An Improved Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm for Global Optimization

We proposes an improved grasshopper algorithm for global optimization problems. Grasshopper optimization algorithm(GOA) is a recently proposed meta-heuristic algorithm inspired by the swarming behavior of grasshoppers. The original GOA has some drawbacks,such as slow convergence speed, easily falling into local optimum, and so on. To overcome these shortcomings, we proposes a grasshopper optimization algorithm based on a logistic Chaos maps opposition-based learning strategy and cloud model inertia weight(CCGOA). CCGOA is divided into three stages. The chaos opposition learning initialization strategy is used to initialize the population,so that the population can be evenly distributed in the feasible solution space as much as possible, so as to improve the uniformity and diversity of the initial population distribution of the grasshopper algorithm. The inertia weight cloud model is introduced into the grasshopper algorithm, and different inertia weight strategies are used to adjust the convergence speed of the algorithm. Based on the principle of chaotic logistic maps, local depth search is carried out to reduce the probability of falling into local optimum. Fourteen benchmark functions and an engineering example are used for simulation *** results show that the proposed CCGOA algorithm has superior performance in determining the optimal solution of the test function problem.

Lattice structures have drawn much attention in engineering applications due to their lightweight and multi-functional *** this work,a mathematical design approach for functionally graded(FG)and helicoidal lattice structures with triply periodic minimal surfaces is *** types of lattice structures including uniform,helicoidal,FG,and combined FG and helicoidal are fabricated by the additive manufacturing *** deformation behaviors,mechanical properties,energy absorption,and acoustic properties of lattice samples are thoroughly *** load-bearing capability of helicoidal lattice samples is gradually improved in the plateau stage,leading to the plateau stress and total energy absorption improved by over 26.9%and 21.2%compared to the uniform sample,*** phenomenon was attributed to the helicoidal design reduces the gap in unit cells and enhances fracture *** acoustic properties,the design of helicoidal reduces the resonance frequency and improves the peak of absorption coefficient,while the FG design mainly influences the peak of absorption *** broad range of frequency from 1000 to 6300 Hz,the maximum value of absorption coefficient is improved by18.6%-30%,and the number of points higher than 0.6 increased by 55.2%-61.7%by combining the FG and helicoidal *** study provides a novel strategy to simultaneously improve energy absorption and sound absorption properties by controlling the internal architecture of lattice structures.

Strategy Selection of Production Technical Standards in a Manufacturing Supply Chain Network： The Role of Partnership Density

This paper presents the game of production technical standards between downstream and upstream suppliers on a manufacturing supply chain network when the two parties have different partnership densities, namely, the numbers of replaceable and mature manufacturing partners. We firstly constructed a manufacturing chain network and analyzed its three relationship structures among suppliers with the presence of different relationship densities, and found that all the three relationships brought about the game of production technical standards between partnership-rich and partnership-scanty suppliers. Then we built a two-party payoff matrix, and analyzed the two-party game and evolutionary stable strategy, based on replication dynamic equation and asymmetric evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary stable strategies of two parties under varying payoff parameters were validated through numerical simulation. Finally, we proposed some suggestions for both those manufacturers with more partners and fewer partners, respectively.

Influence of Plasma Modified Carbon Nanotubes on the Resistance Sensitiveness of Cement

The surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)was modified by plasma to improve the dispersion,conductivity and adsorption properties of carbon ***-based composites made with plasmatreated carbon nanotubes(P-CNTs)at different perntages were tested under repeated cyclic axial compressive stress by four electrode methods to measure the electric *** made with CNTs without plasma treatment as controls were tested *** results showed that electric resistance change values of the cement mortar with P-CNT and CNT were all monatomic corresponding to the cyclic *** the water-cement ratio of the mortar was fixed,increasing of the P-CNT/CNT content would increase the resistance change value of the mortars added with P-CNT/CNT,and the sensitivity *** has certain engineering application value.

