Garnet lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide(Li7la3Zr2O12,LLZO) is a benchmark solid-state electrolyte（SSE） material receiving considerable attention owing to its high conductivity and chemical stability against Li *** its electro-chemo-mechanical failure mechanisms have been much investigated,the equivocal roles of grain boundary strength and grain size of LLZO remain under-explored,hindering further performance *** we decoupled the effects of grain size and grain boundary strength of polycrystalline LLZO via the combination of electrochemical kinetics and the cohesive zone *** discovered that the disintegration of LLZO is initiated by the accumulation of local displacements,which strongly relates to the changes in both grain size and grain boundary ***,variations in grain boundary strength affect the diffusion and propagation pathways of damage,while the failure of LLZO is determined by the grain *** LLZO grains facilitate transgranular damage under low grain boundary strength,which can alter local chemo-mechanics within the bulk of LLZO,leading to more extensive damage *** results showcase the structure optimization pathways by preferentially controlling the growth of lithium dendrites at grain boundaries and their penetration in garnet-type SSE.

The Brief Interactive Optimism Scale (BIOS-G), recently published, was developed to measure optimism based on the interactive personality styles theory in the general population of Mexican adults. It has been validated in both the general population in Mexico and other latin American countries. This study aims to further consolidate the validity of the BIOS-G in a specific population. The objectives are to assess the psychometric properties of its items, validate its unidimensional structure, describe its distribution, verify its internal consistency, and examine its direct relationship with affective balance and positive affect, as well as its inverse relationship with emotional exhaustion and negative affect among Mexican university teachers. The BIOS-G, the CESQT emotional exhaustion subscale, and Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) were administered to a non-probability sample of 213 Mexican university teachers. All items demonstrated discriminative power and internal consistency. The scale showed internal consistency (Green-yang ordinal ω = 0.74 and Mcdonald ordinal ω = 0.88). The one-factor model presented good to acceptable fit to the data, with an average variance extracted of 0.65. Its distribution was negatively skewed and mesokurtic. The BIOS-G correlated directly with SPANE’s affective balance and positive emotional experiences and inversely with negative emotional experiences and emotional exhaustion, with moderate strengths of association. Its mean score was higher in men than in women and correlated positively with age. It is concluded that the BIOS-G demonstrates internal consistency and validity evidence among Mexican university teachers, and its use in this specific population is recommended.

在第一符号学视角下,符号学意义的电影语言,即是电影意义的符号系统。基于这一论断,本研究以媒介模型为基础,结合规训理论与凝视理论,就影像规训与算法凝视的概念内涵与逻辑模型进行系统界定,构建出一个能够对人机观念对齐问题,进行综合论证的解释框架。其有效揭示了影像符号系统在建构、反馈及评估过程中的运作机制:影像规训通过语境控制符号、符号规训观念及观念调节语境的三重互动,实现符号系统的建构;算法凝视则通过对人类与系统的双重控制形成反馈机制;而观念对齐则作为评估机制,确保了对齐过程的统一性与结果的多样性。这一理论框架为电影语言介入人工智能的认识论范畴与方法论路径奠定了基础,并为人机共生关系中的对齐问题探讨提供了基本的逻辑分析范式。

In this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophysiology and progression of Crohn’s disease(Cd).Cd is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** microbiota plays a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implicated in Cd pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing Cd *** creeping fat may be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify the mechanisms linking gut dysbiosis,creeping fat,and Cd progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with Cd.

Although many causes of Alzheimer’s disease(Ad)may exist,both the original amyloid cascade and tau hypotheses posit that abnormal misfolding and accumulation of amyloid-β(Aβ)and tau protein is the central event causing the ***,that conclusion could be only partly true,and there is conflicting evidence about the role of both proteins in Ad,being able to precede and influence one *** researchers argue that these proteins are mere executors rather than primary causes of ***,there have been continuing refinements of both hypotheses,with alternative explanations proposed.Aβand tau proteins may be independently involved in specific neurotoxic pathways;yet there may be other crucial processes going on in early ***,accumulating evidence suggests that Aβand tau act synergistically,rather than additively in disease onset(Jeremic et al.,2021,2023a).

Functional recovery from central nervous system(CNS)trauma depends not only on axon regeneration or compensatory sprouting of uninjured fibers but also on the ability of newly grown axons to establish functional synapses with appropriate *** several studies have successfully promoted long-distance axonal regeneration in distinct CNS injury models,none of them have resulted in a viable therapeutic approach for patient recovery.A possible reason may be the lack of new synaptogenesis for reestablishing the circuitry lost after ***,we discuss how our understanding of the mechanisms that instruct synapse formation in the injured nervous system may contribute to the design of new strategies to promote functional restoration in traumatic CNS disorders.

In this study, we examined variability of sun-related energies, auroral electrojet current, ring current, and magnetopause current during solar cycles 23 and 24. The study revealed a dependence of sun-related energies to the Sun and Earth currents systems with solar activity from 1996 to 2019. A decrease in the correlation between sun-related energies and sunspot number was observed over solar cycles 23 and 24 (0.88 for the solar cycle 23 and 0.66 for the solar cycle 24), with a drop in the speed of magnetic disturbances in the solar wind. These results could be attributed to the decrease in Sun’s magnetic field toroidal component magnitude induced by a weak in sunspots number and solar flares during the solar cycle 24. A weak in the Earth currents systems (auroral electrojet current, ring current, and magnetopause current) is also observed. during the decrease in the Earth currents, several peaks are observed, indicating a nonlinear dependence in the Earth currents variation (ring current, auroral electrojet current, and magnetopause current) from solar cycle 23 to solar cycle 24. This could be attributed to the Corotating Interaction Regions (CIRs) observed during the declining phase of solar cycle 23 and the deep minimum preceding solar cycle 24.
