In vitro models of human colon carcinoma cell line(Caco-2 cell monolayer) and human intestinal bacteria were used to investigate the intestinal transport and biotransformation of resibufogenin and cinobufagin in Chan Su by HPLC/APCI-MSn. The experimental results of Caco-2 cell monolayer demonstrate that the apparent permeability coefficients(Papp) of resibufogenin and cinobufagin are higher than 10–6 cm/s, which indicates that both resibufogenin and cinobufagin have a good absorption in the small intestine. And the biotransformation result of human intestinal bacteria shows that resibufogenin has been transformed to 3-epiresibufogenin and cinobufagin has been transformed to 3-epicinobufagin, deacetylcinobufagin and 3-epideacetycinobufagin, respectively.

Radiation causes severe constraint on numerous pathological functions of cells, such as cell growth, nuclear genetic material expression and cell functions. In this study, we performed proteomic profiling of a nuclear fraction of Jurkat T lymphocyte cells under radiation along different time course by means of 2DE and MALDI TOF-MS. We found 24 protein spots whose expression had changed after radiation, including relevant proteins, genetic material proteins, metabolism proteins, molecular chaperon and nuclear membrane proteins. Based on the above it is concluded that the combination of fluorescence labeled 2D-PAGE and MALDI-TOF MS is more precisely and effectively to elucidate the protein changes in Jurkat T lymphocyte cells after irradiation.

Protective Effects of Ginsenoside Rb1 on Septic Rats and Its Mechanism

This study aims to observe the protective effects of ginsenoside Rbl on liver and lung in rats with septic shock and reveal its mechanism. Rats were randomly divided into three groups： sham, cecal ligation and puncture （CLP）, and CLP with ginsenoside Rb1. Then, the survival rate, arterial blood pressure, TLR4 mRNA, and TNF-α levels were determined. The liver and lung tissues were stained with hematoxylin-eosin （HE）. The overall survival rate of the Rb1 group was significantly higher than that of the CLP group. Mean arterial blood pressure went down in both the CLP and Rb1 groups after CLP, and there was a significant difference both in the sham and Rb1 groups when compared with the CLP group. The Rb1 treatment group had markedly lower TLR4 mRNA expression and TNF-a levels than the CLP group. In the CLP group, pathology showed swelling, degeneration, necrosis, and neutrophii infiltration in the liver and alveolar epithelial cells. However, in the Rb1 group, there was mild degeneration and slight neutrophil infiltration, but no obvious necrosis. Rb1 may improve the survival rate, ameliorate arterial blood pressure, and protect the liver and lung in septic shock rats by downregulating the expression of TLR4 mRNA and inhibiting the production of TNF-α.