Distribution of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances in blood,serum,and urine of patients with liver cancer and associations with liver function biomarkers

lithium (li) metal is considered as one of the most promising anode materials to build next-generation high-energy–density batteries. Nonetheless, dendritic li deposition has dramatically hindered the practical applications of li metal batteries (LMBs). Uniformizing li deposition is a prerequisite to achieve safe and practical LMBs. Herein, an underpotential deposition (UPD) process is first proposed to alter the kinetic and uniformity of li deposition morphology. Based on the strong interaction between the li adatoms and manganese (Mn) based substrate, a competition between the UPD and bulk li deposition is observed, on which the predominance of the UPD scenario tends to uniformize li nucleation and deposition by the surface coverage of li monolayers at potentials that are more positive than the Nernst potential of li metal. Inspired by this process, an advanced hybrid Mn-graphene oxide structure is developed for li protection, not only enabling dendrite-free li anodes for high-capacity and -current density cycling, but also improving the interfacial kinetic of li metal anodes at subzero temperatures, showing potential applicability in low temperature conditions.

Three-Dimensional Hierarchical Structures of ZnO Nanorods as a Structure Adsorbent for Water Treatment

Three-dimensional（3D） ZnO nanorods with good adsorption property was successfully fabricated via a facile hydrothermal method, and characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, Energy Dispersive X-ray spectrometer（EDX） and a UV-vis spectrophotometer. It was found that the ZnO nanorods with a diameter of 0.5 μm and the length of 10 μm were firmly grown on the struts of the open-cell aluminum foams, and the 3D hierarchical structured adsorbent Zn O nanorods/Al foam（r-ZnO/AF） exhibits a higher adsorption capacity for Brilliant Blue R（BBR） in aqueous solutions, more stable sorption regenerable behavior and solid–liquid separability in contrast to the corresponding n-ZnO powder sample. The kinetics of the adsorption process was also discussed.

Innovatively employing magnetic CuO nanosheet to activate peroxymonosulfate for the treatment of high-salinity organic wastewater

Magnetic CuO nanosheet(Mag-CuO), as a cheap, stable, efficient and easily separated peroxymonosulfate(PMS) activator, was prepared by a simple one-step precipitation method for the removal of organic compounds from salt-containing *** experiments showed that the removal efficiencies of various organic pollutants including Acid Orange 7, Methylene Blue, Rhodamine B and atrazine in a high-salinity system(0.2 mol/L Na2SO4) with the Mag-CuO/PMS process were 95.81%, 74.57%, 100% and 100%,***, Mag-CuO still maintained excellent catalytic activity in other salt systems including one or more salt components(NaCl, NaNO3, Na2HPO4, NaHCO3).A radical-quenching study and electron paramagnetic resonance analysis confirmed that singlet oxygen(1O2) was the dominant reactive oxygen species for the oxidation of organic pollutants in high-salinity systems, which is less susceptible to hindrance by background constituents in wastewater than radicals(·OH or SO4·-).The surface hydroxylation of the catalyst and catalytic redox cycle including Cu and Fe are responsible for the generation *** developed Mag-CuO catalyst shows good application prospects for the removal of organic pollutants from saline wastewater.

In(relativistic)electronic structure methods,the quaternion matrix eigenvalue problem and the linear response(Bethe-Salpeter)eigenvalue problem for excitation energies are two frequently encoun-tered structured eigenvalue *** the former problem was thoroughly studied,the later problem in its most general form,namely,the complex case without assuming the positive definiteness of the electronic Hessian,was not fully *** view of their very similar mathematical structures,we examined these two problems from a unified point of *** showed that the identification of lie group structures for their eigenvectors provides a framework to design diagonalization algorithms as well as numerical optimizations techniques on the corresponding *** using the same reduction algorithm for the quaternion matrix eigenvalue problem,we provided a necessary and sufficient condition to characterize the different scenarios,where the eigenvalues of the original linear response eigenvalue problem are real,purely imaginary,or *** result can be viewed as a natural generalization of the well-known condition for the real matrix case.

Flow-Slip Stability Behavior of Calcareous Sand Treated by Microbially Induced Carbonate Precipitation Technology
