Energy-saving and environmentally friendly photocatalysis has emerged as a popular research area in response to issues with energy scarcity and environmental *** to the unique layer-like structure,BiOX(Cl,Br,I)is frequently used in ***,inherent flaws in BiOX,such as an inappropriate band gap and low carrier separation efficiency,restrict its capacity for *** to the tunable grouping layer,alloying engineering is employed to optimize the intrinsic properties of BiOX and alloyed BiOX becomes a promising photocatalytic *** review describes the structure of BiOX,where tunable halogen layers provide favorable conditions for the implementation of alloying engineering to improve intrinsic *** article compares the effects and mechanisms of alloying engineering on the optimization of the energy band structure and carrier behavior of BiOX,and lists various modification methods used to improve the optimization of the intrinsic properties by alloying engineering,including defect engineering,morphology control as well as the synergy between alloying and other modification methods(bismuth-rich strategies,cation doping,construction of heterojunctions and plasma resonance effects).Subsequently,applications of alloyed BiOX in energy and environmental fields are summarized,including contaminant degradation,antibacterial,CO_(2.reduction,nitrogen fixation and organic ***,we summarize the current challenges and future directions of alloyed *** is expected that this work will provide guidance and assistance for an in-depth study and understanding of the mechanisms of alloying engineering to optimize intrinsic properties and design alloyed BiOX with higher photocatalytic activity.

The transfer of graphene from metallic substrates onto application-specific substrates is usually inevitable for the applications of high-quality graphene films derived from chemical vapour deposition(CVD)*** used to support the graphene films during the transfer,the coating of the polymer would produce the surface contaminations and hinder the industrially compatible *** this work,through the thermal imidization of polyamide acid(PAA)to polyimide(PI)and tuning of the concentration of dangling chains,we achieved the ultraclean and crack-free transfer of graphene wafers with high electronic *** resulting contamination-free and hydrophilic surface also enabled the observed improved cell viability in a biomedical *** avoiding aqueous etching or the usage of strong bases,our proposed transfer method is industrially compatible for batch transfer of graphene films towards the real applications.

The band structures of BSb and BxGa1-xSb alloys are studied using first-principles calculations in the generalized gradient approximation. By SQS-8 supercells to model a random alloy, the direct transition energy-gap (Γ15v- Γ1c) bowing of 3.0 eV is obtained for BxGa1-xSb alloys in x = 0-50%, in x = 0-11% the energy-gap is the band-gap and increases by 7 meV/%B with boron composition increasing; by SQS-16 supercells the bowing parameter is about 1.9 eV in x = 0-12.5%. The formation enthalpies of mixing, ΔH, are calculated for BxGa1-xAs and BxGa1-xSb alloys. A comparison of enthalpies indicates that BxGa1-xSb films with boron composition of 7% may be possible.

Post-earthquake rescue missions are full of challenges due to the unstable structure of ruins and successive *** of the current rescue robots lack the ability to interact with environments,leading to low rescue *** multimodal electronic skin(e-skin)proposed not only reproduces the pressure,temperature,and humidity sensing capabilities of natural skin but also develops sensing functions beyond it—perceiving object proximity and NO2.*** multilayer stacked structure based on Ecoflex and organohydrogel endows the e-skin with mechanical properties similar to natural *** robots integrated with multimodal e-skin and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms show strong environmental perception capabilities and can accurately distinguish objects and identify human limbs through grasping,laying the foundation for automated post-earthquake ***,the combination of e-skin and NO2.wireless alarm circuits allows robots to sense toxic gases in the environment in real time,thereby adopting appropriate measures to protect trapped people from the toxic *** e-skin powered by AI algorithms and hardware circuits exhibits powerful environmental perception and information processing capabilities,which,as an interface for interaction with the physical world,dramatically expands intelligent robots’application scenarios.

Molecular dielectric switches constitute a type of intelligent materials that are highly coveted for their distinctive advantages of switchable dielectric responses,lightweight,and mechanical ***(2.)hybrid perovskites have demonstrated excellent promise for assembling dielectric switches,in which the dynamic motions of organic moieties afford driving force to trigger switchable dielectric phase ***,we successfully assembled a new lead-free hybrid double perovskite,(CHA)4Cu Bi Br8(1,CHA=cyclohexylammonium),adopting a typical 2. structural motif,which shows dielectric anisotropy and bistable behaviors during the reversible phase transition near T_(c)=378 K(the Curie temperature).That is,its dielectric constants could be switched and tuned between high-dielectric and low-dielectric *** analyses reveal that the ordered-disordered transformation of the organic CHA+moiety and distortion of inorganic framework account for its phase *** result will stimulate further exploration of molecular dielectric switches in this 2. environmentally friendly family.
