Objective This study aimed to compare the performance of standard-definition white-light endoscopy(SD-WL),high-definition white-light endoscopy(HD-WL),and high-definition narrow-band imaging(HD-NBI)in detecting colorectal lesions in the Chinese *** This was a multicenter,single-blind,randomized,controlled trial with a non-inferiority *** undergoing endoscopy for physical examination,screening,and surveillance were enrolled from July 2017 to December *** primary outcome measure was the adenoma detection rate(ADR),defined as the proportion of patients with at least one adenoma *** associated factors for detecting adenomas were assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic *** Out of 653 eligible patients enrolled,data from 596 patients were *** ADRs were 34.5%in the SD-WL group,33.5%in the HD-WL group,and 37.5%in the HD-NBI group(P=0.72).The advanced neoplasm detection rates(ANDRs)in the three arms were 17.1%,15.5%,and 10.4%(P=0.17).No significant differences were found between the SD group and HD group regarding ADR or ANDR(ADR:34.5%vs.35.6%,P=0.79;ANDR:17.1%vs.13.0%,P=0.16,respectively).Similar results were observed between the HD-WL group and HD-NBI group(ADR:33.5%vs.37.7%,P=0.45;ANDR:15.5%vs.10.4%,P=0.18,respectively).In the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses,neither HD-WL nor HD-NBI led to a significant difference in overall adenoma detection compared to SD-WL(HD-WL:OR 0.91,P=0.69;HD-NBI:OR 1.15,P=0.80).Conclusion HD-NBI and HD-WL are comparable to SD-WL for overall adenoma detection among Chinese *** can be concluded that HD-NBI or HD-WL is not superior to SD-WL,but more effective instruction may be needed to guide the selection of different endoscopic methods in the *** study’s conclusions may aid in the efficient allocation and utilization of limited colonoscopy resources,especially advanced imaging technologies.

Small-molecule drugs are essential for maintaining human health. The objective of this study is to identify a molecule that can inhibit the Factor Xa protein and be easily procured. An optimization-based de novo drug design framework, DrugCAMD, that integrates a deep learning model with a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model is used for designing drug candidates. Within this framework, a virtual chemical library is specifically tailored to inhibit Factor Xa. To further filter and narrow down the lead compounds from the designed compounds, comprehensive approaches involving molecular docking, binding pose metadynamics (BPMD), binding free energy calculations, and enzyme activity inhibition analysis are utilized. To maximize efficiency in terms of time and resources, molecules for in vitro activity testing are initially selected from commercially available portions of customized virtual chemical libraries. In vitro studies assessing inhibitor activities have confirmed that the compound EN300-331859 shows potential Factor Xa inhibition, with an IC50 value of 34.57 mmol$L-1. Through in silico molecular docking and BPMD, the most plausible binding pose for the EN300-331859-Factor Xa complex are identified. The estimated binding free energy values correlate well with the results obtained from biological assays. Consequently, EN300-331859 is identified as a novel and effective sub-micromolar inhibitor of Factor Xa. Fast neutron flux measurements with high count rates and high time resolution have important applications in equipment such as *** this study,real-time neutron and gamma discrimination was implemented on a self-developed 500-Msps,12-bit digitizer,and the neutron and gamma spectra were calculated directly on an FPGA.A fast neutron flux measurement system with BC-501A and EJ-309 liquid scintillator detectors was developed and a fast neutron measurement experiment was successfully performed on the HL-2 M tokamak at the Southwestern Institute of Physics,*** experimental results demonstrated that the system obtained the neutron and gamma spectra with a time accuracy of 1 *** count rates of up to 1 Mcps,the figure of merit was greater than 1.05 for energies between 50 keV and 2.8 MeV.

