采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定,比较湿法消解30 min,湿法消解至近干和微波消解等不同前处理方法对有机肥料中镉、砷、汞、铅、铬元素的提取效果,建立了一种基于ICP-MS测定有机肥料多种重金属元素含量的方法。结果表明:湿法消解至近干和微波消解法对有机肥多元素成分分析标准物质(RMH-F001)中5项重金属含量的测试结果均满足标准要求,方法定量值、标准值偏差分别低于6.3%、5.7%;硝酸/过氧化氢体系-微波消解处理下,样品结果稳定性最佳,相对标准偏差为0.8%~6.8%,相对偏差为1.1%~9.0%,相对相差为2.2%~18.0%,加标回收率为99.4%~102.9%。硝酸/过氧化氢体系-微波消解-ICP-MS法可作为有机肥中5项重金属统一化测定的常规方法。

为探明氮、磷、钾肥配施对葛根生长及品质的影响,为葛根高效栽培提供合理的施肥技术支撑和理论依据,采用L_(9)(3~4)正交试验设计,研究氮、磷、钾配施对葛根产量和主要功能成分的影响,明确研究区葛根氮、磷、钾的最佳施用量。结果表明,不同施肥方案对葛根产量和功能成分的影响显著,其中以N_(3)P_(1)K_(2)(N 270kg/hm^(2),P_(2)O_(5)45 kg/hm^(2),K_(2)O 90 kg/hm^(2))处理的产量和总黄酮含量最高,分别为2.13 kg/株和83.10 mg/g;N_(1)P_(3)K_(2)(N 90 kg/hm^(2),P_(2)O_(5)135 kg/hm^(2),K_(2)O 90 kg/hm^(2))的葛根素含量最高,为24.85 mg/g,N_(1)P_(2)K_(3)(N 90 kg/hm^(2),P_(2)O_(5)90 kg/hm^(2),K_(2)O 135 kg/hm^(2))处理的大豆苷和大豆苷元含量均为最高,分别为22.96和2.55 mg/g。氮、磷、钾肥配施对葛根产量和葛根素含量影响的大小顺序为氮肥>钾肥>磷肥。以葛根产量为目标的最佳施肥量为N 270 kg/hm^(2)、P_(2)O_(5)135 kg/hm^(2)、K_(2)O 90 kg/hm^(2),以葛根品质提升为目标的最佳施肥量为N 180 kg/hm^(2)、P_(2)O_(5)135 kg/hm^(2)、K_(2)O 90 kg/hm^(2)。

Fertilization is an effective technique to improve soil fertility and increase crop *** long-term effects of different fertilizers on soil considerably *** 38 consecutive years of different fertilization positioning experiments in a double cropping rice field of Qiyang Red Soil Experimental Station,seven different fertilization treatments including CK(no fertilization),NPK(nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizer),M(cow manure),NPKM(nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium with cow manure),NPM(nitrogen and phosphorus with cow manure),NKM(nitrogen and potassium with cow manure),and PKM(phosphorus and potassium with cow manure)were applied to study the effects on rice yield,soil fertility,and nutrient apparent balance in a paddy *** results showed that the annual average yields of rice in NPKM,NPM,NKM,PKM,M,NPK and CK treatments ranged from 6214 to 11562 kg *** under long-term organic and inorganic treatments(NPKM,NPM,NKM and PKM)were 22.58,15.35,10.53 and 4.41%,respectively,greater than under the NPK *** organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN)and available potassium(AK)concentration with long-term organic and inorganic treatment(NPKM,NPM,NKM and PKM)were significantly higher than in inorganic fertilizer(NPK)*** total phosphorus(TP)and available phosphorus(AP)contentration with organic fertilizer combined with inorganic N and P fertilizer treatment(NPKM,NPM and PKM)were significantly higher than with inorganic fertilizer alone(NPK treatments).The average annual rice yield(11562 kg ha-1),SOC(20.88 g kg-1),TN(2.30 g kg-1),TP(0.95 g kg-1),TK(22.50 g kg-1)and AP(38.94 mg kg-1)concentrations were the highest in the NPKM *** soil AN concentration(152.40 mg kg-1)and AK contentration(151.00 mg kg-1)were the highest in the NKM treatment.N and P application led to a surplus of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil,but NPKM treatment effectively reduced the surplus compared with other *** un

