海洋锋面存在于特征明显不同的2..多种水系或水团交界处,锋面区域形成的次生环流和辐聚作用可显著影响到海洋中的物质输运与生物生产,故受到海洋学家的广泛关注。研究发现,我国近海陆架存在14个永久性的准静止锋面(渤海海峡锋面、山东半岛沿岸锋面、苏北沿岸锋面、西韩湾锋面、京畿湾锋面、济州岛西锋面、长江环形浅滩锋面、闽浙沿岸锋面、黑潮锋面、台湾沿岸锋面、闽粤沿岸锋面、珠江口沿岸锋面、琼东锋面和北部湾锋面),且部分海域观测到双锋面、穿刺锋面和锋面波等现象。它们与陆架环流及其他动力过程(如:涡旋、内波等)共同控制着我国边缘海的物质能量输运与交换以及生物生产力格局。近岸物质沿锋面、跨锋面输运与锋区的垂向输送过程对我国边缘海生物地球化学循环和生态过程存在显著季节性影响。冬季到春季,沿岸锋面松弛能够加强物质从近岸向陆架的输运,进而在空间上调制春季藻华暴发的时间与量级;夏季到秋季,我国边缘海存在显著的潮汐锋面系统,锋面的辐聚效应以及次级环流可显著提高锋面区域的营养盐浓度和改善光照水平,对浮游植物的生长聚集起到促进作用,故在富营养化的河口与沿岸海域,锋面区域容易成为赤潮或缺氧高发区。此外,锋面的物理屏障作用使得两侧水团保持相对独立的物理与化学特征,因而在我国边缘海生境区划和生物多样性梯度变化等方面扮演重要角色,这些研究对认识我国边缘海物质循环与生物生产的控制机制具有重要作用。未来仍需充分结合观测与卫星资料,运用多过程耦合的高分辨率模型,深入认识锋面的精细结构与动态变化,加强亚中尺度和小尺度过程及其生态效应的研究。

Background： Nurrl plays an essential role in the development, survival, and function maintenance ofmidbrain dopaminergic （DA） neurons, and it is a potential target for Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Nurrl mRNA can be detected in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs）, but whether there is any association of altered Nurrl expression in PBMC with the disease and DA drug treatments remains elusive. This study aimed to measure the Nurrl mRNA level in PBMC and evaluate the effect of Nurrl expression by DA agents in vivo and in vitro. Methods： The mRNA levels of Nurrl in PBMC of four subgroups of 362..D patients and 193 healthy controls （HCs） using real-time polymerase chain reaction were measured. The nonparametric Mann-Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis test were performed to evaluate the differences between PD and HC, as well as the subgroups of PD. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the independent association of Nurrl expression with Hoehn and Yahr scale, age, and drug treatments. Besides, the Nurrl expression in cultured PBMC was measured to determine whether DA agonist pramipexole affects its mRNA level. Results： The relative Nurrl mRNA levels in DA agonists treated subgroup were significant higher than those in recent-onset cases without any anti-PD treatments （de novo）（P 〈 0.001 ） and HC groups （P 〈 0.010）, respectively. Furthermore, the increase in Nurr I mRNA expression was seen in DA agonist and L-dopa group. Multivariate linear regression showed DA agonists, L-dopa, and DA agonists were independent predictors correlated with Nurrl mRNA expression level in PBMC. In vitlv, in the cultured PBMC treated with 10 μmol/L pramipexole, the Nurrl mRNA levels were significantly increased by 99.61%, 71.75%, 73.16% in 2..4, and 8 h, respectively （P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions： DA agonists can induce Nurrl expression in PBMC, and such effect may contribute to DA agonists-mediated neuroprotection on DA neurons.

