AIM To evaluate whether fish oil(FO) can protect liver injury induced by intestinal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) via the AMPK/SIRT-1/autophagy *** Ischemia in wistar rats was induced by superior mesenteric artery occlusion for 60 min and reperfusion for 240 min. One milliliter per day of FO emulsion or normal saline was administered by intraperitoneal injection for 5 consecutive days to each animal. Animals were sacrificed at the end of reperfusion. Blood andtissue samples were collected for analyses. AMPK, SIRT-1, and Beclin-1 expression was determined in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated HepG2 cells with or without FO emulsion *** Intestinal I/R induced significant liver morphological changes and increased serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels. Expression of p-AMPK/AMPK, SIRT-1, and autophagy markers was decreased whereas tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and malonaldehyde(MDA) were increased. FO emulsion blocked the changes of the above indicators effectively. Besides, in LPS-stimulated HepG2 cells, small interfering RNA(siRNA) targeting AMPK impaired the FO induced increase of p-AMPK, SIRT-1, and Beclin-1 and decrease of TNF-α and MDA. SIRT-1 siRNA impaired the increase of SIRT-1 and Beclin-1 and the decrease of TNF-α and *** Our study indicates that FO may protect the liver against intestinal I/R induced injury through the AMPK/SIRT-1/autophagy pathway.

采用血清学方法和分子生物学技术对某蛋鸡场感染鸡进行实验室诊断,采用禽白血病A或B亚群抗体检测试剂盒对该鸡场的血清样本进行检测,抗体阳性率达到70%(7/10);针对ALV群特异性抗原P27基因进行PCR扩增,血液、肝脏病料样本中核酸的检出率分别为66.7%(4/6)、75%(3/4);取ALV囊膜糖蛋白gp85基因的扩增产物进行酶切分析,扩增的目的片断中存在BglⅡ和SspⅠ酶切位点,BamHⅠ不能切割PCR产物。试验结果证实本次疫病是由ALV-A亚群病毒引起的血管瘤型白血病。

Time-domain modeling of a cutter exiting a workpiece in the slot milling process

In a milling operation, there must be processes of a cutter entering and exiting the workpiece boundary. The cutter exit is usually in the feed direction and the dynamic response is different from that in the normal cutting process. This paper presents a new time-domain modeling of mechanics and dynamics of the cutter exit process for the slot milling process. The cutter is assumed to exit the workpiece for the first time with one tooth right in the feed direction. The dynamic chip thickness is summed up along the feed direction and compared with the remaining workpiece length in the feed direction to judge whether the cutter is ready to exit the workpiece or not. The developed model is then used for analyzing the cutting force and machining vibration in the cutter exit *** developed mathematical model is experimentally validated by comparing the simulated forces and vibrations against the measured data collected from real slotting milling tests. The study shows that stable cutting parameters cannot guarantee stable cutting in a cutter exit process and further study can be performed to control the vibration amplitude in this specific process.

It is important to make full use of waste generated in the iron and steel manufacturing process for energy saving,emission reduction,low carbon production and a circular *** on research on different kinds of industrial solid wastes from Shougang Jingtang,wastes have been optimized for use in *** first,basic tests for all kinds of solid wastes that may be used in sintering were carried out,including chemical composition,calorific value of a fuel,holding time at high temperatures,the sintering pot test,*** results show that the appropriate solid waste ratios for current sintering conditions are：steel slag〈5%,scale 2.0%,environmental ash 2.0%,and cyclone ash 1.0%;blast furnace dry ash,sintering electric field ash,and steelmaking ash should not be circulated in *** for the fuel structure,both coking ash and nut coke should be below 15%.By optimizing the addition of solid wastes,the damage of harmful elements to sintering and blast furnaces has been significantly reduced,which satisfies the demands for blast furnace materials and earns *** utilization of solid wastes has made a contribution to the circular economy and sustainable development.

Di（o-cyanobenzyl）tin bis（quinoline-2-carboxylate） was synthesized by the reaction of tri（o-cyanobenzyl）tin chloride with quinoline-2-carboxylic acid. The molecular structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for the compound： tficlinic, space group P1, a = 0.80734（7）, b = 1.00681（9）, c = 1.04811（9） nm, a = 81.7570（10）, β = 7.7240（10）,γ = 81.2850（10）°, V = 0.77581（12） nm3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.488 g/cm3, μ（MoKa） = 0.870 mm^-1 and F（000） = 350. The final R= 0.0204 and wR= 0.0530 for 2677 observed reflections with I 〉2σ（I）, and R = 0.0208 and wR = 0.0532 for all reflections. The molecular structure adopts a distorted octahedral geometry around the Sn atom. The title compound molecules are connected via hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D network structure. Quantum chemistry calculation study on the title compound has been performed by means of G98W package at the Lanl2dz basis set. The stability of the compound, orbital energies and some frontier molecular orbital composition characteristics have also been investigated.

Late season drought coinciding with the rice booting to heading stage affects the development of plant height, panicle exserfion, and flag leaf size, and causes significant yield loss. In this study, a recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between paddy and upland cultivars was used for data collection of the morphologic traits under well water and drought stress conditions. Drought stress was applied at the stage of panicle initiation in the field in 2002 and at the booting stage in PVC pipes in 2003. The data from stress conditions and their ratios （trait measured under stress condition/trait measured under well water condition） or differences （trait measured under stress condition minus trait measured under well water condition） were used for QTL analysis. Totally, 17 and 36 QTLs for these traits were identified in 2002 and 2003, respectively, which explained a range of 2.58%-29.82% of the phenotypic variation. Among them, six QTLs were commonly identified in the two years, suggesting that the drought stress in the two years was different. The genetic basis of these traits will provide useful information for improving rice late season drought resistance, and their application as indirect indices in rice late season drought resistance screening was also discussed.
