A Comparative Analysis of B Chromosomes and Genetic Diversity in Maize (Zea mays L.) Landraces from southwest{1.

The number of B chromosomes (Bs) in 54 maize landraces from southwest{1. was tested by means of cytological observations. Nine landraces with Bs were observed. A map, showing the geographic distribution of the landraces with Bs, was plotted. It was found that southeastern Sichuan Province in{1. was the main distribution area of the landraces with Bs in southwest{1.. In order to obtain information on relationships between Bs and genetic variation, genetic diversity both among and within 1. landraces was evaluated. For each SSR marker, the number of alleles ranged from 3 to 1. with an average of 7.86, which revealed a high level of genetic diversity among maize landraces in southwest{1.. Based on SSRs data, higher genetic variation was found in the landraces with 2B, and the genetic distance between the landraces with and without Bs was higher. The results together with the principal component analysis (PCA) supported the hypothesis that maize landraces in southwest{1. were first introduced to the middle part of southwest Sichuan,{1.. At the same time, the effect of Bs on genetic variation was discussed.

The development of a core collection could enhance the utilization of germplasm collections in crop improvement programs and simplify their management. Selection of an appropriate sampling strategy is an important prerequisite to construct a core collection with appropriate size in order to adequately represent the genetic spectrum and maximally capture the genetic diversity in available crop collections. The present study was initiated to construct nested core collections to determine the appropriate sample size to represent the genetic diversity of rice landrace collection based on 1. quantitative traits and 34 qualitative traits of 2 262 rice accessions. The results showed that 50-225 nested core collections, whose sampling rate was 2.2%-9.9%, were sufficient to maintain the maximum genetic diversity of the initial collections. Of these, 1.0 accessions （6.6%） could capture the maximal genetic diversity of the initial collection. Three data types, i.e. qualitative traits （QT1., quantitative traits （QT2） and integrated qualitative and quantitative traits （QTT）, were compared for their efficiency in constructing core collections based on the weighted pair-group average method combined with stepwise clustering and preferred sampling on adjusted Euclidean distances. Every combining scheme constructed eight rice core collections （225, 200, 1.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.0, 75 and 50）. The results showed that the QTT data was the best in constructing a core collection as indicated by the genetic diversity of core collections. A core collection constructed only on the information of QT1.could not represent the initial collection effectively. QTT should be used together to construct a productive core collection.

The SiN nanopowder was prepared by means of ICPECVD by decomposing of SiH and *** ion density in the reaction chamber was diagnosed by a Langmuir *** by FT-IR,TEM and XRD reveals the characteristic of *** results indicate that SiN nanopowder synthesized by ICPECVD is hexagonal cellβ-SiN and the particles is spherical with diameter about 20nm,the distribution of those particles is symmetrical.

＜正＞Many small manufacturing enterprises have to struggle for their survival in nowadays fierce competitions and therefore have no much good idea of how to implementing ERP in their firms. On the other hand many commercial ERP software platforms are too expensive or too complex for small firms to be adopted. This paradox is the case in Peal River Delta Area （PRDA） in china, most rapidly developing manufacturing district in the world. In this paper we analyze the characteristics of small manufacturing firms in PRDA and summarize that data standardization is more important than software system for these enterprises. Based on this we put forward an ERP implementation strategy characterized by its easiness and effectiveness. We then explain the basic functions of the strategy. This strategy not only meet enterprises current needs, but also put a solid foundation for full implementation in enterprise’s future development. This strategy has been applied in a home appliances firm and the result is promising.

Calcareous dinoflagellates have been recorded from subarctic to tropical areas, inhabiting both neritic and oceanic regions. In the present study we analyse 1. sediment samples from the china Sea to establish the existence of calcareous dinoflagellates in this area. A total of 1. calcareous dinoflagellate species were recorded, among them, three genera (Calciodinellum, Leonella, Posoniella) and seven species (Calciodinellum albatrosianum, C. levantinum, C. operosum, Leonella granifera, Posoniella tricarinelloides, Scrippsiella irregularis, and S. regalis) were reported from the china Sea for the first time. Cysts of S. irregularis and S. precaria are identical, with a mesoepicystal archeopyle, representing the loss of 2–4 and 1.3a paraplates; however, their thecal plates vary slightly and differ from each other in 78 positions of the internal transcribed spacer sequence. Scrippsiella trochoidea is dominant in coastal areas, whereas Calciodinellum albatrosianum is the most abundant offshore. Scrippsiella irregularis is distributed widely along the coast of china, whereas S. precaria is recorded only in northern china. Leonella granifera is the second most abundant species offshore, comprising 1.–40% of the cyst assemblage.

针对目前重力场匹配导航研究的需要,提出了一种计算机模拟全张量重力梯度基准图的方法,可利用地形高程数据模拟计算局部地区的重力梯度数字地图。该方法从扰动重力梯度的原理出发,分析了地形起伏对重力梯度场的影响,并提出以立方体为地形单元模型,积分计算测量点附近的地形对测量点重力梯度各个分量值的扰动影响。在此基础上模拟格网式测量,从而得到较高分辨率的全张量重力梯度数字地图。仿真实验表明,这种方法计算所得的重力梯度基准图可以精确到1.-2～1.-1.,相对误差为8.27%,并且存在大量的细节纹理,有着较好的导航应用前景。与实测数据的对比分析说明,所得的重力梯度基准图基本符合实测数据的特性,所提出的方法可以作为一种有效的全张量重力梯度基准图模拟的方法。