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2..3 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(12..)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2..π)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2...1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.._(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.02..(stat.)±0.02..(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Background Bu-Shen-Yi-Qi-Tang （BSYQT）,which is prescribed on the basis of clinical experience,is commonly used in clinics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for asthma *** components of BSYQT include Radix Astragali （RA）,Herba Epimedii （HE） and Radix Rehmanniae （RR）.The aim of this study was to compare the effect of granules and herbs of BSYQT on airway inflammation in asthmatic *** Sixty female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the {{2.control （NC） group,asthmatic group （A）,decoction of granules of BSYQT treatment group （GD）,decoction of herbs of BSYQT treatment group （HD）,and dexamethasone treatment group （DEX）.The mouse asthmatic model was induced by ovalbumin （OVA） sensitization and *** and HD of BSYQT as well as DEX were prepared and administered by intragastric *** hyperresponsiveness （AHR） to methacholine （Mch）,lung histopathology analysis,inflammatory mediators in serum （IL-4,IL-5,IL-17A,IFN-γ,and eotaxin） and in lung （IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γ,and eotaxin） were selected for investigation and *** Both GD and HD treatment could decrease airway resistance （RL） and increase dynamic compliance （Cdyn） to Mch compared with the A group （P ＜0.05）.HD treatment was more effective in RL reduction than Mch at doses of 3.1{2.and 6.{2.mg/ml （P ＜0.05） and in Cdyn increase at Mch doses of 6.{2.and 1{2. mg/ml （P ＜0.05）.There were no marked differences in RL reduction and Cdyn improvement between mice in HD and DEX groups （P ＞0.05）.Both GD and HD treatment markedly attenuated lung inflammation （P ＜0.05）,and HD treatment demonstrated more significant therapeutic function in alleviating lung inflammation than that of GD and DEX treatment （P ＜0.05）.Both GD and HD treatment resulted in a significant reduction in IL-4 and IL-17A levels and an increase in the IFN-γ level in serum compared with the A group （P ＜0.05）.The effect of HD in lowering the IL-4 and IL-17A level was significantly greater than that of GD （P ＜0.05）,and wa

Background Trans-arachidonic acids （TAAs）, newly discovered markers of nitrative stress and the major products of nitrogen dioxide （NO2..mediated isomerization of arachidonic acid （AA）, represent a new mechanism of NO2..nduced toxicity. It has been reported that TAAs were generated in oxygen-induced microvascular degeneration model and TAAs were also generated in a diabetic retinopathy （DR） model. In this study, we examined high glucose-induced nitrative stress damage and TAAs levels and explored the possible mechanisms for DR caused by reactive nitrogen species. Methods Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin （BTZ） at 60 mg/kg. Bovine retinal capillary endothelial cells （BRECs） were selectively cultured and incubated with {2. or high glucose. The serum TAAs and AA in diabetic rats were measured by the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry （GC/MS） method. The ratio of peak area of TAAs to AA with selected ion of 79 was estimated by a group t-test. Thrombospondin-1 （TSP-1） in the rat retinas and BRECs extracts were examined by Western blotting. The phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2..ERK1/2..protein was examined by Western blotting in BRECs incubated with high glucose. Results The TAAs to AA ratio （TAAs/AA） was significantly increased in the serum at 8, 12..nd 16 weeks after BTZ injection （P 〈0.05）, with no noticeable change found at 2..r 4 weeks （P 〉0.05）. Expression of TSP-1 in the retina of diabetic rats was progressively elevated according to the duration of diabetes. TSP-1 expression was increased in BRECs incubated with high glucose all 48 hours. Moreover, high glucose also increased ERK1/2..xpression, which peaked at 30 minutes and then decreased in the following 48 hours. Conclusion An elevation of TAAs/AA is associated with high glucose-induced nitrative stress, which probably involves upregulation of TSP-1 through activating ERK1/2.

AIM:To evaluate the inhibitory effects of human fragile histidine triad(FHIT) gene on cell proliferation and apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma line Hep3B in vitro. METHODS:A recombinant pcDNA3.1(+) /FHIT including the functional region of FHIT gene was constructed and transferred into human hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro. mRNA and protein expression of the FHIT gene in the transfected cells was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot,respectively. The effect of FHIT on proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Changes in cell cycle and apoptosis were assayed by flow cytometry. Five mice received subcutaneous transplantation of Hep3B-FHIT;5 mice received subcutaneous transplantation of normal Hep3B and Hep3B-C as controls. The body weight of nude mice and tumor growth were measured. RESULTS:RT-PCR and Western blot analysis showed that the expression level of FHIT-mRNA and FHIT protein was higher in Hep3B cells after infection withpcDNA3.1(+) /FHIT. The growth of Hep3B cells treated with pcDNA3.1(+) /FHIT was significantly inhibited. The pcDNA3.1(+) /FHIT-transfected Hep3B cells showed a significantly higher cell rate at G0-G1 phase and increased apoptosis in comparison with controls(P < 0.05) . The growth of transplanted tumor was inhibited markedly by FHIT. Tumors arising from the Hep3B-FHIT cells occurred much later than those arising from the Hep3B and Hep3B-C cells. The growth of Hep3B-FHIT cells was slow and the tumor volume was low. CONCLUSION:Transduction of FHIT gene inhibits the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells and induces cell apoptosis in vivo and in vitro.