Objective This study aimed to examine the role of long non-coding RNA PCED1B antisense RNA 1(PCED1B-AS1)in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods A total of 62 pairs of HCC tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were obtained from 62 HCC *** interactions of PCED1B-AS1 and microRNA-34a(miR-34a)were detected by dual luciferase activity assay and RNA pull-down *** RNA expression levels of PCED1B-AS1,miR-34a and CD44 were detected by RT-qPCR,and the protein expression level of CD44 was determined by Western *** cell proliferation was detected by cell proliferation assay,and the cell invasion and migration by transwell invasion *** HCC tumor growth after PCED1B-AS1 was downregulated was determined by in vivo animal *** PCED1B-AS1 was highly expressed in HCC tissues,which was associated with poor survival of HCC ***,PCED1B-AS1 interacted with miR-34a in HCC cells,but they did not regulate the expression of each ***,PCED1B-AS1 increased the expression level of CD44,which was targeted by *** cell proliferation and invasion assay revealed that miR-34a inhibited the proliferation and invasion of HCC in vitro,while CD44 exhibited the opposite ***,PCED1B-AS1 suppressed the role of ***,the knockdown of PCED1B-AS1 repressed the HCC tumor growth in nude mice in *** PCED1B-AS1 may play an oncogenic role by regulating the miR-34a/CD44 axis in HCC.

Elemene, derived from Curcuma wenyujin, one of the "8 famous genuine medicinal materials of Zhejiang province," exhibits remarkable antitumor activity. It has gained wide recognition in clinical practice for effectiveness on tumors. Dr. XIE Tian introduced the innovative concept of "molecular compatibility theory" by combining Chinese medicine principles, specifically the "monarch, minister, assistant, and envoy" theory, with modern biomedical technology. This groundbreaking approach, along with a systematic analysis of Chinese medicine and modern biomedical knowledge, led to the development of elemene nanoliposome formulations. These novel formulations offer numerous advantages, including low toxicity, well-defined composition, synergistic effects on multiple targets, and excellent biocompatibility. Following the principles of the "molecular compatibility theory", further exploration of cancer treatment strategies and methods based on elemene was undertaken. This comprehensive review consolidates the current understanding of elemene's potential antitumor mechanisms, recent clinical investigations, advancements in drug delivery systems, and structural modifications. The ultimate goal of this review is to establish a solid theoretical foundation for researchers, empowering them to develop more effective antitumor drugs based on the principles of "molecular compatibility theory".

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices due to their low cost,high capacity,and ecological ***,the severe dendritic growth and side reactions hinder their practical applicability ***,an ultrathin Cu coating layer(~200 nm)is decorated on zinc foils via filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition technology,aiming to achieve high-performance *** Cu layer effectively suppresses chemical corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions and enables preferential(002)Zn deposition during the stripping/plating ***,the Cu@Zn anode represents an elongated cycle life over 4,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(-2)/2 mAh·cm^(-2).Even in conditions of high current density of 5 and 10 mA·cm^(-2),the Cu@Zn anode shows prolonged cycling stability exceeding 4000 and 2000 h,*** advantages also bring high Coulombic efficiency of 99.87%under 5 mAh·cm^(-2)in Cu@Ti||Zn half-cell over 1500 ***,the Cu@Zn||MnO_(2)full cell demonstrates a superior cyclability with a specific capacity of 203 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles a1 A·g^(-1).

