1 Introduction For developers,fault localization is the most tedious and time-consuming *** order to reduce the burden of developers,researchers have developed various techniques to help reduce the cost of locating faults based on possibility of containing a fault in program statements[1].Among them,coverage-based fault localization is one of the most studied automated fault localization ***-based fault localization methods utilize a type of preliminary information to localize the faults in programs,which is a matrix of statements’coverage *** value of each element is 1 or 0,in which 1 means a statement is executed and 0 denotes a statement is not executed[1].

Background Restoration of blood flow to the ischemic liver lobes may paradoxically exacerbate tissue injury, which is called hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury （IRI）. Toll-like receptor 4 （TLR4）, expressed on several liver cell types, and the nuclear factor-kappa B （NF-KB） signaling pathway are crucial to mediating hepatic inflammatory response. Because IRI is essentially a kind of profound acute inflammatory reaction evoked by many kinds of danger signals, we investigated TLR4/NF-KB signaling pathway activation in a murine model of partial hepatic IRI. Methods Wild-type mice （WT, C3H/HeN） or TLR4 mutant mice （C3H/HeJ） were subjected to 45 minutes of partial hepatic ischemia followed by 1 hour, 3 hours of reperfusion. Sham group accepted the same procedure without the obstruction of blood supply. At the end of reperfusion, the compromise of liver function and the histological change of liver sections were measured as the severity of liver injury. The level of endotoxin in the portal vein was measured by limulus assay. NF-KB activation was determined by electrophoretic mobility shift assay （EMSA）. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-a） and intedeukin-1β （IL-1β） in systemic blood after hepatic IRI were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （EliSA）. Results The compromise of liver function and the morphological injuries in mutant mice were relieved more markedly than those in WT mice after partial hepatic IRI. NF-KB activation in WT mice was stronger than that in TLR4 mutant mice, and both were stronger than those in the sham operated mice （P〈0.01）. Endotoxin in each group was undetectable. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in systemic blood were elevated in both strains, but lower in the sham operated group. These mediators were significantly decreased in TLR4 mutant mice compared with those in WT mice （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The TLR4/NF-KB signaling pathway may mediate hepatic IRI triggered by endogenous danger signals. Inhibition of the TLR4/NF-KB pathway

Isolation and culture of adult Sertoli cells and their effects on the function of co-cultured allogeneic islets in vitro

Background Globally, 180 million people suffer from diabetes mellitus. Islet transplantation is believed to be an almost ideal therapy for insulin-dependent patients. How to maintain the viability and the function of isolated human islets is a challenge in clinical practice. Sertoli cells are considered ＇ nurse cells＇ in the seminiferous tubules and have been used in cell graft protocols for neurodegenerative diseases and diabetes in many studies. Many researchers have used immature murine testes as the primarily source of Sertoli cells in islet transplantation because they are easily purified. Mature human Sertoli cells have been seldom investigated. In the present study, we developed a method for the isolation and culture of Sertoli cells derived from adult human testes, and investigated their effects on the function of allogeneic islets when they were cultured together in vitro. Methods Adult Sertoli cells were prepared successfully by two-step enzyme digestion with trypsin, collagenase and hyaluronidase. They were identified by morphological characteristics and their activity was determined by MTT colorimetry over a 28-day culture time in vitro. A glucose-stimulated insulin secretion test was performed to detect the effects of Sertoli cells on allogeneic islets＇ function when they were co-cultured for 21 days in vitro. Results In cultured cells, mature human Sertoli cells accounted for more than 90% of total cells. The activity of Sertoli cells reached 95 % and they remained highly cytoactive for a long time in vitro （P〉0. 05 ）. Compared with the islets cultured alone, the co-cultured islets with allogeneic Sertoli cells maintained higher sensitivity to glucose stimulation for the duration of the experiment （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions A method of isolation and culture of Sertoli cells from adult testes has been established. Sertoli cells could enhance allogeneic islets＇ function when they were co-cultured in vitro. Compounds having an active hydroxy group, such as, acyloins can be easily alkylated by alkyl halides in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst （PTC）. The reaction is usually carried out in the presence of con-centrated aqueous sodium or potassium hydroxide and a phase transfer catalyst, such as, quaternary ammonium salts^[1-3] species, miscible which facilitate the interphase transfer of making reactions between reagents in two im-phases possible. The reaction involves a series of equilibrium and mass-transfer steps.

The stable operation of solid-state lithium metal batteries at low temperatures is plagued by severe restrictions from inferior electrolyte-electrode interface compatibility and increased energy barrier for li^(+)***,we prepare a dual-salt poly(tetrahydrofuran)-based electrolyte consisting of lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate(liDFOB).The li-salt anions(DFOB−)not only accelerate the ring-opening polymerization of tetrahydrofuran,but also promote the formation of highly ion-conductive and sustainable interphases on li metal anodes without sacrificing the li^(+)conductivity of electrolytes,which is favorable for li^(+)transport kinetics at low *** of this polymer electrolyte in li||liFePO_(4)cells show 82.3%capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 30℃and endow stable discharge capacity at−30℃.Remarkably,the li||liFePO4 cells retain 52%of their room-temperature capacity at−20℃and 0.1 *** rational design of dual-salt polymer-based electrolytes may provide a new perspective for the stable operation of quasi-solid-state batteries at low temperatures.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT),with high spatiotemporal selectivity,minimal side effects and less drug resistance,has emerged as a promising approach for the treatment of ***,inadequate penetration depth and poor efficacy seriously restrict its practical *** address these challenges,we developed a combined therapy platform(RENP@C/D-FA)based on rare-earth-doped nanoparticles(RENPs)with a structure of NaErF_(4):Tm(0.5%)@NaYF_(4),on which photosensitizer Ce6(chlorin e6)and chemo-therapeutic drug(DOX)(doxorubicin)were loaded by encapsulating with an amphiphilic polymer distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-folic acid(DSPE-PEG-FA).RENPs with NaErF_(4) as the matrix possess multiple excitation/emission peaks,enabling activation of PDT under near-infrared-Ⅱb(NIR-Ⅱb,1500-1700 nm)excitation and luminescence imaging in NIR-Ⅱb region by absorbing 808 nm near-infrared ***,DOX can be selectively released in the acidic microenvironment of *** from the tumor targeting capability of folic acid,this platform can successfully ablate tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth by combining PDT and *** innovative approach holds great promise as a powerful tool for cancer treatment,showing the potential to revolutionize PDT.
