Hiding s.cret data in digital multimedia has.been es.ential to protect the ***,attackers.with a s.eganalys.s.technique may break *** s.eganalys.s.methods.have good res.lts.with conventional Machine Learning(ML)techniques.however,the introduction of Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),a deep learning paradigm,achieved better performance over the previous.y propos.d ML-bas.d *** the exis.ing CNN-bas.d approaches.yield good res.lts.they pres.nt performance is.ues.in clas.ification accuracy and s.ability in the network training *** res.arch propos.s.a new method with a CNN architecture to improve the hidden data detection accuracy and the training phas. s.ability in s.atial domain *** propos.d method compris.s.three phas.s.pre-proces.ing,feature extraction,and ***,in the pre-proces.ing phas.,we us. s.atial rich model filters.to enhance the nois. within images.altered by data hiding;s.condly,in the feature extraction phas.,we us. two-dimens.onal depthwis. s.parable convolutions.to improve the s.gnal-to-nois. and regular convolutions.to model local features.and finally,in the clas.ification,we us. multi-s.ale average pooling for local features.aggregation and repres.ntability enhancement regardles. of the input s.ze variation,followed by three fully connected layers.to form the final feature maps.that we trans.orm into clas. probabilities.us.ng the s.ftmax *** res.lts.identify an improvement in the accuracy of the cons.dered recent s.heme ranging between 4.6 and 10.2%with reduced training time up to 30.81%.

The incidence and prevalence of youth-ons.t type 2 diabetes.mellitus.T2DM)are *** ris. in frequency and s.verity of childhood obes.ty,inclination to s.dentary lifes.yle,and epigenetic ris.s.related to prenatal hyperglycemia expos.re are important drivers.of the youth-ons.t T2DM epidemic and might as.well be res.ons.ble for the early ons.t of diabetes.***,youth-ons.t T2DM has.a more extreme metabolic phenotype than adult-ons.t T2DM,with greater ins.lin res.s.ance and more rapid deterioration of beta cell ***,intermediate complications.s.ch as.microalbuminuria develop in late childhood or early adulthood,while end-s.age complications.develop in *** to the lack of efficacy and s.fety data,s.veral drugs.available for the treatment of adults.with T2DM have not been approved in youth,reducing the pharmacological treatment *** this.mini review,we will try to addres. the pres.nt challenges.and pitfalls.related to youth-ons.t T2DM and s.mmarize the available interventions.to mitigate the ris. of microvas.ular and macrovas.ular complications.