目的观察人工食管不同脱落时间对新生食管通道功能形成的影响，探讨人工食管替代切除食管术后安全脱落的时间范围及新生食管狭窄的处理方法。方法观察一组（18只实验猪）人工食管替代切除食管术后，第1、2、3、6个月不同时间段发生人工食管脱落所出现的并发症，新生食管的组织结构，进食功能以及实验动物的生存情况。结果在1个月内发生人工食管脱落有3只，都发生新生食管严重狭窄（D〈0．5cm）造成重度进食困难（Bown’s Ⅳ级）并发症，食管扩张治疗失败，全部在短期内死亡。在2个月内发生脱管有4只，新生食管出现中至重度狭窄（φ0．5～0．9cm）导致进行性进食困难（Ⅲ～Ⅳ级），3只经反复食管扩张治疗效果不明显，短期内死亡，1只采用重置裸支架治疗能迅速解决进食问题，得以长期存活。在3个月内发生脱管有4只，新生食管出现轻至中度狭窄（φ0．9cm～1．5cm）导致轻至中度进食困难（Ⅰ级～Ⅱ级），除2只计划处死观察外，其余2只中度进食困难实验动物采用重置裸支架治疗迅速解决进食问题，长期存活。在3个月以后发生人工食管脱落有7只，新生食管呈现扩张并相对性狭窄（φ〉1．9cm）和短暂的轻度进食困难（Ⅰ级），其后进食困难自行缓解，无须治疗均能长期生存。结论人工食管（植入体）在原位停留时间2～3个月对形成一条具有通道功能的新生食管是必要的，停留时间越长，对形成具有通道功能的新生食管越有利，重置裸支架治疗对该时段脱管出现严重的新生食管狭窄有显著的治疗效果。超过3个月发生人工食管脱落，新生食管已形成具有通道功能的管道，对进食影响不大，实验动物都能长期生存。

The water-drop-shaped pressure hull has a good streamline,which has good application prospect in the underwater ***,this study conducted analytical,experimental and numerical investigation of the buckling properties of water-drop-shaped pressure hulls under hydrostatic pressure.A water-drop experiment was conducted to design water-drop-shaped pressure hulls with various shape *** critical loads for the water-drop-shaped pressure hulls were resolved by using Mushtari’s *** numerical simulations including linear buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis including eigenmode imperfections were *** results indicated that the critical loads resolved by Mushtari's formula were in good agreement with the linear buckling loads from the numerical *** formula can be extended to estimate the buckling capacity of water-drop-shaped pressure *** addition,three groups of pressure hulls were fabricated by using stereolithography,a rapid prototyping ***,three groups of the pressure hulls were subjected to ultrasonic measurements,optical scanning,hydrostatic testing and numerical *** experimental results were consistent with the numerical *** results indicate that the sharp end of the water-drop-shaped pressure hulls exhibited instability compared with the blunt *** paper provides a new solution to the limitations of experimental studies on the water-drop-shaped pressure hulls as well as a new configuration and evaluation method for underwater observatories.

Super-high bed sintering process is an important development direction of iron ore sintering for its lower emission and higher ***,there is a lack of deep understanding of the uneven quality of super-high bed sintering products,and the deterioration of reduction disintegration performance,the thickening of hearth layer and the reduction in energy-saving effect are perplexing enterprises and *** ascertain the problems of super-high bed sintering,ten sintering machines with the areas of 265,280,360,550 and 660 m^(2)and bed depth above 900 mm were sampled and *** results showed that problems were mainly shown in the unevenness of chemical composition,macrostructure,mechanical strength and metallurgical *** chemical composition exhibits severe segregation in both horizontal and vertical directions,with basicity segregation reaching as high as *** uneven macrostructure of sinter is reflected in a 10%difference in porosity and mechanical strength increase in 16%–19%along the vertical *** reducibility and reduction disintegration performance gradually deteriorate along the bed depth,with a difference of 10.5%in reducibility and 7.3%in RDI−0.5 mm(reduction disintegration index of sinter with size smaller than 0.5 mm).
