OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the indicators of an animal model of gouty arthritis (GA) with dampness heat accumulation and the intervention effect of Tongfeng Qingxiao formula (痛风清消方， TFQXF).METHODS: Seventy-two healthy adult Sprague-Dawley male rats were selected and randomly divided into a normal group， model group， low-dose group， medium-dose group， high-dose group， and diclofenac group using a random number table method， with 12 rats in each group. After group intervention， the general condition of the rats in each group was monitored and recorded， and the swelling index was measured. After separating the serum， the changes in glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT)， glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST)， carbamide (UREA)， creatinine (CREA)， triglyceride (TG)， total serum cholesterol (TC)， low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)， and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in the serum of the rats in each group were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer. The levels of motilin (MTL)， gastrin (GAS)， endothelin (ET)， calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)， heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)， interleukin (IL)-1β， and nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) in the serum of the rats in each group were evaluated using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits. Kidney tissues were used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of aquaporin (AQP)1 and AQP2. Colon tissue was used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of AQP3 and AQP4 by Western blotting (WB) assay and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The levels of ALT， AST， UREA， and CREA were used to evaluate the liver and kidney function of rats. The levels of MTL and GAS were used to evaluate the gastrointestinal function of rats. The levels of TG， TC， LDL-C， HDL-C， AQP1， AQP2， AQP3， and AQP4 were used to evaluate the "dampness" syndrome performance in rats. The occurrence of the first significant digits from real world sources is usually not equally distributed,but is consistent with a logarithmic distribution instead,known as Benford’s law.In this work,we perform a comprehensive investigation on the first digit distributions of the duration,fluence,and energy flux of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) for the first time.For a complete GRB sample detected by the Fermi satellite,we find that the first digits of the duration and fluence adhere to Benford’s law.However,the energy flux shows a significant departure from this law,which may be due to the fact that a considerable part of the energy flux measurements is restricted by lack of spectral information.Based on the conventional duration classification scheme,we also check if the durations and fluences of long and short GRBs (with duration T_(90)>2 s and T_(90)≤2 s,respectively) obey Benford’s law.We find that the fluences of both long and short GRBs still agree with the Benford distribution,but their durations do not follow Benford’s law.Our results hint that the long–short GRB classification scheme does not directly represent the intrinsic physical classification scheme.

Probiotics exert beneficial effects on the host.This study aimed to investigate whether maternally ingested Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Probio-M9 during pregnancy could access and colonize the infant gut.This study recruited one pregnant woman,who ingested Probio-M9 daily from 35 weeks of gestation to delivery.Feces of the mother-infant pair were regularly collected from one month before delivery to 6 months of infant's age for metagenomic sequencing.Probio-M9 genomes were mappable to all infant fecal samples,suggesting the ingested probiotics could be vertically transmitted from mother to infant.Infant-or mother-specific differential metabolic pathways were found between the maternal and infant's gut microbiome,implicating apparent differences in the intestinal metagenomic potential/function between the mother and the infant.In conclusion,maternal ingestion of Probio-M9 during the final weeks of gestation could deliver to the infant gut.The findings provided novel insights into shaping infant's gut microbiota.

Strangeon stars,which are proposed to describe the nature of pulsar-like compact stars,have passed various observational tests.The maximum mass of a non-rotating strangeon star could be high,which implies that the remnants of binary strangeon star mergers could even be long-lived massive strangeon stars.We study rigidly rotating strangeon stars in the slowly rotating approximation,using the Lennard-Jones model for the equation of state.Rotation can significantly increase the maximum mass of strangeon stars with unchanged baryon numbers,enlarging the mass-range of long-lived strangeon stars.During spin-down after merger,the decrease of radius of the remnant will lead to the release of gravitational energy.Taking into account the efficiency of converting the gravitational energy luminosity to the observed X-ray luminosity,we find that the gravitational energy could provide an alternative energy source for the plateau emission of X-ray afterglow.The fitting results of X-ray plateau emission of some short gamma-ray bursts suggest that the magnetic dipole field strength of the remnants can be much smaller than that of expected when the plateau emission is powered only by spin-down luminosity of magnetars.

