The target compound 1,2,4-triazole Schiff base containing pyrazole ring was synthesized by 4-amino-2,4-dihydro-5-（（3,5-dimethyl- lH-pyrazol-1-yl）methyl）-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione and 3,4,5-trimethoxy *** structure was confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,H RMS,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray *** crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 7.8772（17）,b = 8.2986（18）,c = 15.392（3） A,α= 93.360（4）,β= 94.609（4）,γ= 93.584（4）°,C（18）H（22）N6O3S,Mr= 402.47,V= 998.9（4） A^3,Z= 2,F（000） = 422,Dc =1.335 g/cm^3,μ= 0.194 mm^（-1）,the final R = 0.0533 and wR = 0.1329 for 3517 observed reflections with I 2σ（I）.The preliminary bioassay results indicate that the target compound has good fungicidal activity against Gibberlla nicotiancola in EC50 value and *** in EC（95） value.

An innovative method for recovering valuable elements from vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite is proposed. This method involves two procedures： low-temperature roasting of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite and water leaching of roasting slag. During the roasting process, the reduction of iron oxides to metallic iron, the sodium oxidation of vanadium oxides to water-soluble sodium vanadate, and the smelting separation of metallic iron and slag were accomplished simultaneously. Optimal roasting conditions for iron/slag separation were achieved with a mixture thickness of 42.5 mm, a roasting temperature of 1200°C, a residence time of 2 h, a molar ratio of C/O of 1.7, and a sodium carbonate addition of 70 wt%, as well as with the use of anthracite as a reductant. Under the optimal conditions, 93.67% iron from the raw ore was recovered in the form of iron nugget with 95.44% iron grade. After a water leaching process, 85.61% of the vanadium from the roasting slag was leached, confirming the sodium oxidation of most of the vanadium oxides to water-soluble sodium vanadate during the roasting process. The total recoveries of iron, vanadium, and titanium were 93.67%, 72.68%, and 99.72%, respectively.

Development and characterization of a novel common wheat–Mexico Rye T1DL·1RS translocation line with stripe rust and powdery mildew resistance

Rye(Secale cereale L., 2n=2x=14, RR) is a significant genetic resource for improving common wheat because of its resistance to multiple diseases and abiotic-stress tolerant traits. The 1RS chromosome from the German cultivated rye variety Petkus is critical in wheat breeding. However, its weakened disease resistance highlights the need to identify new resources. In the present study, a novel derived line called D27 was developed from common wheat and Mexico *** observations characterized the karyotype of D27 as 2n=42=21 Ⅱ. Genomic in situ hybridization indicated that a pair of whole-arm translocated Mexico Rye chromosomes were inherited typically in the mitotic and meiosis stages of D27. Experiments using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) and gliadin electrophoresis showed that D27 lacked wheat 1DS chromosomes. They were replaced by 1RS chromosomes of Mexico Rye, supported by wheat simple-sequence repeat markers, rye sequence characterized amplified region markers, and wheat 40K SNP array *** wheat 1DS chromosomes could not be detected by molecular markers and wheat SNP array, but the presence of rye 1RS chromosomes was confirmed. Agronomic trait assessments indicated that D27 had a higher tiller number and enhanced stripe rust and powdery mildew resistance. In addition, dough properties analysis showed that replacing 1DS led to higher viscosity and lower dough elasticity in D27, which was beneficial for cake making. In conclusion, the novel cytogenetically stable common wheat–Mexico Rye T1DL·1RS translocation line D27 offers excellent potential as outstanding germplasm in wheat breeding programs focusing on disease resistance and yield improvement. Additionally,it can be valuable for researching the rye 1RS chromosome’s genetic diversity.

Two kinds of paclitaxel（PTX） conjugate micelles,of which one contained 25%（mass fraction） PTX [M（PTX）] and the other contained 22.5%（mass fraction） of PTX and 1.4%（mass fraction） of folate（fa）[fa-M（PTX）],were prepared for cell apoptosis and anti-tumor activity evaluation on U14 cervical cancer mouse models in comparison with 0.9%（mass fraction） saline（control） and equivalent *** days after tail intravenous injection of the drugs,the mice were sacrificed to measure the tumor *** average tumor masses were 4.26,2.89,2.63,and 2.17 g for the control,Taxol,M（PTX） and fa-M（PTX） groups,*** inhibition rates of tumor growth calculated for the three drug groups were 32%,38% and 49%,*** cytometry（FC） analysis and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase（TdT）-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate（dUTP） nick end labeling（TUNEL） assay were conducted on the cancer *** cell apoptosis rates based on the FC data and the TUNEL data were 20%,31%,37%,42%,and 10%,22%,26%,34%,respectively,both showing statistically significant differences（P〈0.05） between three drug groups and the control group,and between the fa-M（PTX） group and the other two drug *** conclusion,the composite fa-M（PTX） micelles can be used for U14 cervical cancer treatment.

