.th.lation. We investigated th. rash.I ph.notype using h.m.-com.lem.ntation m.tants and transgene-null segregants from.RNAi suppres- sion lines to sub-com.artm.ntalize m.h. effects. We sh.w th.t m.h. expression is spatially regulated, specifically localizing to plastids with.n th. epiderm.s and vascular parench.m.. Th. protein binds DNA and localizes to plastid and m.toch.ndrial nucleoids, but fractionation and protein-protein interactions data indicate th.t m.h. also associates with.th. th.lakoid m.m.rane. Plastid m.h. depletion results in variegation, abiotic stress tolerance, variable growth.rate, and delayed m.turity.
