Intelligent interaction system based on multimodal conformal triboelectric nanogenerator patch for disabled sports and life

Intelligent interaction technology based on advanced sensing units has become a research hotspot. In this paper, an intelligent interaction system (IIS) based on a multimodal conformal triboelectric nanogenerator patch (MCTP) is reported for sports monitoring and life promotion of the disabled. This IIS consists of a cloud-based smart sports recognition program and a smart life application. The porous micro-reinforced structure of polyurethane (PU) Sponge&Ecoflex, and the surface modification of PTFE by coating it with MXene endows the MCTP with excellent electrical properties. It shows good angle and force sensitivities of 1.1 V/°and 1.61 V/N, respectively, and has an ultra-fast response time of 15 ms, meeting the needs of human motion monitoring. The MCTP can also capture the mechanical energy, producing a maximum output power of 139μ*** with the commercial inertial measuring unit (IMU), the MCTP shows better consistency in human joint angle sensing. A precise analysis of wheelchair curling sports monitoring points is achieved by combining the MCTP and the human anatomy model. The cloud-based smart sports recognition program utilizes machine learning to achieve visual feedback on the three throwing technologies of draw, takeout and clearing. In addition, the developed smart life application uses a highsensitivity MCTP-sensor array design to achieve a variety of smart home interactions through simple finger touches. Overall,the IIS integrates the three major functions of smart sports sensing, energy capture, and smart home control, providing important application prospects in the fields of smart sports and human-computer interaction for the disabled.

固定床实验表明,在深度欠氧的条件下,铁基氧化物对CO还原NO的反应具有催化作用.为进一步理解脱销催化反应机理,本文利用量化软件Gaussian模拟了铁及其三种不同价态氧化物团簇:Fe_(2)团簇、Fe_(2)O_(2)团簇、Fe_(2)O_(3)团簇催化CO还原NO的反应路径,为进一步改进脱硝反应提供理论基础.本文分析了反应过程的各阶段能量壁垒,三种团簇中最容易发生催化反应的团簇为Fe_(2),整个反应过程中的决速步为NO在Fe_(2)团簇上的解离吸附过程.

坏死性凋亡分子机制及与牙周炎的相关性

背景:近年来,随着细胞死亡研究的不断深入,坏死性凋亡逐渐成为学术界研究的热点和难点,其多种信号通路及蛋白在牙周炎的发生发展中起到不可忽视的作用,人们试图通过阻止细胞坏死性凋亡的发生,从而延缓牙周组织炎症的进程。目的:就坏死性凋亡的分子机制及其与牙周炎的相关性进行综述,期望为牙周炎的预防、诊断、治疗及预后提供新思路、新方向。方法:第一作者于2023年10月应用计算机检索PubMed、中国知网等数据库建库到2024年4月发表的相关文献,以“坏死性凋亡,细胞程序性死亡,牙周炎,牙周,免疫,炎症,受体相互作用蛋白激酶1,受体相互作用蛋白激酶3,混合系列蛋白激酶样结构域”为中文检索词;“necroptosis,programmed cell death,periodontitis,periodontal,immunity,inflammation,RIP1,RIP3,MLKL”为英文检索词,阅读每篇文献的文题、摘要、引言进行初步筛选,最终纳入56篇文献进行总结分析。结果与结论:①牙周炎的主要发病机制为牙周致病菌刺激机体,导致牙周微环境发生改变,打破原有免疫平衡并释放各种炎症因子,引发炎症反应造成牙周组织破坏,坏死性凋亡可以调控牙周组织免疫炎症反应,从而影响牙周炎的发生发展进程;②坏死性凋亡的发生与多种蛋白、信号通路及信号分子有关,已有动物实验证实了磷酸化混合系列蛋白激酶样结构域(pMLKL)的表达量与炎症程度有关,且在患有牙周炎小鼠的牙周组织中,RIP3和pMLKL高表达,通过阻断RIP3/MLKL通路,有利于减少牙周组织炎症、控制牙周炎的进展;③探究pMLKL是否可作为牙周炎的诊断指标,在牙周炎的预防、诊断及治疗上有很大价值。

为阐明核桃分心木的体外消化特性及其对人体肠道菌群的影响,本研究以分心木为底物进行体外上消化道消化和体外结肠微生物发酵试验,对整个消化过程进行理化性质分析,通过微生物多样性分析研究体外发酵后分心木对人体肠道菌群多样性和组成的影响,并通过代谢组学分析分心木对人体肠道菌群的影响及其在肠道中产生的代谢物。结果表明,肠道微生物发酵可以最大程度释放分心木中的多酚物质,显著提高其抗氧化能力,其中1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸(ABTS)自由基清除能力以及亚铁还原抗氧化能力(FRAP)最高分别达22.95 mg·g^(-1)DW、3.88 mmol·g^(-1)DW和1.14 mmol·g^(-1)DW。经微生物发酵后,分心木的表面微观形态明显瓦解。16S rRNA微生物多样性分析发现,与空白对照组相比,试验组拟杆菌门、梭杆菌门和变形菌门的丰度增加;在属水平上,普雷沃氏菌属和梭杆菌属的相对丰度增加;而某些促炎细菌(如多雷亚菌属、另枝菌属、科利德克士菌属和嗜胆菌属)的生长繁殖受到显著抑制。非靶向代谢组学分析发现,共有1338种差异代谢物富集在269个京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路中。其中,阿魏酸、伞形花序酮、表儿茶素、绿原酸、脱落酸、芥子酚醛和东莨菪碱等代谢物基因表达明显上调,这些代谢物分别富集在苯丙烷类、类黄酮、植物次级代谢物和次级胆汁酸的生物合成通路中。本研究为提高核桃加工副产物的附加价值提供了理论基础。

Dynamic clustering of distributed source coding in wireless sensor networks

There are correlations of data in adjacent sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks （WSNs）. Distributed source coamg （DSC） is an idea to improve the energy efficiency in WSNs by compressing the sensor data with correlations to others, When utilizing the DSC, the network architecture that, deciding which nodes to transmit the side information and which nodes to compress according to the correlations, influences the compression efficiency significantly. Comparing with former schemes that have no adaptations, a dynamic clustering scheme is presented in this article, with which the network is partitioned to clusters adaptive to the topology and the degree of correlations. The simulation indicates that the proposed scheme has higher efficiency than static clustering schemes.

Algorithm design and the development of a discrete element method for simulating particulate flow and heat transfer

An algorithm using the discrete element method(DEM)for simulating the particulate behaviour of flow and heat transfer is developed and described,the reasonable hypothesis and the ingenious design of which have been presented in *** organizational structure of the developed algorithm contains an efficient method for determining particle collisions,the status analysis for each particle and the particulate-kinematics analysis during the time *** reasonability and correctness of the developed DEM algorithm are validated by laboratory experiments:the discharge process of glass beads from a silo;and heating of metal alloy particles in a ***,a group of validated mechanics parameter values for coal and sand have been tested and verified in the article,preparing for the simulation of the pyrolysis process in a downer or screw reactor in subsequent research projects.
