Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent,inflammatory systemic disease that is not only characterized by skin manifestations but may also be accompanied by various comorbidities,imposing a heavy burden on patients’physical and mental health and affecting their quality of *** the continuous approval of various biological agents for clinical use has provided more effective treatment options to patients with psoriasis,no consensus on the evaluation of comprehensive treatment goals has yet been *** treat-to-target(T2T)strategy requires consideration of multiple dimensions of treatment outcomes,the development of long-term management goals,and regular assessments of treatment conditions,which are often used in the management of chronic ***,based on the latest consensuses and guidelines,research data,and clinical experience as well as the combination of survey results and expert group discussions,the present consensus focuses on 4 dimensions of short-and long-term integrated management goals for biological agents:alleviating skin lesions,improving quality of life,screening and managing psoriasis comorbidities,and ensuring drug *** implementation methods,evaluation time,treatment monitoring,and program adjustments are also herein described to achieve comprehensive management of psoriasis to the maximum *** consensus provides a reference for clinical practice.

Actual chemical states of single-atom metal on reducible supports remain a fiercely debated topic under reactive ***,we demonstrate that the single-atom Pt on Co_(3)O_(4)surface undergoes an in-situ reconstruction to form isolated Pt-Co bimetallic sites via reducing coordination number of Pt–O in the presence of hydrogen from both simulations and in-situ X-ray photoelectron *** modified chemical states of Pt greatly promoted H_(2)activation,thus delivering a significantly high turnover frequency of 7,448 h−1(19.5 times over Pt nanoparticles on Co_(3)O_(4))for hydrogenation of *** satisfactory selectivity of 95.2%towards cinnamyl alcohol was ascribed to a tilted adsorption configuration of reactant on the catalyst surface via aldehyde *** anticipate that the recognitions on in-situ reconstruction of single-atom catalysts(SACs)under the reducing conditions benefit the design of highly-performed hydrogenation catalysts.

State-of-the-art organic solar cells(OSCs)often require the use of high-boiling point additive or post-treatment such as temperature annealing and solvent vapor annealing to achieve the best ***,additives are not desirable in largescale industrial printing process,while post-treatment also increases the production *** this article,we report highly efficient ternary OSCs based on PM6:BTP-Cl Br1:BTP-2O-4Cl-C12(weight ratio=1:1:0.2),with 16.68%power conversion efficiency(PCE)for as-cast device,relatively close to its annealed counterpart(17.19%).Apart from obvious energy tuning effect and complementary absorption spectra,the improved PCE of ternary device is mainly attributed to improved morphological properties including the more favorable materials miscibility,crystallinity,domain size and vertical phase separation,which endorse suppressed *** result of this work provides understanding and guidance for high-performance as-cast OSCs through the ternary strategy.

Background We conducted a prospective, multicenter investigation of incidence, management and outcome of neonatal acute respiratory disorders （NARD）, and evaluated related perinatal risk factors and efficacy of respiratory therapies in neonatal intensive care units （NICUs） in a Chinese neonatal *** Data were prospectively collected in 2004-2005 from infants with NARD defined as presence of respiratory distress and oxygen requirement during the first 3 days of *** A total of 2677 NARD was classified （20.5% of NICU admissions）. There were 711 （5.44%） with respiratory distress syndrome （RDS）, 589 （4.51%） pulmonary infection, 409 （3.13%） meconium aspiration syndrome, 658 （5.03%）aspiration of amniotic fluid and 239 （1.83%） transient tachypnoea. Meconium aspiration syndrome had the highest rate with fetal distress, transient tachypnoea from cesarean section, and RDS with maternal disorders. Assisted mechanical ventilation was applied in 53.4% of NARD, and in above five disorders with 84.7%, 52.3%, 39.8%, 24.5%, and 53.6%,respectively. Corresponding mortality in these disorders was 31.4%, 13.6%, 17.8%, 4.1% and 5.0%, *** was provided to 33.9% of RDS. In all RDS infants, the survival rate was 78.8% if receiving surfactant, and 63.4% if not （P 〈0.001）.Conclusions This study provided NICU admission-based incidence and mortality of NARD, reflecting efficiency of advanced respiratory therapies, which should be a reference for current development of respiratory support in NICU at provincial and sub-provincial levels, justifying efforts in upgrading standard of care in emerging regions through a collaborative manner.

TKAF family member-associated NF-kB activator(TANK) is a negative regulator of canonical NF-kB signaling in the Toll-like receptor(TLR)-and B-cell receptor(BLR)-mediated signaling ***,functions of TANK in viral infection-mediated NF-kB activation remain *** we reported that TANK was cleaved by encephalomyocarditis virus(EMCV) 3C at the 197 and 291 glutamine residues,which depends on its cysteine prolease *** addition,EMCV 3C impaired the ability of TANK to inhibit TRAF6-mediated NF-kB ***,we found that several viral proteases encoded by foot and mouth diseases virus(FMDV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) and equine arteritis virus(EAV) also cleaved *** results suggest that TANK is a novel target of some viral proteases,indicating that some positive RNA viruses have evolved to utilize their major proteases to regulate NF-kB activation.

Background:Familial hypercholesterolemia(FH)is underrecognized,and its association with coronary artery disease(CAD)remains limited,especially in *** aimed to investigate the prevalence of FH and its relationship with CAD in a large Chinese ***:FH was defined using the Make Early Diagnosis to Prevent Early Death(MEDPED)*** crude and age-sex standardized prevalence of FH were calculated based on surveys of the Prediction for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk in china(china-PAR)project during 2007−*** associations of FH with incident CAD and its major subtypes were estimated with the cohort-stratified multivariate Cox proportional hazard models based on the data from the baseline to the last follow-up(2018−2020).Results:Among 98,885 included participants,190 participants were defined as *** and age−sex standardized prevalence and 95%confidence interval(CI)of FH were 0.19%(0.17%-0.22%)and 0.13%(0.10%-0.16%),*** prevalence varied across age groups and peaked in the group of 60-lier,yet lower than the peak crude prevalence in females(0.41%).During a mean follow-up of 10.7 years,2493 cases of incident CAD were *** multivariate adjustment,FH patients had a 2.03-fold greater risk of developing CAD compared to non-FH ***:The prevalence of FH was estimated to be 0.19%in the participants,and it was associated with an elevated risk of incident *** study suggests that early screening of FH has certain public health significance for the prevention of CAD.

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

遗传性耳聋是一种常见的遗传性疾病,新生儿的发病率为1‰~3‰。患者终身携带致病突变,导致不可逆性耳聋,至今尚无临床可用的治疗药物。在部分遗传性耳聋动物模型中,基因治疗已被证实为潜在有效的治疗方法。国内外已开展了多项遗传性耳聋基因治疗的临床试验。其中,由东南大学附属中大医院牵头,联合国内多家医院成功开展的遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床试验,取得了显著的疗效,并积累了丰富的经验。为规范遗传性耳聋基因治疗并提供临床研究指导,全国多家医院的耳科专家讨论制定了遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床指南,内容涵盖了伦理审查、遗传性耳聋的诊断和入组标准、临床前准备、药物、疗效与安全性评估标准、术后言语康复等。本指南将为耳聋基因治疗的临床诊疗提供规范的理论和技术指导。
