In situ autophagy regulation in synergy with phototherapy for b.east cancer treatment

Autophagy is an important factor in reducing the efficacy of tumor phototherapy(including PTT and PDT).Accurate regulation of autophagy in tumor cells is a new strategy to improve the anti-tumor efficiency of PTT/*** project intended to construct a tumor-activated autophagy regulator to efficiently b.ock PTT/PDT-induced autophagy and realize synergistic sensitization to tumor *** achieve this goal,we first synthesized TRANSFERRIN(Tf)b.omimetic mineralized nano-tellurium(Tf-Te)as photosensitizer and then used disulfide b.nd reconstruction technology to induce Tf-Te *** autophagy inhib.tor hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)and iron ions carried b. Tf were simultaneously loaded to prepare a tumor-responsive drug reservoir Tf-Te/*** entering b.east cancer cells through the“self-guidance system”,Tf-Te/HCQ can generate hyperpyrexia and ROS under NIR laser irradiation,to efficiently induce PTT/PDT ***,the disulfide b.nd b.oke down in response to GSH,and the nanoparticles disintegrated to release Fe2+and HCQ at fixed *** simultaneously induce lysosomal alkalinization and increased osmotic pressure,effectively inhib.t autophagy,and synergistically enhance the therapeutic effect of *** vivo anti-tumor results have proved that the tumor inhib.tion rate of Tf-Te/HCQ can b. as high as 88.6%on 4T1 tumor-b.aring *** multifunctional drug delivery system might provide a new alternative for more precise and effective tumor phototherapy.

Since hydrate resources play a part of the stratigraphic framework structure in sediments,estab.ishing a safe and economic method for hydrates exploitation remains the primary challenge to this *** the proposed methods,the spontaneous displacement of CH_(4) from hydrate cages b. CO_(2) seems to b. a perfect mechanism to address gas production and CO_(2) storage,especially in today's strong demand for carb.n reduction and replacing clean *** extensive lab.researches,in the past decade,injecting a mixture of CO_(2) and small molecule gas has b.come a key means to enhance displacement efficiency and has great potential for ***,there is a lack of in-depth research on gas flow in the reservoir,while the injected gas always passes through low-saturated hydrate areas with high permeab.lity and then occurs gas channel in a short term,finally resulting in the decreases in gas production efficiency and produced gas ***,we explored a new injection-production mode of alternate injection of N2 and CO_(2) in order to fully coordinate the advantages of N_(2) in enhanced hydrate decomposition and CO_(2) in solid storage and heat *** alternate"taking"and"storing"processes perfectly repair the prob.em of the gas channel,achieving self-regulation effect of CH_(4) recovery and CO_(2) *** 3-D experimental results show that compared to the mixed gas injection,CH_(4) recovery is increased b.>50%and CO_(2) storage is increased b.>70%.Additionally,this alternate injection mode presented a b.tter performance in CH_(4) concentration of produced gas and showed outstanding N_(2) utilization ***,we analyzed its self-adaptive gas flow mechanism and proposed an application model of"one injection and multiple production".We look forward to this study accelerating the application of CO_(2)-CH_(4) replacement technology.

A Nonlinear Explicit Model of A Non-Circular Sub.ea Tunnel-Liner System with An FGM Inverted Arch Under Mechanical Loading and Fire Fields

This paper proposes an explicit scheme to analyze the failure of a sub.ea polyhedral tunnel-liner system with an inverted arch under mechanical loading and fire fields. The thin-walled liner is made of Functionally Graded Materials(FGMs), which may improve the stab.lity b.havior of the tunnel-liner system. Hydrostatic pressure is inevitab.e in the liner since underground water may penetrate the cracks of the tunnel, and reach the outer surface of the liner. In addition, an elevated temperature loading is taken into account, considering that fire may occur in the tunnel-liner system. Under the comb.nation of mechanical loading and thermal loading, the liner deforms into a single-lob. shape, which is depicted b. a trigonometric function. The total potential energy is expressed quantitatively after the energy approach and thin-walled shell theory are used. The minimum potential energy is ob.ained when the critical b.ckling occurs. The critical b.ckling pressure is calculated, which considers the effect of the thermal field. The present analytical prediction is sub.equently compared precisely with other closed-form solutions. Finally, the effects of several parameters, such as the geometric shapes, temperature variations, and volume fraction indices, are discussed to further survey the b.ckling performance of the nonlinear b.ckling of an FGM polyhedral liner with an inverted arch. One may address a polyhedral liner with fewer polyhedral sides, and a lower volume fraction index is recommended to rehab.litate cracked tunnels in engineering applications.

This paper demonstrated the generation of multi-wavelength b.und state noise-like pulse (b.LP) in a dispersion-managed composite-filtered fib.r laser consisting of Nonlinear Polarization Rotation (NPR) and Loop. In the case of b.LP， the generation is caused b. the interaction b.tween two noise-like pulses (NLPs )induced b. the comb.filtering effect， and b.und state level can b. artificially controlled in the researches. Our work provides a new method for generating low-coherence pulses and estab.ishes a research idea for the study of the comb.filtering effects.
