Economic effect of China's carbon neutrality target under shared socioeconomic pathways

Economic feasibility is crucial for achieving the carbon neutrality target. However, current integrated assessments often underestimate the economic impacts of mitigation policies due to the lack of consideration of their economic benefits. This study integrates a warming-labour productivity model with a typical integrated assessment model using shared socioeconomic pathways. It simulates China's economic development and carbon emission levels under both baseline and carbon-neutral policy scenarios, evaluating the economic costs and benefits of emission reduction policies aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. These findings reveal the following:(1) The economic costs of emission reduction policies are projected to peak between 2050 and 2060, ranging from 0.41% to 9.37% of total GDP in the baseline scenario, primarily due to increased energy prices and R&D investments. These costs are expected to decline rapidly after 2070.(2) China's carbon-neutral policies will mitigate global warming, with the economic benefits of mitigation projected to reach 5.65% to 17.24% of China's total GDP by 2100.(3) Lowcarbon scenarios SSP1 and SSP4 could significantly reduce initial economic costs and advance the onset of net economic gains to 2060. This integrated assessment confirms that China's carbon neutrality target offers substantial net economic benefits in the long term. To minimize initial economic costs, efforts should focus on enhancing consumption-side transitions, upgrading lowcarbon technologies, and adopting new energy sources.

The design and synthesis of vanadium-based denitration catalysts with low-temperature activity pose significant challenges in the field of toxic gas *** this study,we have developed a novel approach to fabricate highly efficient V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts for NOxreduction at low ***,TiO2nanosheets with strong adhesion and large surface area were grown on Ti mesh using plasma electrolytic oxidation technology and hydrothermal ***,super-small traces of WO3and V2O5active nano-species were subsequently deposited on TiO2nanosheets using the deposition-precipitation *** to traditional ceramic-based V2O5-WO3/TiO2catalysts,our V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalyst exhibits superior mechanical performance,excellent thermal conductivity,lower pressure drop,higher utilization of active components,and stronger synergistic ***,the V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts exhibited excellent low-temperature catalytic activity with 98% of NOxconversion at 220℃,and remarkable long-term SO2tolerance and water resistance in the selective catalytic reduction（SCR） of NOxwith *** SCR reaction of tiny V2O5and WO3active species supported on TiO2nanosheets directly demonstrated to follow the Eley-Rideal mechanism by in situ infrared spectra.

目的探讨氯化镉(CdC l2)在不同时间、剂量作用下,诱导正常大鼠肾(NRK)细胞早期凋亡的发生情况以及CdC l2染毒不同时间对bax基因表达的影响。方法选择不同浓度(0~60μm ol/L)CdC l2体外作用NRK细胞12 h及20μm ol/L CdC l2体外作用NRK细胞不同时间(10 m in^24 h),用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡;用逆转录-多聚合酶链扩增反应(RT-PCR)的方法观察20μm ol/L CdC l2作用NRK细胞不同时间(0.5~6 h)baxmRNA的表达情况。结果0、5、10、20、40、60μm ol/L CdC l2作用NRK细胞12 h,细胞早期凋亡发生率分别为1.49%、3.77%、7.77%、14.83%、9.69%、7.23%;20μm ol/L氯化镉作用NRK细胞10、20 m in和0.5、2、6、12、24 h后,早期凋亡发生率分别为0.69%、1.16%、2.71%、4.11%、16.72%、14.83%、9.63%;20μm ol/L CdC l2处理NRK细胞0.5、2、6 h后,bax的相对表达量(β-actin为内参照)分别为:对照组0.604±0.184,染毒0.5 h组1.017±0.285,染毒2 h组1.424±0.367,染毒6 h组1.742±0.392。结论CdC l2可以诱导NRK细胞早期凋亡,并可使bax基因表达增强。

[目的]探讨不同浓度亚硒酸钠对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的作用。[方法]0、0.5、2、8、32μmol/LNa2SeO3处理人乳腺癌细胞24h后,用MTT比色法检测不同浓度亚硒酸钠对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的作用;DNALadder抽提试剂盒提取DNA后凝胶电泳法观察亚硒酸钠诱导人乳腺癌细胞凋亡的作用。[结果]随着亚硒酸钠浓度的增加,其对人乳腺癌细胞增殖的抑制作用增强。不同浓度的亚硒酸钠作用MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞24h后,各组均未出现典型的DNA梯状条带。[结论]亚硒酸钠对人乳腺癌细胞增殖具有抑制作用;尚未发现其诱导凋亡的作用。