【目的】分析不同造型白化绿茶滋味化学成分及感官品质的差异,为开发白化茶树品种产品制定适宜的工艺流程提供参考依据。【方法】以白化茶树品种白叶1号鲜叶为原料,采用瓶式炒干机、双锅曲毫机和理条机3种设备分别制成卷曲形、颗粒形和松针形白化绿茶,运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)等方法检测茶叶常规品质成分、氨基酸组分和儿茶素组分,采用主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)和层次聚类分析(HCA)筛选关键特征品质成分,通过感官审评方法评价茶叶品质并分析其与特征成分的相关性。【结果】颗粒形白化绿茶茶多酚含量17.69%、酚氨比2.70,显著低于松针形和卷曲形(P<0.05,下同),鲜甜味氨基酸总量23.16 mg/g、茶氨酸含量18.14 mg/g、谷氨酸含量1.26 mg/g、天冬氨酸含量1.74 mg/g、丙氨酸含量0.13 mg/g、苏氨酸含量0.33 mg/g、缬氨酸含量0.26 mg/g,均显著高于松针形,同时鲜甜味氨基酸占比最大(84.74%)、苦味氨基酸占比最小(11.23%)。多元统计分析表明,不同造型白化绿茶差异品质成分主要有茶氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸和甘氨酸4个鲜甜味氨基酸,异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸5个苦味氨基酸,甜略带苦味的脯氨酸和滋味未知的半胱氨酸,儿茶素没食子酸酯(CG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)和茶多酚3个酚类物质以及游离氨基酸和酚氨比;颗粒形白化绿茶的游离氨基酸总量及CG、茶氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、组氨酸和异亮氨酸含量明显高于松针形和卷曲形。感官审评总分以颗粒形(92.83分)和松针形(92.34分)显著高于卷曲形(84.43分),滋味因子得分以颗粒形(28.15分)最高、松针形(27.65分)次之,外形、汤色和香气因子得分均以颗粒形和松针形显著高于卷曲形,叶底因子得分以松针形(9.23分)最高。滋味因子与半胱氨酸、ECG、CG呈显著正相关,与精氨酸、酪氨酸、赖氨酸和脯氨酸呈极显著(P<0.01)或显著负相关。【结论】颗粒形白化绿茶鲜甜味氨基酸占比大,茶多酚含量和酚氨比较低,酯型儿茶素总量适中,在3种造型中滋味品质和综合品质最佳;松针形白化绿茶酯型儿茶素总量最高,苦味氨基酸总量最低,叶底得分最高,滋味得分次高,感官综合品质优于卷曲形。

Purpose:Minimal data exist on brain injury in patients with exertional heatstroke(EHS)in developing country.In this study,we explored the risk factors for brain injury induced by EHS 90-day after onset.Methods:A retrospective cohort study of patients with EHS was conducted in the intensive care unit of the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command of PLA in China from April 2014 to June 2019.Patients were divided into non-brain injury(fully recovered)and brain injury groups(comprising deceased patients or those with neurological sequelae).The brain injury group was further subdivided into a death group and a sequela group for detailed analysis.General information,neurological performance and information on important organ injuries in the acute stage were recorded and analysed.Multivariable logistic regression was used to identify risk factors for brain injury after EHS and mortality risk factors for brain injury,and Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to evaluate the effect of the neurological dysfunction on survival.Results:Out of the 147 EHS patients,117 were enrolled,of which 96(82.1%)recovered,13(11.1%)died,and 8(6.8%)experienced neurological sequelae.Statistically significant differences were found between non-brain injury and brain injury groups in age,hypotension,duration of consciousness disorders,time to drop core body temperature below 38.5℃,lymphocyte counts,platelet counts,procalcitonin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine,cystatin C,coagulation parameters,international normalized ratio,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II scores,sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)scores,and Glasgow coma scale scores(all p<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression showed that age(OR=1.090,95%CI:1.02-1.17,p=0.008),time to drop core temperature(OR=8.223,95%CI:2.30-29.40,p=0.001),and SOFA scores(OR=1.676,95%CI:1.29-2.18,p<0.001)are independent risk factors for brain injury induced by EHS.The Kaplan-Meier curves suggest significantly prolonged survival(p<0.001)in patients with

Online monitoring of the curing temperature field is essential to improving the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process of composite parts.Traditional embedded sensor-based technologies have difficulty monitoring the full temperature field or have to introduce heterogeneous items that could have an undesired impact on the part.In this paper,a non-contact,full-field monitoring method based on deep learning that predicts the internal temperature field of composite parts in real time using surface temperature measurements of auxiliary materials is proposed.Using the proposed method,an average temperature monitoring accuracy of 97%is achieved in various heating patterns.In addition,this method also demonstrates satisfying feasibility when a stronger thermal barrier covers the part.This method was experimentally validated during the self-resistance electric heating process,in which the monitoring accuracy reached 93.1%.This method can potentially be applied to automated manufacturing and process control in the composites industry.

