The synthesis and characterization, by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR of ( Z ) 1 [2 (triphenylstannyl)vinyl] 1 cyclopentanol, CH 2(CH) 3C(OH)CHCHSnPh 3 are described together with its halodemetallation by I 2, Br 2 and ICl to yield derivatives of the types CH 2(CH 2) 3C(OH)CHCHSnPh 3- n X n (n =1, 2; X=I, Br, Cl). The solid state structures of the dibromide were determined by X ray diffraction analysis. In the crystal of CH 2(CH 2) 3C(OH)· CHCHSnBr 2 , the Sn atom has a destorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, in which Sn—O interaction is noted[0 244 6(8) nm]. The biological activity of the title complexes was also investigated.

A guanidinium ionic liquid,N,N,N＇,N＇-tetrahexyl-N＂,N＂-dimethylguanidinium bis（trifluoromethane）sulfonylimide（THDMGNTf2）, was synthesized and used as stationary phase for capillary gas *** comparison with imidazolium ionic liquid stationary phase,the present new stationary phase exhibits quite different selectivity and behaves more like a low polar stationary *** guanidinium ionic liquid of THDMG-NTf2 exhibited better separation of Grab test mixture than imidazolium ionic liquid of 1-octyl-3-butylimidazolium bis（trifluoromethane）sulfonylimide（OBIM-NTf2）.Solvation parameter model was also used to evaluate the selectivity of ***,essential oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp was analyzed to further evaluate the selectivity of THDMG-NTf2 for a sample of complicated *** separation of the essential oil was achieved on a THDMG-NTf2 column（10 m） while using a commercial column（30 m） as *** present study shows that the guanidinium ionic liquid possesses novel chromatographic selectivity and has great potential for wide applications.

The induction of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）-specific T-cell response is generally considered as critical to the development of effective immunity to HIV type 1 （ HIV-1 ）. Recombinant Avipoxvirus vectors are used widely for vaccination against HIV-1, where the induction of a cytotoxic CD8 ＋ T-cell（CTL） response seems to be an important component of protective immunity. A recombinant fowlpox virus（rFPV/Gag-pol） expressing the Gag-pol protein of HIV was constructed and characterized. The specific expression protein in CEF cells infected by recombinant fowlpox and the specific antibody in the sera of mice immunized with rFPV were analyzed via Western-blot.

In the present study, immunohistochemical method (SABC method) was used to examine the distribution of serotonin-like neurons in hypothalamus of Cherry Valley ducks bred with high energy diet and low energy diet respectively. All films were analysed by using a computer-assisted image analysis system. In high energy group, labelled neurons are widely distributed in paraventricular nucleus(PVN, 17.73±1.41 neurons/19.46×103 μm2) and ventromedial hypothalamus (VMH, 15.8±1.71 neurons/19.46×103 μm2); in low energy group, labelled cells are widely distributed in lateral hypothalamus (LH, 11.25±1.53 neurons/19.46×103 μm2), yet there is no positive neuron in PVN. These results indicate that serotonin-like neurons in hypothalamus are involved in the regulation of food intake and energy metabolism.

BACKGROUND Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)has a high incidence in the middleaged and elderly population,and poses a great threat to the physical and mental health and quality of life of *** Rehabilitation Tablets have many potential effects,such as clearing residual toxins,tumefying the kidney and spleen,replenishing qi,and nourishing yin,and have played an important role in the treatment of a variety of kidney *** To investigate the efficacy and safety of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of *** Eighty-four patients with IMN recruited from January 2017 to September 2020 were randomly divided into a study group(n=42)and a control group(n=42).On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,both groups were treated with tacrolimus,and the study group was additionally treated with Nephritis Rehabilitation *** groups were treated for 12 *** therapeutic effect,the levels of renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),serum albumin,and 24-h urinary protein],urinary immunoglobulin(IgG4),membrane attack complex(C5b-9),and the incidence of adverse reactions were measured before and after 12 wk of *** The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control *** treatment,there was no significant difference in Scr,serum albumin,or 24 h urinary protein between the two *** 12 wk of treatment,the levels of Scr and 24-h urinary protein in both groups were significantly lower and serum albumin was significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of Scr and 24-h urinary protein were significantly lower(P=0.003 and 0.000,respectively),and the level of serum albumin was significantly higher(P=0.00)in the study group than in the control *** treatment,there was no significant difference in urinary IgG4 and C5b-9 levels between the study group and the control group(P=0.336 and 0.438,respectively).Af

The dynamic tensile behavior and deformation mechanism of ultra-high-strength dual-phase(UHS-DP1000)steel were investigated over a wide range of strain rates from 10^-4 to 10^3 s^-*** the strain rate increases,the transition strain decreases from 2.73 to 1.92,and the martensite plastic deformation starts *** strain rate of 10^-4-0.5 s^-l,the inhomogeneous plastic deformation ability increases because the dislocation density in the ferrite matrix *** leads to a decrease in uni form elongation and an increase in fracture *** the strain rate increases from 0.5 to 500s^-*** amount of mobile dislocation increases,which is the main reason for the enhancing uniform elongation and fracture *** nwhile,because the dislocation motio n resistance rapidly in creases,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength also *** the strain rate is higher than 500 s^-*** hardening behavior caused by the dislocation motion resistance has not been offset by softening due to the mobile dislocation and adiabatic *** voids at the early stage of deformation could not uniformly form and grow,and thus the homogeneous plastic deformation ability decreases.

MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are small noncoding RNAs, which participate in many biological processes. The small RNA transcriptome in the migratory locust has been characterized and 50 conserved miRNA families and 185 potential locust-specific miRNA family candidates have been identified using high-throughput sequencing. However, it is unclear whether miRNAs influence a wide variety of locusts＇ biological processes, such as growth or development. In insects, Dicerl ribonuclease transforms miRNA precursors into mature miRNAs. Thus, using systemic RNA interference （RNAi） to silence the expression of Dicer1 in the migratory locust, Locusta migratoria, we reduced miRNA contents in the locust and disrupted two types of molt （nymph-nymph, and nymph-adult）. The RNAi of LmDicerl also resulted in a high mortality in L. migratora. Our study revealed that LmDicerl was essential for miRNA regulation and development ofL. migratoria. These results further support our notion that LmDicerl could serve as an excellent target for developing novel strategies for controlling this important insect pest.
