Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction BYHD)in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:A total of 180 patients with DOR diagnosed from December2013 to December 2014 were equally assigned into progynova and duphaston(E+D)group,Zuogui Pill group and BYHD group with 60 cases in each by computerized *** received E+D,Zuogui Pill or BYHD for 12 months,*** stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),antral follicle count(AFC),ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,and the resistance indices(Rls)of ovarian arteries and uterine arteries were observed before and after ***:Nine women(4 from the E+D group,3 from the Zuogui Pill group,and 2 from the BYHD group)withdrew from the *** 6 months,Zuogui Pill and BYHD significantly decreased FSH and LH and increased endometrial thickness and AMH(all Plancing hormone levels,promoting ovulation,and repairing the thin *** combination of tonifying Shen(Kidney),benefiting qi and activating blood circulation may be a promising therapeutic strategy for DOR.

Powered by an inexhaustible supply of solar energy,photoelectrochemical(PEC)nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)provides an ideal solution for the synthesis of green ammonia(NH_(3)).Although great efforts have been made in the past decades,there are still significant challenges in increasing the NH_(3) yields of the PEC-NRR *** addition to the issues of low activity and selectivity similar to electrochemical NRR,the progress of PEC-NRR is also impeded by the limited increase in NH_(3) yields as the electrode is ***,we propose an editable electrode design strategy that parallels unit photo-electrodes to achieve a linear increase in NH_(3) yields with electrode active *** demonstrate that the editable electrode design strategy minimizes the electrode charge transfer resistance,allowing more photo-generated carriers to reach the electrode surface and promote the catalytic *** believe that this editable electrode design strategy provides an avenue to achieve sustainable PEC NH_(3) production.

Given the increasing number of diabetic patients,rapid and accurate detection of glucose in body fluids is *** study developed a direct electrochemical biosensor for glucose based on nitrogen-doped carbon nanocages(NCNCs).NCNCs possess a large specific surface area of 1395 m^(2)·g^(-1),a high N atomic content of 9.37%and good biocompatibility,which is favorable for enzyme loading and electron *** surface average concentration of electroactive glucose oxidase on NCNCs was 2.82×10^(-10)mol·cm^(-2).The NCNC-based direct electrochemical biosensor exhibited a high sensitivity of 13.7μA·(mmol·L^(-1))^(-1)·cm^(-2),rapid response time of 5 s and an impressive electron-transferrate constant(ks)of 1.87 s^(-1).Furthermore,we investigated an NCNC-based direct electron transfer(DET)biosensor for sweat glucose detection,which demonstrated tremendous promise for non-invasive wearable diabetes diagnosis.

The gun-track launch system is a new special launch device that connects the track outside the *** it is constrained by the track,the characteristics of development of the muzzle jet differ from those of the traditional muzzle ***,it changes from freely developing to doing so in a constrained manner,where this results in an asymmetric direction of flow as well as spatio-temporal coupling-induced interference between various shock waves and the formation of *** this background,the authors of this article formulate and consider the development and characteristics of evolution of the muzzle jet as it impacts a constrained moving *** designed simulations to test the gun-track launch system,and established a numerical model based on the dynamic grid method to explore the development and characteristics of propagation of disturbances when the muzzle jet impacted a constrained moving *** also considered models without a constrained track for the sake of *** results showed that the muzzle jet assumed a circumferential asymmetric shape,and tended to develop in the area above the *** the test platform was close to the ground,the muzzle jet was subjected to reflections from it that enhanced the development and evolution of various forms of shock waves and vortices in the muzzle jet to exacerbate its rate of distortion and asymmetric *** in turn led to significant differences in the changes in pressure at symmetric points that would otherwise have been *** results of a comparative analysis showed that the constrained track could hinder the influence of reflections from the ground on the muzzle jet to some extent,and could reduce the velocity of the shock waves inducing the motion of the muzzle as well as the Mach number of the moving *** work here provides a theoretical basis and the requisite technical support for applications of the gun-track launch *** also sheds light on the
