In this study,we comprehensively investigated the scaling law for elastic properties of three-dimensional honeycomb-like graphenes(3D graphenes)using hybrid neural network potential-based molecular dynamics simulations and theoretical *** elastic constants were obtained as functions of honeycomb hole size,denoted by the graphene wall length *** five independent elastic constants in the large-L limit are proportional to L^(-1..The associated coefficients are combinations of elastic constants of two-dimensional ***-order terms including L^(-2)and L^(-3)emerge for finite L *** have three origins,the distorted areas close to the joint lines of 3D graphenes,the variation in solid angles between graphene plates,and the bending distortion of graphene ***,the chirality becomes essential with decreasing L because the joint line structures are different between the armchair and zigzag-type 3D *** findings provide insights into the elastic properties of graphene-based superstructures and can be used for further studies on graphene-based materials.

Lung cancer is one of the most lethal cancers in china because of its high incidence and *** decarboxylase （ODC）,an important enzyme in polyamine biosynthesis,is increased incancer *** chemotherapeutic agents aimed at reducing ODC expression show inhibitory effects oncancer cell growth,so ODC can be useful in gene diagnosis and gene therapy of *** this study,weexamined the effect of antisense ODC on lung cancer cells.A-549 cells were infected with rAd-ODC/Ex3as,a recombinant adenovirus containing the cytomegalovirus promoter,green fluorescent protein gene and 1.0bp antisense *** cell cycle was evaluated by flow cytometry.A nude mouse xenograft model wasused in the tumorigenicity *** transcription-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot and immuno-histochernistry were used to study the expressions of ODC on lung *** was found that the growth ofcells infected with rAd-ODC/Ex3as was substantially inhibited and cells were arrested at *** with rAd-ODC/Ex3as can suppress tumor formation in a nude mouse xenograft *** of ODC mRNA and ODC protein levels in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than thatin {1. tissues （P<0.05）,which correlated significantly with the stage of lung cancer （P<0.05）.This studysuggested that rAd-ODC/Ex3as has antitumor activity in human lung cancer *** ODC gene might playan important role in lung cancer and the overexpression of ODC might be related to the occurrence anddevelopment of lung cancer.

A directed triple system of order v, denoted by DTS(v, λ), is a pair (X,B) where X is a v-set and B is a collection of transitive triples on X such that every ordered pair of X belongs to λ triples of B. An overlarge set of disjoint DTS(v, λ), denoted by OLDTS(v, λ), is a collection {(Y\{y}, Ai)}i,such that Y is a (v + 1.-set, each (Y\{y}, Ai) is a DTS(v, λ) and all Ai's form a partition of all transitive triples of Y. In this paper, we shall discuss the existence problem of OLDTS(v, λ) and give the following conclusion: there exists an OLDTS(v, λ) if and only if either λ = 1.and v = 0, 1.(mod 3), or λ = 3 and v≠2.

High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excellent energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -NH_(2) passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with N/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2)ON_(2) film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2)ON_(2)/Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×1.^(1.) cm^(-2) eV^(-1..The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

A variety of research reports on novel supramolecular topologies have been published over the last ***,it is still a great challenge to tap into the inner functional properties of these ***,two tetranuclear metallamacrocycles 1.and 2 and four octonuclear[2]catenanes 3-6 were constructed successfully via a coordination-driven self-assembly strategy,by conscious design and use of the tetramethyl bidentate pyridine ligand L1.and the appropriate selection of six binuclear half-sandwich rhodium building units with different longitudinal *** complexes have been fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR ***,near-infrared photothermal studies of the obtained[2]catenanes reveal different photothermal response in solid and solution states,which may be attributed to a strong fluorescence quenching effect of the half-sandwich organometallic fragment and different conjugated effect of Cp^(*)Rh based building blocks in the interlocking *** photothermal conversion efficiencies of[2]catenanes 4-6 fall in the range 30.5%-1..5% *** contribution aims to play a key role in the experimental development of Cp^(*)-based photothermal materials.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of1. lp·mm^(-1. at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.
