Proanthocyanidins(PAs)are the second most abundant plant phenolic natural *** biosynthesis is regulated by the well-documented MYB/bHLH/WD40(MBW)complex,but how this complex itself is regu-lated remains ill ***,in situ hybridization and b-glucuronidase staining show that APETALA2(AP2),a well-dened regulator offlower and seed development,is strongly expressed in the seed coat endothelium,where PAs ***2 negatively regulates PA content and expression levels of key PA pathway ***2 activates MYBL2 transcription and interacts with MYBL2,a key suppressor of the PA ***2 exerts its function by directly binding to the AT-rich motifs near the promoter region of *** and biochemical analyses revealed that AP2 forms AP2–MYBL2–TT8/EGL3 com-plexes,disrupting the MBW complex and thereby repressing expression of ANR,TT12,TT19,and *** analyses revealed that AP2 functions upstream of MYBL2,TT2,and TT8 in PA *** work reveals a new role of AP2 as a key regulator of PA biosynthesis in ***,this study sheds new light on the comprehensive regulation network of PA biosynthesis as well as the dual regulatory roles of AP2 in seed development and accumulation of major secondary metabolites in Arabidopsis.

This wok proposed the extraction distillation coupled pervaporation(ED+PV) technology process using two different solvents to separate isopropanol(IPA) and diisopropyl ether(DIPE) from DIPE/IPA/H_(2)O ternary heterogeneous azeotropes in industrial wastewater from the synthesis of isopropanol in this *** on strict design specifications, simulation and sequential iteration methods are used for process design and optimization. Compared to the ethylene glycol(EG)-EG+H_(2)O process and the 1,3-propanediol(PDO)-IPA+H_(2)O process, the total annual cost(TAC) of the EG-IPA+H_(2)O process decreased by 20.76% and 7.86%(PDO). Compared to the EG-EG+H_(2)O process, the TAC of the PDO-IPA+H_(2)O process reduced 14%, but the global warming potential(GWP) and human toxicity of the PDO-IPA+H_(2)O process increased 11.3% and 4.07% respectively. Compared to the PDO-IPA+H_(2)O process, the EG-IPA+H_(2)O process saves 7.86%(TAC), 9.78%(GWP) and 9.85%(human toxicity). The ED+PV process with EG is superior to PDO in factors of TAC, energy consumption, human toxicity and environment. The EG-IPA+H_(2)O process changed the separation order of the products of the multi-azeotropic system, reduced the cost and energy conservation of the system, and enhanced the environmental protection evaluation of the process, is the best process through life cycle assessment for analyzing the economy, energy conservation, environmental assessment and human toxicity, designing cleaner products, controlling waste discharge, and promoting the chemical purification industry. This work provides a new process design and optimized separation ideas, will have a good guiding significance for the research and application separation of multi-azeotropic mixture with mixed solvents in organic wastewater from the cleaner chemical production, has been up to standard wastewater discharge process, and realized the development goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the sustainable development of chemical clean i

Synergetic effects of blended materials for Lithium-ion batteries

LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2, LiMn_2O_4 and LiCoO_2 are paired to make the blended materials for the cathode of lithium-ion batteries. The factors impacting on the characteristics of blended materials are studied using constant current charge/discharge measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the three pairs of blended materials exhibit very different synergetic effects in high C-rate discharging. The mechanism of particle synergetic effect has a physical root on the compensating material property of blending components, which fundamentally correlates with their similarity and difference in crystalline and electronic structures. The AC impedance show the obvious changes that alternate the high C-rate performance, due to reduced particle impedance in blended materials. The pairs of LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2-LiMn_2O and LiCoO_2-LiMn_2O_4 present obvious increases in high C-rate reversible capacities than does the pair LiCoO_2-LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2.

The lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)is an aquatic plant that grows in shallow water and has long been cultivated in South *** can improve the incomes of farmers and plays an important role in alleviating poverty in rural ***,a modern method is required to accurately estimate the area of lotus *** has spectral characteristics similar to those of rice,grassland,and *** features surrounding areas where it is grown are complex,small,and *** studies have examined the remote sensing extraction of lotus fields,and automatic extraction and mapping are still challenging ***,we compared the spectral characteristics of lotus fields and other ground objects and devised a remote sensing method for the rapid extraction of lotus *** this method,the extraction accuracy of lotus was 96.3%.The Kappa coefficient was 0.926,which is higher than those of the unsupervised K-means classification,Mahalanobis distance,and support vector machine supervised classification,and demonstrates the potential of this method for extracting and mapping lotus fields by remote sensing.

Kumamoto oysters(Crassostrea sikamea)are important marine aquaculture shellfish because of their taste and round shell *** to its small size,selective breeding is required to improve its market size,but there are no reports on traits suitable for direction selection and reproductive productivity of Kumamoto oysters of different *** this study,path analysis and one-way ANOVA were used to explore the influential indices of oyster body weight and *** results showed that shell height was the main factor affecting the body weight of Kumamoto oysters at one-year-old and two-year-old,followed by shell *** weight was the main factor influencing fecundity,and shell height showed a significant correlation with ***,shell height should be considered the first parameter for selection when selecting Kumamoto oysters for body weight as the direct selection *** one-year-old and two-year-old Kumamoto oysters were selected as parents from Xiangshan Bay,hatching parameters and growth parameters of F1 generation larvae were *** fecundity and egg diameters were 1.72×10^(6)and 46.60±3.62μm,respectively,which were significantly greater than one-aged oysters(5.86×10^(5),40.26±3.52μm).The hatching parameters(fertilized egg size,fertilization rate,and hatching rate)and larval growth performance(D-stage veliger and veliger)were similar and did not differ significantly(P>0.05),and after metamorphosis,there was also no significant difference in shell height size at 40 days of age(P>0.05).Therefore,there was no significant effect of age on reproduction,larval development,and the early growth of Kumamoto *** results could provide a basis for parental sources and proper traits for Kumamoto oyster selection,which is beneficial to developing and utilizing this excellent germplasm resource.
