The purpose of the electromagnetic compatibility conducted susceptibility test for interconnected cables in the system is to evaluate its ability to operate acceptably when subjected to interference. We propose a novel conducted susceptibility analysis approach: by injecting the Gaussian even pulse signal, we find that the susceptibility threshold of the system shows two different patterns with the change of signal parameters; then we locate the cause of the susceptibility of the device by analyzing the threshold level curves. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by testing with devices containing digital modules such as navigation receivers. The proposed approach facilitates a deeper understanding of the susceptibility mechanism of systems and their appropriate electromagnetic compatibility design.

Digital twin modeling and controlling of optical power evolution enabling autonomous-driving optical networks: a Bayesian approach

Optical networks are evolving toward ultrawide bandwidth and autonomous operation. In this scenario, it is crucial to accurately model and control optical power evolutions(OPEs) through optical amplifiers(OAs), as they directly affect the signal-to-noise ratio and fiber nonlinearities. However, a fundamental contradiction arises between the complex physical phenomena in optical transmission and the required precision in network control. Traditional theoretical methods underperform due to ideal assumptions, while data-driven approaches entail exorbitant costs associated with acquiring massive amounts of data to achieve the desired level of accuracy. In this work, we propose a Bayesian inference framework(BIF) to construct the digital twin of OAs and control OPE in a data-efficient manner. Only the informative data are collected to balance the exploration and exploitation of the data space, thus enabling efficient autonomous-driving optical networks(ADONs). Simulations and experiments demonstrate that the BIF can reduce the data size for modeling erbium-doped fiber amplifiers by 80% and Raman amplifiers by 60%. Within 30 iterations, the optimal controlling performance can be achieved to realize target signal/gain profiles in links with different types of OAs. The results show that the BIF paves the way to accurately model and control OPE for future ADONs.

The feasibility of producing superheavy nuclei in proton evaporation channels was systematically studied within the dinuclear system(DNS)*** to the Z=114 proton-shell,one can synthesize Fl isotopes in proton evaporation *** only considered the case of evaporating one proton first and then n neutrons in this work,other cases were ignored due to the small *** production cross sections of unknown isotopes 290,291Fl in 38S+255Es reaction are the highest compared with 50Ti+243Np and 54Cr+239Pa reactions,and the maximum cross sections are 1.1 and 15.1 pb,respectively.42S+254Es is a promising candidate to approach the island of stability as the radioactive beam facilities are upgraded in the future,and the production cross sections of 291−294Fl in that reaction are estimated to be 3.2,6.0,4.0,and 0.1 pb,respectively.

Alzheimer ’s disease(AD) is a leading cause of dementia in the ***-activated protein kinase phosphatase 1(MKP-1) plays a neuroprotective role in ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of MKP-1 on AD have not been extensively ***(miRNAs) regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level,thereby repressing mRNA ***,we reported that the microRNA-429-3p(miR-429-3p) was significantly increased in the brain of APP23/PS45 AD model mice and N2AAPPAD model *** further found that miR-429-3p could downregulate MKP-1 expression by directly binding to its 3’-untranslated region(3’ UTR).Inhibition of miR-429-3p by its antagomir(A-miR-429) restored the expression of MKP-1 to a control level and consequently reduced the amyloidogenic processing of APP and Aβ *** importantly,intranasal administration of A-miR-429 successfully ameliorated the deficits of hippocampal CA1 long-term potentiation and spatial learning and memory in AD model mice by suppressing extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK1/2)-mediated GluAl hyperphosphorylation at Ser831 site,thereby increasing the surface expression of GluAl-containing α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid receptors(AMPARs).Together,these results demonstrate that inhibiting miR-429-3p to upregulate MKP-1 effectively improves cognitive and synaptic functions in AD model mice,suggesting that miR-429/MKP-1 pathway may be a novel therapeutic target for AD treatment.

京津冀数字产品制造业的时空演化特征与经济效应

文章利用2000—2021年京津冀地区工商企业注册大数据,运用反距离加权插值等方法探索了京津冀地区数字产品制造业的空间分布特征及演化趋势;同时,基于动态面板模型、空间计量模型,运用广义矩估计(GMM)方法实证检验了数字产品制造业发展对区县经济的影响及空间溢出效应。研究发现:(1)京津冀三地数字产品制造业的数量规模趋于均衡,津、冀两地数字产品制造业企业注册数量逐渐赶超北京,特别是河北沧州、邢台、保定3个城市初具规模;但津、冀两地数字产品制造业的比重远低于北京,三地间仍存在严重失衡。(2)实证结果表明数字产品制造业发展不仅能够促进当地经济增长,还对周边区县的经济发展有正向的空间溢出效应,但仅限于累计规模指标。短期内,数字产品制造业企业当年的进入率对于周边区县的经济发展产生明显的抑制作用;长期中,进入率指标的抑制作用消失,即随着规模的积累,数字产品制造业发展对周边区县的经济增长产生正向溢出。