P2-type Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2)is considered as a potential cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to the merits of high voltage,low cost,and air stability.However,the unsatisfied cycling stability and rate performance caused by the destructive phase transition and side reactions hinder its practical application.Herein,we present a feasible dual strategy of Mg^(2+)doping integrated with ZrO_(2)surface modification for P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2),which can well address the issues of phase transition and side reactions benefitting from the enhanced structural and interfacial stabilities.Specifically,it exhibits a decent cycling stability with a capacity retention of 81.5%at 1 C and promising rate performance with a discharge capacity of 76.6 mA h g^(−1)at 5 C.The in situ X-ray diffraction measurement confirms that the damaged P2-O2 phase transition is suppressed with better reversibility in high-voltage region,whereas the side reactions are inhibited due to the protective ZrO_(2)surfacemodification.Commendably,the full cell achieves an outstanding operating voltage of 3.57 V and a fabulous energy density of 238.91 W h kg^(−1)at 36.73 W kg^(−1),demonstrating great practicability.This work is expected to provide a new insight for designing stable high-voltage cathode materials and high energy density full cells for sodium ion batteries.

医学免疫学是连接基础医学和临床医学的重要桥梁课程,也是医学生基础医学理论学习中的重点和难点。医学免疫学实验可将基础知识进行系统串联,并融入学生实际操作、主动观察和积极思考的过程中,有助于学生系统地理解和掌握免疫学基本概念和原理。医学免疫学实验教学研究现状、热点及发展趋势已成为教师们关注的重点话题。本文通过运用CiteSpace软件对2010至2021年间中国知网收录的医学免疫学实验教学研究文献的发文量、作者合作网络、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类图谱、关键词时间线图谱以及关键词突现图谱6个方面进行可视化分析。结果显示,该领域近10年发文量较为平稳;已初步形成内部合作关系紧密的代表性研究团队;关键词共现图谱中具有较高中介中心性的关键词包括实验教学、免疫学、教学改革、实验课及医学生。同时,该领域研究内容已较为成熟,涵盖医学免疫学实验教学改革的整体研究,具体包括教学方法的实践探究、教学实践中特定学生及教师群体的研究3个方面。值得注意的是,“以学生为中心”的教育理念在实验教学方法的改革创新研究中得到各类医学高校专业教师的重视,注重培养学生科研思维、创新精神、自主学习能力以及综合素质的教学模式正日趋成型。本研究将有助于广大教师把握该领域的现状、热点及发展趋势,为提升课堂教学质量与开展后续教学改革提供理论支持和参考。

A Publish-Subscribe Networking Architecture for Future Manned Deep Space Exploration

With the further development of the Deep Space Networking(DSN),more and more satellites and space probes will be put into space which makes the DSN more diverse and complex.We argued that Information Centric Networking(ICN)may be a suitable architecture for the DSN.In this paper,a publish-subscribe networking architecture based on ICN is proposed for future manned deep space exploration network.It adopts the publish-subscribe mechanism and decouples the control plane and data plane logically.In the proposed architecture,the improvement of routing is made to tolerant the long propagation delay and frequent link disruptions of deep space.And the multi-source transmission is considered to deal with the large amount of data in the future manned deep space exploration network.We evaluated the feasibility of the architecture and the performance of the protocol stack,the improved routing mechanism and the multi-source transmission.The results indicate that Publish-Subscribe Networking(PSN)can cope with the harsh transmission conditions,and the multi-source transmission can reduce the delivery time of data.It enables the network to allocate and share resources more efficiently and keeps the network well managed.

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理,本文对不同压强下Mg_(2)Ni合金的晶格结构和力学性能进行了计算和分析.计算结果表明:在0~60 GPa范围内,Mg_(2)Ni的晶格常数和晶胞体积随压强增加而单调减小.Mg_(2)Ni的弹性常数C_(11)、C_(12)、C_(13)、C_(33)和C_(44)在0~35 GPa压强下满足稳定性判据,在40~60 GPa压强下不满足稳定性判据,表明机械性能不稳定.高压会增强Mg_(2)Ni的体模量B、杨氏模量Y、剪切模量G.Mg_(2)Ni的柯西压力、G/B和泊松比,均表明Mg_(2)Ni在0~5 GPa压强下表现出脆性,在7~35 GPa压强下表现出延展性.