Catastrophic geological disasters frequently occur on slopes with obliquely inclined bedding structures(also referred to as obliquely inclined bedding slopes),where the apparent dip sliding is not readily *** phenomenon has become a focal point in landslide ***,there is a lack of studies on the failure modes and mechanisms of hidden,steep obliquely inclined bedding *** study investigated the Shanyang landslide in Shaanxi Province,*** field investigations,laboratory tests of geotechnical parameters,and the 3DEC software,this study developed a numerical model of the landslide to analyze the failure process of such *** findings indicate that the Shanyang landslide primarily crept along a weak interlayer under the action of *** landslide,initially following a dip angle with the support of a stable inclined rock mass,shifted direction under the influence of argillization in the weak interlayer,moving towards the apparent dip *** slide resistance effect of the karstic dissolution zone was increasingly significant during this process,with lateral friction being the primary resistance force.A reduction in the lateral friction due to karstic dissolution made the apparent dip sliding characteristics of the Shanyang landslide more ***,deformations such as bending and uplift at the slope’s foot suggest that the main slide resistance shifts from lateral friction within the karstic dissolution zone to the slope foot’s resistance force,leading to the eventual buckling failure of the *** study unveils a novel failure mode of apparent dip creep-buckling in the Shanyang landslide,highlighting the critical role of lateral friction from the karstic dissolution zone in its failure *** insights offer a valuable reference for mitigating risks and preventing disasters related to obliquely inclined bedding landslides.

Polymer flooding in fractured wells has been extensively applied in oilfields to enhance oil *** contrast to water,polymer solution exhibits non-Newtonian and nonlinear behavior such as effects of shear thinning and shear thickening,polymer convection,diffusion,adsorption retention,inaccessible pore volume and reduced effective ***,the flux density and fracture conductivity along the hydraulic fracture are generally non-uniform due to the effects of pressure distribution,formation damage,and proppant *** this paper,we present an oil-water two-phase flow model that captures these complex non-Newtonian and nonlinear behavior,and non-uniform fracture characteristics in fractured polymer *** hydraulic fracture is firstly divided into two parts:high-conductivity fracture near the wellbore and low-conductivity fracture in the far-wellbore section.A hybrid grid system,including perpendicular bisection(PEBI)and Cartesian grid,is applied to discrete the partial differential flow equations,and the local grid refinement method is applied in the near-wellbore region to accurately calculate the pressure distribution and shear rate of polymer *** combination of polymer behavior characterizations and numerical flow simulations are applied,resulting in the calculation for the distribution of water saturation,polymer concentration and reservoir *** with the polymer flooding well with uniform fracture conductivity,this non-uniform fracture conductivity model exhibits the larger pressure difference,and the shorter bilinear flow period due to the decrease of fracture flow ability in the far-wellbore *** field case of the fall-off test demonstrates that the proposed method characterizes fracture characteristics more accurately,and yields fracture half-lengths that better match engineering reality,enabling a quantitative segmented characterization of the near-wellbore section with high fracture conductivity and th

Microstructural rafting of Ni-based single-crystal(SC) superalloys is inevitable at elevated temperatures during long-term service with mechanical loading, which significantly affects the mechanical behaviour of the material. In this study, the effects of rafting on the mesodeformation and fracture behaviour of a Ni-based SC superalloy under cyclic and tensile loads were investigated using in situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM), digital image correlation(DIC), and crystal plasticity finite element method(CP-FEM) simulations. The results indicated that the tensile strength decreased significantly in the rafted specimens. In the cyclic tests, both the virgin and rafted specimens showed an increase in the maximum shear strain with cycle number. The interaction of cross-slip bands was captured by in situ SEM-DIC around the micro-notch of the virgin specimens during the tensile test, while a more homogeneous local deformation field was observed in the rafting specimens. In addition,the fracture behaviour was strongly influenced by the rafting morphology. The crack exhibited instantaneous and long-range fracture features along the octahedral plane as it propagated in the rafting specimen, whereas it deflected over a short distance between the crystallographic planes at an early stage in the virgin specimen, which is consistent with the CP-FEM ***, the CP-FEM results for the crack initiation direction on(111) dominant slip plane were consistent with the in situ SEM observations.