Neighborhood predictors of short sleep duration and bedtime irregularity among children in the United States: results from the 2019-2020 National Surveyof Children's Health

Background Environmental factors may contribute to short sleep duration and irregular bedtime in children.Neighborhood factors and children's sleep duration and bedtime regularity remain a less investigated area.The aim of this study was to investigate the national and state-level proportions of children with short sleep duration and irregular bedtime and their neighborhood predictors.Methods A total of 67,598 children whose parents completed the National Survey of Children's Health in 2019-2020 were included in the analysis.Survey-weighted Poisson regression was used to explore the neighborhood predictors of children's short sleep duration and irregular bedtime.Results The prevalence of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime among children in the United States(US)was 34.6%[95%confidence interval(CI)=33.8%-35.4%]and 16.4%(95%CI=15.6%-17.2%)in 2019-2020,respectively.Safe neighborhoods,supportive neighborhoods,and neighborhoods with amenities were found to be protective factors against children's short sleep duration,with risk ratios ranging between 0.92 and 0.94,P<0.05.Neighborhoods with detracting elements were associated with an increased risk of short sleep duration[risk ratio(RR)=1.06,95%CI=1.00-1.12]and irregular bedtime(RR=1.15,95%CI=1.03-1.28).Child race/ethnicity moderated the relationship between neighborhood with amenities and short sleepduration.Conclusions Insufficient sleep duration and irregular bedtime were highly prevalent among US children.A favorable neighborhood environment can decrease children's risk of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime.Improving the neighborhood environment has implications for children's sleep health,especially for children from minority racial/ethnic groups.

目的:比较中国及国际食品法典委员会(CAC)等不同国际组织及国家或地区的橄榄油产品标准,食品重金属限量及农药残留等通用安全标准的异同。方法:收集并整理国际食品法典委员会以及欧盟、日本等不同国际组织及国家或地区的橄榄油相关法规和标准等规定,比较不同的橄榄油法规和标准的重点内容。结果:中国橄榄油食品重金属限量方面监管的项目和限量水平达到国际先进水平;不同国际组织及国家或地区根据本国现状,制定了相应的农药残留限量标准,存在一定差异。结论:倍硫磷、吡丙醚、噻嗪酮等部分农药残留可以作为中国橄榄油农残的风险点进行关注,为完善我国橄榄油重金属及农药残留法规标准、规范橄榄油进出口行业提供参考依据。

Immediate Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Endometrial Blood Flow in Patients with Recurrent Implantation Failure:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective To investigate the immediate effects of electro-acupuncture(EA)on endometrial blood flow among recurrent implantation failure(RIF)patients.Methods Eighty RIF patients,enrolled from March 2022 to December 2022,were randomly allocated into either the EA group(40 cases)or the waiting-list(WL)group(40 cases)by using a random number table.The EA group underwent acupuncture at points of Shenting(GV 24),Baihui(GV 4),Benshen(GB 13),bilateral Zigong(EX-CA 1),Huangshu(KI 16),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Xuehai(SP10),and electric acupuncture apparatus was connected to EX-CA 1,KI 16,SP 6,and SP 10 with disperse-dense waves at 4/20 Hz frequencies for 30 min after transvaginal ultrasound,while the WL group received no intervention.The primary outcome measured was the endometrial volume blood flow.The secondary outcomes included the bilateral uterine artery index,endometrial volume,endometrial blood flow type,vascular distribution index(VI^(MV))for endometrial and ovary,clinical pregnancy rate,and embryo implantation rate.Results In the EA group,there was a notable decrease in the bilateral pulsatility index and a significant improvement in the endometrial blood flow type post-EA(P0.05).Besides,no adverse events related to EA were observed.Conclusions EA can promptly ameliorate VI^(MV) for the endometrial and right ovary,and endometrial blood flow type.Future randomized controlled trials are warranted to investigate the long-term effects of EA on blood flow of RIF patients and its implications for pregnancy outcomes.(Trial registration No.ChiCTR2200057377).
