Birth weight(BW)and days to 100 kg(D100)are important economic traits that are both affected by ***,the genetic architecture of these quantitative traits is still ***-by-sequencing(GBS)data containing a large number of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)have become a powerful tool in genomic *** better understand their complex genetic structure,a total of 600 Yorkshire pigs were sequenced using GBS *** quality control,279787 SNPs were generated for subsequent genome-wide association study(GWAS).A total of 30 genome-wide SNPs(Pleiotropism in different *** the function of candidate genes,two genes,NSRP1 and DOCK7,were suggested as the most promising candidate genes involved in growth ***,use of GBS is able to identify novel variants and potential candidate genes for BW and D100,and provide an opportunity for improving pig growth traits using genomic selection in pigs.

BACKGROUND In a previous study,autologous bone marrow infusion(ABMI)was performed in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis(DLC)and acquired immunodefi-ciency syndrome and achieved good results,but whether splenectomy affected outcome was *** To investigate the efficacy of ABMI combined with splenectomy for treatment of *** Eighty-three patients with DLC were divided into an intervention group(43 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to whether splenectomy was *** control group was treated with ABMI through the right omental RESULTS After ABMI,the prothrombin time,serum total bilirubin levels,ascites volume and model for end-stage liver disease score in both groups were significantly lower,while the albumin levels were significantly higher than before ABMI(P0.05).After ABMI,the white blood cell and platelets counts in both groups were significantly higher than before ABMI(Pliver synthetic and secretory functions,and splenectomy promotes improvement of bone marrow hematopoietic and cellular immune functions.

lithium metal has been considered one of the most promising anodes for next-generation rechargeable batteries,but its practical application is largely hindered by the uncontrollable dendrite growth and infinite volume ***,inspired by superior catalytic effects of single-atom catalysts,carbon-supported single atomic Co with asymmetric N,O-coordination(Co-N/O)is developed for li metal *** results and theoretical calculations indicate that single atomic Co atoms with asymmetric N,O-coordination present enhanced binding ability toward li in comparison with N-coordinated atomic Co site and isolated O site,enabling uniform li plating/***,the asymmetric N,O-coordination around Co atoms induces co-activation effects,lowering the energy barriers toward li^(+)to li^(0)conversion and largely promoting the deposition *** used as a li deposition host,the Co-N/O achieves a high average coulombic efficiency of 98.6%at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2)and a capacity of 2 mAh cm^(-2),long cycling life of 2000 h in symmetrical cells,and excellent rate performance(voltage hysteresis of 23 mV at 8 mA cm^(-2)).This work provides a comprehensive understanding of single atomic metals with asymmetric heteroatom coordination in the design of li metal anode.

Neutron diffraction techniques of large-volume samples at high pressure using compact opposed-anvil cells are developed at a reactor neutron source, China＇s Mianyang research reactor. We achieve a high-pressure condition of in situ neutron diffraction by means of a newly designed large-volume opposed-anvil cell. This pressure calibration is based on resistance measurements of bismuth and the neutron diffraction of iron. Pressure calibration experiments are performed at room temperature for a new cell using the tungsten carbide anvils with a tapered angle of 30°, Φ4.5 mm culet diameter and the metal-nonmetal composite gasket with a thickness of 2 mm. Transitions in Bi（Ⅰ–Ⅱ 2.55 GPa, Ⅱ–V 7.7 GPa） are observed at 100 and 300 kN, respectively, by resistance *** pressure measurement results of neutron diffraction are consistent with resistance measurements of *** a result, pressures up to about 7.7 GPa can routinely and stably be achieved using this apparatus, with the sample volume of 9 mm^3.

Hollow semiconductor nanostructures with direct Z-scheme heterojunction have significant advantages for photocatalytic reactions,and optimizing the interfacial charge transmission of Z-scheme heterojunction is the hinge to achieve excellent solar conversion *** this work,tubular Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterostructures with reinforced Z-scheme charge transmission were constructed through an In-metal-organic framework(MOF)templated *** Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism was sufficiently confirmed by combining density functional theory(DFT)calculation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPV),and radical testing ***,the use of sodium citrate complexant contributes to the formation of intimate heterointerface,and the Fermi level gap between CdS and NiS_(2)is enlarged through Co doping into NiS_(2),which enhances the built-in electric field and photo-carriers transmission driving force for Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterojunction,resulting in an evidently promoted activity toward H2 evolution reaction(HER).Under visible-light(λ>400 nm)irradiation,the Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS composite with 10 mol%Co doping and 80 wt.%CdS(NC_(0.10)S-80%CdS)achieved an outstanding HER rate up to 35.94 mmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)(corresponding to the apparent quantum efficiency of 34.7%at 420 nm),approximately 76.4 times that of 3 wt.%Pt-loaded CdS and it is much superior to that of most CdS-based photocatalysts ever ***,the good photocatalytic durability of Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterostructures was validated by cycling and long-term HER *** work could inspire the development of high-performance Z-scheme heterojunction via optimizing the morphology and interfacial charge transmission.

