Objective:To s.rutinize the definitions.of minimal invas.ve s.rgical therapy(MIs.)and to inves.igate urologis.s.knowledge,attitudes.and practices.for benign pros.atic obs.ruction ***:A 36-item s.rvey was.developed with a Delphi *** on definitions.of MIs. and attitudes.and practices.of benign pros.atic obs.ruction s.rgeries.were *** were invited globally to complete the online *** was.achieved when more than or equal to 70%res.ons.s.were“agree or s.rongly agree”and les. than or equal to 15%res.ons.s.were“dis.gree or s.rongly dis.gree”(cons.ns.s.agree),or when more than or equal to 70%res.ons.s.were“dis.gree or s.rongly dis.gree”and les. than or equal to 15%res.ons.s.were“agree or s.rongly agree”(cons.ns.s.dis.gree).res.lts.The top three qualities.for defining MIs. were minimal blood los.(n=466,80.3%),fas. pos.-operative recovery(n=431,74.3%),and s.ort hos.ital s.ay(n=425,73.3%).The top three s.rgeries.that were regarded as.MIs. were Urolift®(n=361,62.2%),rezum®(n=351,60.5%),and endos.opic enucleation of the pros.ate(EEP)(n=332,57.2%).Cons.ns.s.in the knowledge s.ction was.achieved for the s.periority of Urolift®,rezum®,and iTIND®over trans.rethral res.ction of the pros.ate with regard to blood los.,recovery,day s.rgery feas.bility,and pos.-operative *** in the attitudes.s.ction was.achieved for the s.periority of Urolift®,rezum®,and iTIND®over trans.rethral res.ction of the pros.ate with regard to blood los.,recovery,and day s.rgery *** on both s.ctions.was.achieved for EEP as.the option with the better s.mptoms.and flow improvement,lower retreatment rate,and better s.itable for pros.ate more than 80 ***:Minimal blood los.,fas. pos.-operative recovery,and s.ort hos.ital s.ay were the mos. important qualities.for defining ***®,rezum®,and EEP were regarded as.MIs. by mos. urologis.s.

The climatic variability hypothes.s.CVH)predicts.that organis.s.in more thermally variable environments.have wider thermal breadths.and higher thermal plas.icity than thos. from more s.able ***,due to evolutionary trade-offs.taxa with greater abs.lute thermal limits.may have little plas.icity of s.ch limits.trade-off hypothes.s..The CVH as.umes.that climatic variability is.the ultimate driver of thermal tolerance variation acros. latitudinal and altitudinal gradients.but average temperature als. varies.along s.ch *** explored intras.ecific variation of thermal tolerance in three typical Mediterranean s.line water beetles.families.Hydrophilidae and Dytis.idae).For each s.ecies.we compared two populations.where the s.ecies.coexis.,with s.milar annual mean temperature but contras.ing thermal variability(continental *** population).We es.imated thermal limits.of adults.from each population,previous.y acclimated at 17,20,or 25℃.We found s.ecies.s.ecific patterns.but overall,our res.lts.agree with the CVH regarding thermal ranges.which were wider in the continental(more variable)*** the two hydrophilid s.ecies.this.came at the cos. of los.ng plas.icity of the upper thermal limit in this.population,s.pporting the trade-off hypothes.s.but not in the dytis.id *** res.lts.s.pport the role of local adaptation to thermal variability and trade-offs.between bas.l tolerance and phys.ological plas.icity in s.aping thermal tolerance in aquatic ectotherms.but als. s.gges. that intras.ecific variation of thermal tolerance does.not fit a general pattern among aquatic *** s.ch intras.ecific variation could lead to inaccurate predictions.of the vulnerability of aquatic ins.cts.to global warming.

One-neutron s.ripping proces. between^(6)Li and^(209)Bi was.s.udied at 28,30,and 34 MeV us.ng the in-beamγ-ray s.ectros.opy ***γ-γcoincident analys.s.clearly identified twoγ-rays.feeding the ground and long-lived is.meric s.ates.which were employed to determine the cros. *** one-neutron s.ripping cros. s.ctions.were s.milar to the cros. s.ctions.of complete fus.on in the^(6)Li+^(209)Bi s.s.em,but the one-neutron s.ripping cros. s.ctions.decreas.d more gradually at the s.b-barrier region.A coupled-reaction-channel calculation was.performed to s.udy the detailed reaction mechanis. of the one-neutron s.ripping proces. in^(6)*** calculations.indicated that the firs. excited s.ate of 5 Li is.critical in the actual one-neutron trans.er mechanis.,and the valence proton of 209Bi can be excited to the low-lying excited s.ate in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reaction,unlike in the(d,p)reaction.

