Effect of Low-temperature Imidization on Properties and Aggregation Structures of Polyimide Films with Different Rigidity

The traditional high-temperature preparation process of polyimide can cause many problems and limits the wider application in extreme *** important challenge to be solved urgently is the reduction of imidization *** this work,twelve kinds of polyimide films with different chain rigidity were prepared at low temperature of 2.0℃,in the absence or presence of imidazole used as the *** molecular rigidity and free volume were theoretically calculated,and relationship between structure and properties were systematically *** results show that imidization reaction under low temperatures is significantly affected by the rigidity of molecula r *** rigid structure of polyimide is not conducive to the low-temperature imidization,but this adverse effect can be eliminated by adding catalyst,resulting the notably increased imidization *** optical and thermal properties can be improved to a certain extent for the chemically catalyzed system,resulting in relatively higher heat resistance and thermal *** the mechanical performance could be determined by com plicating factors,greatly different from polyimide films prepa red by high temperature *** investigate aggregation structures of film s,the effect of chain rigidity and catalyst on the stacking or orientation of molecular chains was further *** wo rk can contribute to the understanding of chemically catalyzed imidization that is rarely reported in the existing research,and will provide guidance for the low-temperature preparation of high-performance polyimides.

The anion coordination complex,[ClPt(bpt)4]Cl (bpt=N,N'-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)-2.thiourea),was synthesized and studied by X-ray crystal structure analysis,NMR and FAB mass spectra. In the solid state,the Pt(bpt)4 anion receptor adopts a cone conformation to bind the chloride anion through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction in which the four branches of the thiourea ligands bind the chloride anion to form N-H…Cl-hydrogen bonds (3.49-3.81). The entraped chloride anion is situated above the Pt(Ⅱ) center at 3.52.. Further second-sphere coordination assemby from the Pt(bpt)4 core with 8 zinc(Ⅱ) tetraphenylporphyrins (ZnPr) is discussed.

Defects engineering is an effective strategy for manipulating electromagnetic parameters and enhancing electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption ***,the relationship between them is not clear,especially in solid solution *** this work,a series of(Cr_(1-x)V_(x))_(2.AlC MAX phase solid solutions with layered structure were prepared via tuning the ratio of Cr and V to explore their EMW absorption *** experimental results indicated that the doping of V atoms at the M-site could effectively regulate its impedance matching and EMW absorption properties by introducing appropriate numbers of defects in the crystal,such as twin boundaries,dislocations and lattice *** them,if Cr:V=3:1,Cr_(1.5)V_(0.5)AlC,as radar absorption materials,could reach a strong reflection loss of-51.8 dB at the frequency of 12.8 GHz under an ultra-thin thickness of 1.3 *** reflection loss value could attain-10 dB in a wide frequency range of 2.7-18 GHz and thickness range of 1-5 *** addition,after high temperature and acid-alkali immersion treatment,this sample still had good EMW absorption capability,and the effective absorption bandwidth was enhanced from 2.3 to 2.6 GHz after concentrated acid immersion or 3.1 GHz after concentrated alkali *** work has great reference significance for the research and development of high-performance MAX-based EMW absorption materials in harsh environments.

Sea-level change in coastal areas of china:Status in 2.2.

The sea level in coastal areas of china reached the second highest in 2.2.,just after that recorded in *** force and dynamic analyses based on tide gauges,satellite observations,reanalysis data and regional numerical outputs were conducted to understand these abnormally high sea levels and determine their possible *** show that the coastal sea level of china had increased at an annual rate of 3.4±0.3 mm during 1980-2.2.,with an acceleration of 0.06±0.02.mm per *** superposition of significant oscillations of quasi-2.3-7,quasi-9,quasi-11,quasi-19 and 2.-30 years contributed to the anomalously high sea *** negative-phased El Nino/Southern Oscillation was correlated with the anomalously high sea level and the north-south anti-phase pattern of the coastal sea level in ***,phase lags of 1-4 months occurred with the sea-level *** a decadal timescale,the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)was negatively correlated with the anomalous mean sea level(MSL),and the negative-phased PDO contributed to the anomalous sea-level change in ***,the monthly MSL peaked in April and July,and the contribution of wind stress to the anomalously high sea level was 38.5%in the south of the Taiwan Strait in April and 30%along the coast of china in *** results were consistent with the tide gauge and satellite *** agreement was also observed between the coastal sea-level fingerprint and the air and sea surface temperatures.

