Objective:To determine the role of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside(TGW) in the treatment of psoriatic dermatitis from a cellular immunological ***:Mouse models of psoriatic dermatitis were established by imiquimod(IMQ).Twelve male BALB/c mice were assigned to MQ or IMQ+TGW groups according to a random number *** changes in vivo were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin *** of immune cells and cytokines in mice,as well as PAM212 cell proliferation in vitro were assessed by flow ***-inflammatory cytokine expression was determined using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain ***:TGW significantly ameliorated the severity of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse skin lesions and restrained the activation of CD45^(+)cells,neutrophils and T lymphocytes(all Pluding interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-23,tumor necrosis factor α,and chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(Plusions:TGW improved psoriasis-like inflammation by inhibiting KCs proliferation,as well as the associated immune cells and cytokine *** inhibited IL-17 secretion from γδ T cells,which improved the immune-inflammatory microenvironment of psoriasis.

Objective:To assess the relationship between the severity of atopic dermatitis(AD)in children of varying weight categories and their serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]***:The study population comprised 899 patients with AD and 854 age-and sex-matched *** Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H tests were used to assess differences between groups,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to test ***:The 25(OH)D level in the AD group was M(Q_(25),Q_(75)),24.0(19.7,28.4)ng/mL,which was significantly lower than the control group(26.4[23.6,29.9]ng/mL;Z=-3.34,P=0.001).25(OH)D levels in children with AD were negatively correlated with body mass index(r=-0.30,Plusion:Vitamin D insufficient or deficient is obvious in children AD *** 25(OH)D levels in the overweight/obese AD group are significantly lower than those in the normal-weight AD *** D level is negatively correlated with SCORAD in obese children with AD.

To assess whether a development strategy will be profitable enough,production forecasting is a crucial and difficult step in the *** development history of other reservoirs in the same class tends to be studied to make predictions ***,the permeability field,well patterns,and development regime must all be similar for two reservoirs to be considered in the same *** results in very few available experiences from other reservoirs even though there is a lot of historical information on numerous reservoirs because it is difficult to find such similar *** paper proposes a learn-to-learn method,which can better utilize a vast amount of historical data from various ***,the proposed method first learns how to learn samples before directly learning rules in ***,by utilizing gradients from networks with independent parameters and copied structure in each class of reservoirs,the proposed network obtains the optimal shared initial parameters which are regarded as transferable information across different *** on that,the network is able to predict future production indices for the target reservoir by only training with very limited samples collected from reservoirs in the same *** cases further demonstrate its superiority in accuracy to other widely-used network methods.

Permafrost is degrading globally,particularly those with low thermal stability on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,owing to climate ***,the inadequacy of direct research on permafrost degradation based on in-situ monitoring limits the prediction of permafrost degradation and engineering *** study explored the processes and modes of permafrost degradation into talik by analyzing ground temperature data from five points in the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 2006 to *** results showed that the degradation of the warm permafrost layer with a geothermal gradient of zero occurred simultaneously in the top and bottom *** rate of permafrost degradation from the top down and bottom up increase during the degradation process,but the increase of the former is more drastic after the formation of thawed ***,the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway changed the degradation modes of the permafrost in adjacent natural sites through horizontal heat transfer,particularly after through talik formation under the *** findings suggest that taking countermeasures before or immediately after forming thawed interlayer is more *** evaluating the thermal impact of projects in warm permafrost regions,special attention should be given to the horizontal heat transfer process that may result from the formation of a through talik.

BACKGROUND Cartilage defects are some of the most common causes of *** lesions caused by inflammation,trauma or degenerative disease normally result in osteochondral *** studies have shown that decellularized extracellular matrix(ECM)derived from autologous,allogenic,or xenogeneic mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)can effectively restore osteochondral *** To determine whether the decellularized ECM of antler reserve mesenchymal cells(RMCs),a xenogeneic material from antler stem cells,is superior to the currently available treatments for osteochondral *** We isolated the RMCs from a 60-d-old sika deer antler and cultured them in vitro to 70%confluence;50 mg/mL L-ascorbic acid was then added to the medium to stimulate ECM *** sheets of adipocyte-derived MSCs(aMSCs)and antlerogenic periosteal cells(another type of antler stem cells)were used as the *** weeks after ascorbic acid stimulation,the ECM sheets were harvested and applied to the osteochondral defects in rat knee *** The defects were successfully repaired by applying the *** highest quality of repair was achieved in the RMC-ECM group both in vitro(including cell attachment and proliferation),and in vivo(including the simultaneous regeneration of well-vascularized subchondral bone and avascular articular hyaline cartilage integrated with surrounding native tissues).Notably,the antler-stem-cell-derived ECM(xenogeneic)performed better than the aMSC-ECM(allogenic),while the ECM of the active antler stem cells was superior to that of the quiescent antler stem *** Decellularized xenogeneic ECM derived from the antler stem cell,particularly the active form(RMC-ECM),can achieve high quality repair/reconstruction of osteochondral defects,suggesting that selection of decellularized ECM for such repair should be focused more on bioactivity rather than kinship.