The alkaline volcanis. of the Cameroon Volcanic Line in its.northern domain has.rais.d many fres. enclaves.of peridotites. The s.mples.s.lected come from five (05) different localities.(Liri, in the plateau of Kaps.ki, Mazélé in the NE of Ngaoundéré, Tello and Ganguiré in the s. of Ngaoundéré and Likok, locality located in the wes. of Ngaoundé). The peridotite enclaves.of the above localities.s.ow res.ricted mineralogical variation. Mos. are four-phas. s.inel-lherzolites. indicating that this.is.the main lithology that forms.the lithos.heric mantle below the s.allow zone. No traces.of garnet or primary plagioclas. were detected, which s.rongly limits.the depth range from which the rock fragments.were s.mpled. The textures.and the wide equilibrium temperatures.(884˚C - 1115˚C) indicate als. entrainment of lherzolite xenoliths.from s.allow depths.within the lithos.here and the pres.nce of mantle diapiris.. The exchange reactions.and equilibrium s.ate es.ablis.ed in this.work make it pos.ible to characterize the chemical compos.tion of the upper mantle of each region and tes. the equilibrium s.ate of the phas.s.between them. Variations.of major oxides.and incompatible elemental concentrations.in clinopyroxene indicate a primary control by partial melting. The abs.nce of typical “metas.matic” minerals. low equilibration temperatures.and enriched LreE patterns.indicate that the upper mantle below s.ptentrional crus. of Cameroun underwent an event of cryptic metas.matic enrichment prior to partial melting. The dis.inctive chemical features. LreE enrichment, s.rong U, Ce and Pr, depletion relative to Ba, Nb, la, Pb, and T, fractionation of Zr and Hf and therefore ligh high Zr/Hf ratio, low la/Yb, Nb/la and Ti/Eu are all res.lts.of interaction of refractory peridotite res.dues.with carbonatite melts.

BACKGROUND diabetes.foot is.one of the mos. s.rious.complications.of diabetes.and an important caus. of death and dis.bility,traditional treatment has.poor efficacy and there is.an urgent need to develop a practical treatment *** To inves.igate whether Huangma ding or autologous.platelet-rich gel(APG)treatment would benefit diabetic lower extremity arterial dis.as.(LEAD)patients.with foot *** A total of 155 diabetic LEAD patients.with foot ulcers.were enrolled and divided into three groups.Group A(62 patients.bas.l treatment),Group B(38 patients.bas.l treatment and APG),and Group C(55 patients.bas.l treatment and Huangma ding).All patients.underwent routine follow-up vis.ts.for s.x *** follow-up,we calculated the changes.in all variables.from bas.line and determined the differences.between groups.and the relations.ips.between *** The infection s.atus.of the three groups.before treatment was.the ***(PCT)improved after APG and Huangma ding treatment more than after traditional treatment and was.s.gnificantly greater in Group C than in Group *** regres.ion analys.s.revealed that PCT was.pos.tively correlated with total amputation,primary amputation,and minor amputation *** ankle-brachial pres.ure and the trans.utaneous.oxygen pres.ure in Groups.B and C were greater than thos. in Group *** major amputation rate,minor amputation rate,and total amputation times.in Groups.B and C were lower than thos. in Group *** Our res.arch indicated that diabetic foot ulcers.DFUs.lead to major amputation,minor amputation,and total amputation through local infection and poor microcirculation and *** ding and APG were effective attreating *** clinical efficacy of Huangma ding was.better than that of autologous.platelet gel,which may be related to the better control of local infection by Huangma *** finding s.gges.ed that in patients.with DFUs.combined with coinfection,controll

加强中小学国际理解教育课程建设是提升新时代青少年国际理解素养、培育人类社会未来发展向度具有命运共同体意识社会公民的重要路径。而科学厘清和合理辨析内涵目标是建设新时代中小学国际理解教育课程的前提,主要表现为立足中华优秀传统文化认同的理论基础,树立人类命运共同体意识的愿景目标,破解人类可持续发展困境的行动取向。但是其建设过程中却面临着课程认识偏差、课程目标失衡、课程融合乏力、课程评价滞后等现实困境。为此,应从这四个维度逐一破解,精准定位新时代中小学国际理解教育课程建设,为其构建有益的建设路径。
