High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excellent energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -NH_(2. passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with N/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2.ON_(2. film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2.ON_(2./Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×10^(11) cm^(-2. eV^(-1).The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

A variety of research reports on novel supramolecular topologies have been published over the last ***,it is still a great challenge to tap into the inner functional properties of these ***,two tetranuclear metallamacrocycles 1 and 2.and four octonuclear[2.catenanes 3-6 were constructed successfully via a coordination-driven self-assembly strategy,by conscious design and use of the tetramethyl bidentate pyridine ligand L1,and the appropriate selection of six binuclear half-sandwich rhodium building units with different longitudinal *** complexes have been fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR ***,near-infrared photothermal studies of the obtained[2.catenanes reveal different photothermal response in solid and solution states,which may be attributed to a strong fluorescence quenching effect of the half-sandwich organometallic fragment and different conjugated effect of Cp^(*)Rh based building blocks in the interlocking *** photothermal conversion efficiencies of[2.catenanes 4-6 fall in the range 30.5%-16.5% *** contribution aims to play a key role in the experimental development of Cp^(*)-based photothermal materials.

The Yellow River Basin(YRB)has experienced severe floods and continuous riverbed elevation throughout *** climate change has been suggested to be driving a worldwide increase in flooding ***,owing to insufficient evidence,the quantitative correlation between flooding and climate change remains *** present a long time series of maximum flood discharge in the YRB dating back to 1843 compiled from historical documents and instrument *** in yearly maximum flood discharge show distinct periods:a dramatic decreasing period from 1843 to 1950,and an oscillating gentle decreasing from 1950 to 2.2.,with the latter period also showing increasing more extreme floods.A Mann-Kendall test analysis suggests that the latter period can be further split into two distinct sub-periods:an oscillating gentle decreasing period from 1950 to 2.00,and a clear recent increasing period from 2.00 to *** further predict that climate change will cause an ongoing remarkable increase in future flooding risk and an∼44.4 billion US dollars loss of floods in the YRB in 2.00.

Background:Inhibitor of NF-κB kinase-interacting protein(IKIP)is known to promote proliferation of glioblastoma(GBM)cells,but how it affects migration and invasion by those cells is ***:We compared levels of IKIP between glioma tissues and normal brain tissue in clinical samples and public *** examined the effects of IKIP overexpression and knockdown on the migration and invasion of GBM using transwell and wound healing assays,and we compared the transcriptomes under these different conditions to identify the molecular mechanisms ***:Based on data from our clinical samples and from public databases,IKIP was overexpressed in GBM tumors,and its expression level correlated inversely with *** overexpression in GBM cells inhibited migration and invasion in transwell and wound healing assays,whereas IKIP knockdown exerted the opposite *** overexpression in GBM cells that were injected into mouse brain promoted tumor growth but inhibited tumor invasion of surrounding *** effects of IKIP were associated with downregulation of THBS1 mRNA and concomitant inhibition of THBS1/FAK ***:IKIP inhibits THBS1/FAK signaling to suppress migration and invasion of GBM cells.

Spatial scale error is one of the most serious problems in the estimates of land surface heat fluxes of sensible and latent from satellite-borne data such as MODIS 1km resolution reflectance and emissive data. One of the feasible and economic ways to decrease the spatial scale error is to use high resolution land use class data together with the MODIS data. CBERS-02.data were used to produce land use class of Baiyangdian area, Hebei Province, china in the autumn of 2.04. The area ratio of each class in MODIS pixel was calculated, and used to derive the heat fluxes of the mixed pixel. The results showed that the estimated heat fluxes of soil, sensible and latent have been changed remarkably after using the high resolution land class data. It could be concluded from the comparison between simulated and ground-measured fluxes as well as the theoretical analysis that high resolution land class data are useful to diminishing the scale error of heat fluxes estimated from low resolution satellite data.

AIM:To study the relationship between ABO blood groups and carcinoma of esophagus and cardia in Chaoshan inhabitants of china, which is a unique littoral high-risk area of esophageal carcinoma in china. The poor communication and transportation in the past has made Chaoshan a relatively closed area and kept its culture and custure of old china thousand years ago. METHODS: Data on age, sex, ABO blood type and X-ray or pathological diagnose of the patients with carcinoma of esophagus or cardia were collected from the Tumor Hospital. First Affiliated Hospital, Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou university Medical College; and the Central Hospital of Shantou and the Central Hospital of Jieyang. A total of 6685 patients with esophageal carcinoma (EC) and 2.55 patients with cardiac cancer (CC) in Chaoshan district were retrospectively assessed for their association with ABO blood groups. RESULTS: The distribution of ABO blood groups in patients with EC or CC was similar to the normal local population in Chaoshan. However, blood group B in male patients with CC and in the patients with carcinoma in the upper third esophagus was 2.3% and 4.7% higher than the corresponding controls. The relative risk B O was 1.1415 (P2.96 (P<0.05), respectively. No relationship was found between ABO blood groups and tumor differentiation. CONCLUSION: ABO blood group B is associated with the incidence of CC in male individuals and carcinoma in the upper third esophagus. The distribution of ABO blood groups varies in the different geographical and ethnic groups. As a result, proper controls are very important for such studies.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2.89 keV for this work)with a factor of 2..A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2.^(0ν)>1.0×10^(2.)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:2.7.5 eV.