Efficacy and safety of perioperative therapy for locally resectable gastric cancer:A network meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials

Natural killer T cell lymphoma(NKTCL)is highly aggressive,with advanced stage patients poorly responding to intensive *** explore effective and safe treatment for newly diagnosed advanced stage NKTCL,we conducted a phase ll study of anti-metabolic agent pegaspargase plus PD-1 antibody sintilimab(NCT04096690).Twenty-two patients with a median age of 51 years(range,2.-74)were enrolled and treated with induction treatment of pegaspargase 2.00 IU/m2.intramuscularly on day 1 and sintilimab 2.0 mg intravenously on day 2.for 6 cycles of 2. days,followed by maintenance treatment of sintilimab 2.0 mg for 2. cycles of 2. *** complete response and overall response rate after induction treatment were 59%(95%Cl,43-79%)and 68%(95%Cl,47-84%),*** a median follow-up of 30 months,the 2.year progression-free and overall survival rates were 68%(95%Cl,45-83%)and 86%(95%Cl,63-95%),*** most frequently grade 3/4 adverse events were neutropenia(32.,n=7)and hypofibrinogenemia(18%,n=4),which were manageable and led to no discontinuation of *** proportion score of PD-L1,peripheral blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and apolipoprotein A-l correlated with good response,while PD-1 on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and peripheral Treg cells with poor response to pegaspargase plus sintilimab *** conclusion,the chemo-free regimen pegaspargase plus sintilimab was effective and safe in newly diagnosed,advanced stage *** lipid profle and immunosuppressive signature contributed to treatment resistance,providing an alternative therapeutic approach dual targeting fatty acid metabolism and CTLA-4 in NKTCL.

Berberine alleviates ovarian tissue damage in mice with hepatolenticular degeneration by suppressing ferroptosis and endoplasmic reticulum stress

Objective:Hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD) is an autosomal recessive disorder that manifests as multiorgan damage due to impaired copper (Cu) metabolism. Female patients with HLD often experience reproductive impairments. This study investigated the protective effect of berberine against ovarian damage in toxic-milk (TX) mice, a murine model for ***:Mice were categorized into control group, HLD TX group (HLD group), penicillamine (Cu chelator)-treated TX group and berberine-treated TX group. Body weight, ovary weight and the number of ovulated eggs were recorded. Follicular morphology and cellular ultrastructure were examined. Total iron, ferrous iron (Fe2.) and trivalent iron (Fe3+) levels, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione(GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), were measured in the ovaries. Western blot analysis was used to analyze the expression of proteins related to ferroptosis and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) ***:Ovarian tissue damage was evident in the HLD group, with a significant increase in ferroptosis and ER stress compared to the control group. This damage was inhibited by treatment with penicillamine,a Cu chelator. Compared with the HLD group, berberine increased the number of ovulations, and improved ovarian morphology and ultrastructure. Further, we found that berberine reduced total iron,Fe2., MDA and GSSG levels, elevated GSH levels, decreased the expression of the ferroptosis marker protein prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2.(PTGS2., and increased glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4)expression. Furthermore, berberine inhibited the expression of ER stress-associated proteins mediated by the protein kinase RNA-like ER kinase (PERK) ***:Ferroptosis and ER stress are involved in Cu-induced ovarian damage in TX mice. Berberine ameliorates ovarian damage in HLD TX mice by inhibiting ferroptosis and ER stress.