Recent studies suggest that PRL-3 is involved in the metastasis of colorectal cancer, but the mechanism concerning that has not been well defined. This article expresses PRL-1, PRL-2, and PRL-3 and the catalytically inactive mutant forms of those enzymes in SW620 and SW480 cells, two human cell lines derived from non-metastatic cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer, respectively. While the expression of the native forms of PRLs promotes the spreading, adhesion, and proliferation of these cells, the expression of their mutant forms inhibits the earlier-mentioned processes. These data thus provide a cellular mechanism for the role of PRL-3 in tumor metastasis and suggest that all the three PRLs have similar functions.

The penetration of multi-carrier energy systems in distribution system gains more and more *** this paper,a bi-level transactive energy trading framework is proposed to improve the energy scheduling and operation efficiency for multi-carrier energy systems which are modeled as energy hubs(EHs).In the upper level,each EH in the distribution system not only makes energy scheduling decisions considering supplies and demands of local energy,but also trades energy with each other to further maximize their social *** associated trading payment among EHs is made in a fair manner by applying Nash bargaining *** solve the bargaining problem by decomposing it into two subproblems:operation cost minimization problem and payment bargaining ***,based on the trading decision,the nodal equivalent loads of EHs are sent to the distribution system operator(DSO)without publishing trading *** applying the second-order cone programming(SOCP),DSO reconfigures the network to reduce the transmission loss of the system in the lower *** network reconfiguration and the trading behavior of EHs interact and iterate until the *** studies on modified IEEE 33-bus distribution system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

Expression and significance of angiostatin, vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in brain tissue of diabetic rats with ischemia reperfusion

Objective: To discuss the expression and significance of angiostatin, vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the brain tissue of diabetic rats with ischemia reperfusion. Methods: A total of 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group, sham group, diabetic cerebral infarction group and single cerebral infarction group according to the random number table, with 15 rats in each group. The high sucrose diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin were performed for the modeling of diabetic rats, while the thread-occlusion method was employed to build the model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. The immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of angiostatin, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the brain tissue. Results: The expression of angiostatin after the reperfusion in the brain tissue of rats in the single cerebral infarction group and diabetic cerebral infarction group was increased 6 h after the reperfusion, reached to the peak on 1 d and then decreased gradually. The expression of angiostatin in the diabetic cerebral infarction group 6 h, 1 d, 3 d and 7 d after the reperfusion was significantly higher than that in the single cerebral infarction group(P<0.05). VEGF began to be increased 1 h after the reperfusion in the single cerebral infarction group and diabetic cerebral infarction group, reached to the peak at 6 h and then decreased gradually. The expression of VEGF in the diabetic cerebral infarction group at each time point after the reperfusion was significantly lower than that in the single cerebral infarction group(P<0.05). MMP-9 began to be be increased 1 h after the reperfusion in the single cerebral infarction group and diabetic cerebral infarction group, reached to the peak on 1 d and then decreased gradually. BaTiO_(3)ceramics are difficult to withstand high electric fields,so the energy storage density is relatively low,inhabiting their applications for miniaturized and lightweight power electronic *** address this issue,we added Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2)TiO_(3)(SBT)into BaTiO_(3)(BT)to destroy the long-range ferroelectric ***^(2+)was introduced into BT-SBT in the form of CaTiO_(3)(CT),which has the effect of inhibiting the movement of A-site defects to reduce dielectric loss and refining the grains to increase the breakdown field *** addition,we have increased the density and grain uniformity of ceramics by repeated rolling of the green samples through the viscous polymer processing(VPP),to further increase the breakdown electric *** BT-SBT-CT ceramics exhibit the high recoverable energy storage density of 4.0 J·cm^(-3)under electric field of 480 kV·cm^(-1).Its recoverable energy storage density varies by less than 8%in the temperature range of 30-150℃,indicating good temperature stability of the energy storage *** this work,the energy storage performance of barium titanate-based ceramics was greatly improved by transforming ferroelectrics into relaxor ferroelectrics and VPP method,which can bring new inspiration for the research of energy storage ceramics.

With the merits of non-contact,highly efficient,and parallel computing,optoelectronic synaptic devices combining sensing and memory in a single unit are promising for constructing neuromorphic computing and artificial visual *** on this,a N:ZnO/MoS_(2)-heterostructured flexible optoelectronic synaptic device is developed in this work,and its capability in mimicking the synaptic behaviors is systemically investigated under the electrical and light *** synaptic functions,including synaptic plasticity,long-term/short-term memory,and learning-forgetting-relearning property,have been achieved in this synaptic ***,an artificial visual memory system integrating sense and memory is emulated with the device array,and the visual memory behavior can be regulated by varying the light ***,the optoelectronic co-modulation behavior is verified by applying mixed electric and light signals to the *** detail,a transient recovery property is discovered when the electric signals are applied in synergy during the decay of the light response,of which property facilitates the development of robust artificial visual ***,by superimposing electrical signals during the light response process,a differentiated response of the array is achieved,which can be used as a proof of concept for the color perception of the artificial visual system.
