Artificial intelligence technology is introduced into the simulation of muzzle flow field to improve its simulation efficiency in this paper.A data-physical fusion driven framework is ***,the known flow field data is used to initialize the model parameters,so that the parameters to be trained are close to the optimal *** physical prior knowledge is introduced into the training process so that the prediction results not only meet the known flow field information but also meet the physical conservation *** two examples,it is proved that the model under the fusion driven framework can solve the strongly nonlinear flow field problems,and has stronger generalization and *** proposed model is used to solve a muzzle flow field,and the safety clearance behind the barrel side is *** is pointed out that the shape of the safety clearance under different launch speeds is roughly the same,and the pressure disturbance in the area within 9.2 m behind the muzzle section exceeds the safety threshold,which is a dangerous *** with the CFD results shows that the calculation efficiency of the proposed model is greatly improved under the condition of the same calculation *** proposed model can quickly and accurately simulate the muzzle flow field under various launch conditions.

Elevated level of hypochlorous acid(HClO)is closely associated with cancer *** HClO level in cancer cells would provide important evidence in either early-stage cancer diagnostics or monitoring of its treatment *** this work,a new pyronine-based fluorescent probe for rapid and sensitive detection of HClO was developed by condensing meso-formyl pyronine(PyCHO)with 2-hydrazinopyridine to form meso-pyridylhydrazone-functionalized pyronine PyHP,PyHP is nonfluorescent due to the excited-state C=N isomerization nonradiative decay,whereas the HClO-triggered formation of meso-triazolopyridyl pyronine PyTP abolishes the C=N isomerization and thus greatly enhances the *** the probe,the cancer cells/tumor were distinguished with high-contrast from normal ones by laser confocal fluorescence imaging,and the tumor-to-normal(T/N)ratios obtained exceed the clinically acceptable threshold of ***,its capability of in vivo imaging tumor was also *** results indicate the potential of PyHP as an effective tool in the early clinical diagnosis of cancers.

This paper proposed an efficient research method for high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile motion in the barrel of a truck-mounted ***,the dynamic model of projectile motion is established considering the flexible deformation of the barrel and the interaction between the projectile and the ***,the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified based on the external ballistic projectile attitude test ***,the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is developed to high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile *** engineering example highlights the results of the proposed method are consistent with the results obtained by the Monte Carlo Simulation(MCS).Finally,the influence of parameter uncertainty on the projectile disturbance at muzzle under different working conditions is *** results show that the disturbance of the pitch angular,pitch angular velocity and pitch angular of velocity decreases with the increase of launching angle,and the random parameter ranges of both the projectile and coupling model have similar influence on the disturbance of projectile angular motion at muzzle.

In this paper,a dynamic modeling method of motor driven electromechanical system is presented,and the uncertainty quantification of mechanism motion is investigated based on this *** main contribution is to propose a novel mechanism-motor coupling dynamic modeling method,in which the relationship between mechanism motion and motor rotation is established according to the geometric coordination of the *** advantages of this include establishing intuitive coupling between the mechanism and motor,facilitating the discussion for the influence of both mechanical and electrical parameters on the mechanism,and enabling dynamic simulation with controller to take the randomness of the electric load into *** simulation considering feedback control of ammunition delivery system is carried out,and the feasibility of the model is verified *** on probability density evolution theory,we comprehensively discuss the effects of system parameters on mechanism motion from the perspective of uncertainty *** work can not only provide guidance for engineering design of ammunition delivery mechanism,but also provide theoretical support for modeling and uncertainty quantification research of mechatronics system.

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor deficits,dopaminergic neuron loss,and brain accumulation ofα-synuclein aggregates called Lewy *** in protein degradation pathways,such as autophagy,has been demonstrated in neurons as a critical mechanism for eliminating protein aggregates in Parkinson’s ***,it is less well understood how protein aggregates are eliminated in glia,the other cell type in the *** the present study,we show that autophagy-related gene 9(Atg9),the only transmembrane protein in the autophagy machinery,is highly expressed in Drosophila glia from adult *** from immunostaining and live cell imaging analysis reveal that a portion of Atg9 localizes to the trans-Golgi network,autophagosomes,and lysosomes in ***9 is persistently in contact with these *** glial atg9 reduces the number of omegasomes and autophagosomes,and impairs autophagic substrate *** suggests that glial Atg9 participates in the early steps of autophagy,and hence the control of autophagic ***,loss of glial atg9 induces parkinsonian symptoms in Drosophila including progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons,locomotion deficits,and glial *** findings identify a functional role of Atg9 in glial autophagy and establish a potential link between glial autophagy and Parkinson’s *** results may provide new insights on the underlying mechanism of Parkinson’s disease.