背景:研究发现铁死亡相关基因在类风湿关节炎的发病机制中占据重要地位,但目前尚缺乏关于类风湿关节炎铁死亡特征基因的免疫表现及CeRNA互作网络的构建,而机器学习作为生物信息学中强大的特征基因选择算法能更精确地筛选出在类风湿关节炎发病机制中占主导地位的铁死亡特征基因。目的:利用生物信息学与机器学习方法筛选类风湿关节炎铁死亡特征基因,并分析铁死亡特征基因与免疫浸润的相关性及铁死亡特征基因CeRNA的网络构建。方法:从GEO数据库获取与类风湿关节炎相关的芯片,利用R语言提取铁死亡相关基因及其差异基因表达;使用机器学习方法对差异基因进行筛选,即运用LASSO回归与SVM-RFE方法进行特征基因筛选,对两者过滤后的基因进行再次交集,最终得到类风湿关节炎的特征基因,运用ROC曲线评估筛选后的疾病特征基因诊断疾病的准确性;利用CIBERSORT算法分析类风湿关节炎与正常滑膜组织的免疫浸润情况,并分析铁死亡特征基因与免疫细胞的相关性,最后构建类风湿关节炎铁死亡疾病特征基因的CeRNA网络并对疾病特征基因进行验证。结果与结论:①得到与类风湿关节炎相关铁死亡基因150个,其中55个上调基因,95个下调基因;②GO与KEGG富集分析分别得到18个GO显著相关条目与30个KEGG条目,主要涉及金属离子稳态、有铁离子稳态与氧化应激反应等;③机器学习分析最终获得疾病特征基因GABARAPL1、SAT1;④GSEA分析发现脂肪细胞因子信号通路、药物代谢细胞色素P450、脂肪酸代谢、PPAR信号通路、酪氨酸代谢主要集中在GABARAPL1高表达时,趋化因子信号通路、肠道免疫网络对IGA产生的影响主要集中在SAT1高表达时;⑤免疫浸润分析发现类风湿关节炎与9种免疫细胞与正常组织存在明显差异,其中浆细胞、T细胞CD8、T细胞滤泡辅助器在疾病组中为高表达状态,其余为低表达。单基因与免疫细胞相关性分析发现GABARAPL1在树突状静息细胞、激活的NK细胞、巨噬细胞M1等为正相关,其中与树突状静息细胞的相关性最为显著,SAT1与T细胞CD4与γδT细胞为正相关,与NK静息细胞为负相关;⑥GSVA分析发现抗坏血酸和醛酸代谢在SAT1表现为上调的基因高表达水平时候为上调,而B细胞受体信号通路、TOLL样受体信号通路、T细胞受体信号通路、自然杀伤细胞介导的细胞毒性等表现为下调,PPAR信号通路、烟酸盐和烟酰胺的代谢、色氨酸代谢、脂肪酸代谢、类固醇生物合成等在GABARAPL1表现为下调趋势;⑦60种长链非编码RNA可能在导致类风湿关节炎发展过程中发挥关键作用。提示:类风湿关节炎的发生与类风湿关节炎铁死亡疾病特征基因的异常表达显著相关,特征基因通过影响相关信号通路诱导疾病的发生发展,并通过对类风湿关节炎相关长链非编码RNA介导的ceRNA网络进行分析,识别出潜在的治疗靶点及信号通路,为进一步阐明其发病机制,并为后续的实验研究提供参考依据。

目的探究福辛普利联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对2.糖尿病早期肾病患者尿蛋白和肾功能的影响。方法选取2.2.年4月~2.2.年1月收治的2.糖尿病早期肾病患者100例,按照随机数字法分为2.,各50例。对照组给予福辛普利钠片治疗,观察组给予福辛普利钠片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组血糖和血脂水平、肾功能、尿蛋白水平,评价两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P1c、TC、2.PG、TG及FPG水平均降低(P2. h蛋白尿、Scr、Ccr及UAER水平与对照组相比明显更低(P2.糖尿病早期肾病患者尿蛋白和肾功能,调节机体血糖、血脂水平,提升治疗效果。