Tumor microenvironment(TME),as the“soil”of tumor growth and metastasis,exhibits significant differences from normal physiological ***,how to manipulate the distinctions to achieve the accurate therapy of primary and metastatic tumors is still a ***,an innovative nanoreactor(AH@MBTF)is developed to utilize the apparent differences(copper concentration and H_(2)O_(2)level)between tumor cells and normal cells to eliminate primary tumor based on H_(2)O_(2)-dependent photothermal-chemodynamic therapy and suppress metastatic tumor through copper *** nanoreactor is constructed using functionalized MSN incorporating benzoyl thiourea(BTU),triphenylphosphine(TPP),and folic acid(fa),while being co-loaded with horseradish peroxidase(HRP)and its substrate *** therapy,the BTU moieties on AH@MBTF could capture excessive copper(highly correlated with tumor metastasis),presenting exceptional anti-metastasis ***,the complexation between BTU and copper triggers the formation of cuprous ions,which further react with H_(2)O_(2)to generate cytotoxic hydroxyl radical(•OH),inhibiting tumor growth via che-modynamic ***,the stepwise targeting of fa and TPP guides AH@MBTF to accurately accu-mulate in tumor mitochondria,containing abnormally high levels of H_(2)O_(2).As a catalyst,HRP mediates the oxidation reaction between ABTS and H_(2)O_(2)to yield activated ABTS•^(+).Upon 808 nm laser irradiation,the activated ABTS•^(+)performs tumor-specific photothermal therapy,achieving the ablation of primary tumor by raising the tissue ***,this intelligent nanoreactor possesses profound potential in inhib-iting tumor progression and metastasis.

Background:Early recurrence results in poor prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver transplantation(LT).This study aimed to explore the value of computed tomography(CT)-based radiomics nomogram in predicting early recurrence of patients with HCC after ***:A cohort of 151 patients with HCC who underwent LT between December 2013 and July 2019 were retrospectively enrolled.A total of 1218 features were extracted from enhanced CT *** least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithm(LASSO)logistic regression was used for dimension reduction and radiomics signature *** clinical model was constructed after the analysis of clin-ical factors,and the nomogram was constructed by introducing the radiomics signature into the clinical *** predictive performance and clinical usefulness of the three models were evaluated using re-ceiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis and decision curve analysis(DCA),***-bration curves were plotted to assess the calibration of the ***:There were significant differences in radiomics signature among early recurrence patients and non-early recurrence patients in the training cohort(P<0.001)and validation cohort(P<0.001).The nomogram showed the best predictive performance,with the largest area under the ROC curve in the training(0.882)and validation(0.917)***-Lemeshow testing confirmed that the nomogram showed good calibration in the training(P=0.138)and validation(P=0.396)*** showed if the threshold probability is within 0.06-1,the nomogram had better clinical usefulness than the clinical ***:Our CT-based radiomics nomogram can preoperatively predict the risk of early recurrence in patients with HCC after LT.

BACKGROUND Patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)and prior stroke history have a high risk of cardiovascular events despite anticoagulation *** is unclear whether catheter ablation(CA)has further benefits in these *** AF patients with a previous history of stroke or systemic embolism(SE)from the prospective Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry study between August 2011 and December 2020 were included in the *** were matched in a 1:1 ratio to CA or medical treatment(MT)based on propensity *** primary outcome was a composite of all-cause death or ischemic stroke(IS)/*** During a total of 4.1±2.3 years of follow-up,the primary outcome occurred in 111 patients in the CA group(3.3 per 100 person-years)and in 229 patients in the MT group(5.7 per 100 person-years).The CA group had a lower risk of the primary outcome compared to the MT group[hazard ratio(HR)=0.59,95%CI:0.47–0.74,P<0.001].There was a significant decreasing risk of all-cause mortality(HR=0.43,95%CI:0.31–0.61,P<0.001),IS/SE(HR=0.73,95%CI:0.54–0.97,P=0.033),cardiovascular mortality(HR=0.32,95%CI:0.19–0.54,P<0.001)and AF recurrence(HR=0.33,95%CI:0.30–0.37,P<0.001)in the CA group compared to that in the MT *** analysis generated consistent results when adjusting for time-dependent usage of *** In AF patients with a prior stroke history,CA was associated with a lower combined risk of all-cause death or IS/*** clinical trials are warranted to confirm the benefits of CA in these patients.

Routing algorithms in satellite constellation networks usually make use of the local state information to adapt to the topology and traffic dynamics,since it’s difficult to obtain the global states in time due to the spatial large-scale feature of constellation ***,they use different range of local states and give these states distinct ***,the behind design criterion is ambiguous and often based on *** paper discusses the problem from the perspective of complex network.A universal local-state routing model with tunable parameters is presented to generalize the common characteristics of local-state routing algorithms for satellite constellation *** on this,the impacts of localstate routing algorithms on performance and the correlation between routing and traffic dynamics are analyzed in *** them,the tunable parameters,the congestion propagation process,the critical packet sending rate,and the network robustness are discussed *** results show that routing algorithms can achieve a satisfactory performance by maintaining a limited state awareness capability and obtaining the states in a range below the average path *** provides a valuable design basis for routing algorithms in satellite constellation networks.

We summarized our experience in transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy （TSV） for recurrent hemospermia by introducing surgical techniques, intraoperative findings, and treatment outcomes. TSV was performed in 419 patients with an initial diagnosis of persistent hemospermia at Shanghai Changhai Hospital （Shanghai, China） from May 2007 to November 2015. TSV was successfully performed in 381 cases （90.9%）. Hemospermia was alleviated or disappeared in 324 （85.0%） patients by 3 months after surgery. Common intraoperative manifestations were bleeding, obstruction or stenosis, mucosal lesions, and calculus. Endoscopic presentation of the ejaculatory duct orifice and the verumontanum was categorized into four types, including 8 （1.9%）, 32 （7.6%）, 341 （81.4%）, and 38 （9.1%） cases in Types A, B, C, and D, respectively. TSV is an effective and safe procedure in the management of seminal tract disorders. This study may help other surgeons to become familiar with and improve this procedure. However, further multicentric clinical trials are warranted to validate these findings.
