目的探讨四步高位灌肠法对早产儿胎粪排出延迟的应用效果。方法便利选取2020年11月—2023年4月在陕西省某三级甲等综合医院新生儿病区住院治疗的63例胎粪排出延迟的早产儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组31例和观察组32例。对照组早产儿采用常规灌肠方法，观察组早产儿采用四步高位灌肠法。观察比较2组早产儿灌肠有效率、首次排粪质量、胎粪排尽时间和灌肠总次数。结果观察组灌肠有效率较对照组高（P<0.05），且首次排粪质量多于对照组（P<0.001），观察组早产儿胎粪排尽时间短于对照组（P<0.05），灌肠总次数少于对照组（P<0.001）。结论应用四步高位灌肠法可以提高胎粪排出延迟早产儿的灌肠有效率，增加首次排粪质量，缩短胎粪排尽时间，减少灌肠总次数。

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even *** an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotransmitter that is usually used to protect against acute HIRI ***,the exact relationship between HIRI and mitochondrial H_(2)S remains tangled due to the lack of an effective analytical ***,we have fabricated a mitochondria-targeted H_(2)S-activatable fluorogenic probe(Mito-GW)to explore the stability of mitochondrial H_(2)S and track the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S during the *** virtue of pyridinium electropositivity and its amphiphilicity,Mito-GW could accumulate in *** goes through an analyte-prompted immolation when reacts with H_(2)S,resulting in the releasing of the fluorophore(GW).Therefore,the extent of Mito-GW conversion to GW can be used to evaluate the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S level in living cells and *** proof-of-principle,we have used MitoGW to demonstrate the mitochondria H_(2)S-levels increase and then decrease during HIRI in vitro and in *** research highlights the tremendous potential of Mito-GW as a mitochondrial H_(2)S fluorogenic probe in elucidating the pathogenesis of HIRI,providing a powerful tool for promoting future research on hepatology.

The problem of prescribed performance tracking control for unknown time-delay nonlinear systems subject to output constraints is dealt with in this paper. In contrast with related works, only the most fundamental requirements, i.e., boundedness and the local lipschitz condition, are assumed for the allowable time delays. Moreover, we focus on the case where the reference is unknown beforehand, which renders the standard prescribed performance control designs under output constraints infeasible. To conquer these challenges, a novel robust prescribed performance control approach is put forward in this ***, a reverse tuning function is skillfully constructed and automatically generates a performance envelop for the tracking error. In addition, a unified performance analysis framework based on proof by contradiction and the barrier function is established to reveal the inherent robustness of the control system against the time delays. It turns out that the system output tracks the reference with a preassigned settling time and good accuracy,without constraint violations. A comparative simulation on a two-stage chemical reactor is carried out to illustrate the above theoretical findings.

The first exothermic peak of cement-based material occurs a few minutes after mixing,and the properties of three dimensional(3D)printed concrete,such as setting time,are very sensitive to *** this background,based on the classical Park cement exothermic model of hydration,we propose and construct a numerical model of the first exothermic peak,taking into account the proportions of C_(3)S,C_(3)A and quicklime in *** calculated parameters are calibrated by means of relevant published exothermic test *** is found that this developed model offers a good simulation of the first exothermic peak of hydration for C_(3)S and C_(3)A proportions from 0 to 100% of cement clinker and reflects the effect of quicklime content at 8%-10%.The unique value of this research is provision of an important computational tool for applications that are sensitive to the first exothermic peak of hydration,such as 3D printing.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanisms behind the effects of acupuncture in Traditional Chinese Medicine,we delved into the adenosine triphosphate/peripheral purinergic P2X receptor 3(ATP/P2X3) receptor signaling system as an indicator of the body's energy state,commonly referred to as "Qi".METHODS: The tail-flick test was utilized to explore the impact of acupuncture on pain tolerance threshold(PTT)in mice, while also assessing adenosine(ADO) levels and adenylate energy charge(EC) at Zusanli(ST36). The study further investigated the dose-dependent effects of acupuncture on PTT and ADO levels at Zusanli(ST36).To shed light on the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture's effects, the study examined the impact of ATP, a P2X3 receptor antagonist, and adenosine disodium on PTT following acupuncture administration. RESULTS: Acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36) led to significant improvements in PTT in mice, with the most effective interventions being twirling for 2 min and needle retention for 28 min. These interventions also resulted in significant increases in ATP levels. The effects of acupuncture were further augmented by administration of different doses of ATP at Zusanli(ST36), and pretreatment with a P2X3 receptor antagonist decreased PTT. Adenylate EC peaked at 30 min after intraperitoneal injection of ATP, and pretreatment with various doses of i.p. ATP 30 min prior to acupuncture increased PTT in a dose-dependent manner. Additionally, pretreatment with an i.p. or intramuscular injection of adenosine disodium enhanced the effects of acupuncture. CONCLUSION: This research provides compelling evidence that ATP is involved in the regulation of PTT through acupuncture, revealing new avenues for achieving enhanced clinical outcomes.

A Composite Elastomer with Photo-responsive Shape Memory and Programmable Hygroscopic Actuation Functionalities

Developing hydroscopic actuators with simultaneous high elasticity, shape programmability and tunable actuating behaviors are highly desired but still challenging. In this study, we propose an orthogonal composite design to develop such a material. The developed composite elastomer comprises carboxyl group-grafted polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene-co-butylene)-block-polystyrene(SEBS-g-COOH) as the elastic substrate, and a synthesized azobenzene derivative as the functional filler(Azo12). By surface treatment using acidic and base solutions, the carboxyl groups on the surface can reversibly transform into carboxylate groups, which render the composite tunable hygroscopic actuating functionality. On another aspect, the added filler undergoes trans-to-cis isomerization when exposed to UV light irradiation, leading to liquefaction of the crystalline aggregates formed by Azo12 molecules. The liquefied Azo12 molecules can autonomously resotre their trans form and reform the crystalline structure. This reversible change in crystralline structure is utilized to realize the shape memory property, and 5 wt% of Azo12addition is adequate for the composite to exhibit photo-responsive shape memory behavior without compromising much of the elasricity. The regualtion of external geometry by shape memory effect is effective in altering the actuating behavior. The proposed method can be extend to designing different composites with the demonstrated functionalities.