The open-circuit fault is one of the most common faults of the automatic ramming drive system(ARDS),and it can be categorized into the open-phase faults of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)and the open-circuit faults of Voltage Source Inverter(VSI). The stator current serves as a common indicator for detecting open-circuit faults. Due to the identical changes of the stator current between the open-phase faults in the PMSM and failures of double switches within the same leg of the VSI, this paper utilizes the zero-sequence voltage component as an additional diagnostic criterion to differentiate *** the variable conditions and substantial noise of the ARDS, a novel Multi-resolution Network(Mr Net) is proposed, which can extract multi-resolution perceptual information and enhance robustness to the noise. Meanwhile, a feature weighted layer is introduced to allocate higher weights to characteristics situated near the feature frequency. Both simulation and experiment results validate that the proposed fault diagnosis method can diagnose 25 types of open-circuit faults and achieve more than98.28% diagnostic accuracy. In addition, the experiment results also demonstrate that Mr Net has the capability of diagnosing the fault types accurately under the interference of noise signals(Laplace noise and Gaussian noise).

Floods are one of the most serious natural disasters that can cause huge societal and economic *** research has been conducted on topics like flood monitoring,prediction,and loss *** these research fields,flood velocity plays a crucial role and is an important factor that influences the reliability of the *** methods rely on physical models for flood simulation and prediction and could generate accurate results but often take a long *** learning technology has recently shown significant potential in the same field,especially in terms of efficiency,helping to overcome the time-consuming associated with traditional *** study explores the potential of deep learning models in predicting flood *** specifically,we use a Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP)model,a specific type of Artificial Neural Networks(ANNs),to predict the velocity in the test area of the Lundesokna River in Norway with diverse terrain *** data and flood velocity simulated based on the physical hydraulic model are used in the study for the pre-training,optimization,and testing of the MLP *** experiment indicates that the MLP model has the potential to predict flood velocity in diverse terrain conditions of the river with acceptable accuracy against simulated velocity results but with a significant decrease in training time and testing ***,we discuss the limitations for the improvement in future work.

目的探讨基于动脉自旋标记(ASL)MRI灌注参数和临床病理特征构建的列线图对中晚期鼻咽癌(ANPC,Ⅲ和Ⅳ期)放化疗疗效的预测价值。方法前瞻性纳入2018年6月至2021年1月江南大学附属医院经病理证实的70例ANPC患者,在放化疗前行鼻咽MR平扫、ASL和增强扫描,放化疗疗程结束后1周内行常规MR复查。记录放化疗前的ASL灌注参数肿瘤血流量(TBF)和临床病理特征,并在T1WI图像上测量肿瘤最大径(MD)。根据实体瘤疗效评价标准将患者分为放化疗有效组(48例)和无效组(22例)。采用独立样本t检验比较有效组与无效组间TBF、年龄、MD的差异,以χ^(2)检验比较两组间性别、临床分期、病理类型的差异;使用二元逻辑回归分析分别构建临床病理模型和TBF、临床病理联合模型,并建立联合模型的列线图。采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线获得模型的诊断效能,采用DeLong法比较模型间曲线下面积(AUC)的差异。建立列线图的校准曲线,并获得一致性指数(C指数)。结果放化疗有效组和无效组的TBF分别为(113±9)、(97±14)ml·100 g^(-1)·min^(-1),差异有统计学意义(t=5.17,P<0.001),放化疗有效组的MD值小于无效组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.24,P=0.028)。2组间临床分期和病理类型差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为12.21、12.95,P均<0.001)。通过逻辑回归分析纳入3个独立预测因子,包括TBF(OR值7.749)、临床分期(OR值0.129)及病理类型(OR值5.228)。TBF模型预测放化疗疗效的AUC为0.843,灵敏度为87.5%,特异度为72.7%;临床病理模型的AUC为0.822,灵敏度为80.2%,特异度为59.1%;联合模型列线图的AUC为0.893,灵敏度为81.2%,特异度为90.9%。联合模型列线图与TBF模型的AUC比较差异无统计学意义(Z=1.23,P=0.215),但高于临床病理模型的AUC,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.47,P=0.031)。校准曲线显示联合模型列线图预测值与临床实际观察值间具有较好的一致性,C指数为0.892。结论TBF、临床分期和病理类型是ANPC患者放化疗疗效的独立预测因子,基于此3项因素构建的列线图在预测放化疗疗效方面具有较高的效能。

党内法规是什么,是党内法规研究的首要问题。分类学概念试图通过重构分类体系来容纳作为“不规则事物”的党内法规,发展出了论证“党内法规是法”的多种学说,但也面临意义稀薄化和范式依附性的难题。诠释性概念进路则主张,对于负荷价值的概念,关于“是什么”的回答恰恰蕴藏在“应该是什么”的最佳诠释中。党内法规是以先进性原则和领导权原则为价值统领的一套制度体系,对先进性原则与领导权原则内涵要求的诠释要能够达成相互支持的融贯关系,才能为整体的党内法规实践提供最佳证立。诠释性概念以一种内含推理规则的概念进路,为科学地理解和实践党内法规提供了内在的基准和方法论保障,因而是一种更优的概念主张。
