Embryo Transfer Strategies for Women with Recurrent Implantation Failure During the Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Cycles:Sequential Embryo Transfer or Double-blastocyst Transfer?

Objective Both sequential embryo transfer(SeET)and double-blastocyst transfer(DBT)can serve as embryo transfer strategies for women with recurrent implantation failure(RIF).This study aims to compare the effects of SeET and DBT on pregnancy *** Totally,261 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles of 243 RIF women were included in this multicenter retrospective *** to different embryo quality and transfer strategies,they were divided into four groups:group A,good-quality SeET(GQ-SeET,n=38 cycles);group B,poor-quality or mixed-quality SeET(PQ/MQ-SeET,n=31 cycles);group C,good-quality DBT(GQ-DBT,n=121 cycles);and group D,poor-quality or mixed-quality DBT(PQ/MQ-DBT,n=71 cycles).The main outcome,clinical pregnancy rate,was compared,and the generalized estimating equation(GEE)model was used to correct potential confounders that might impact pregnancy *** GQ-DBT achieved a significantly higher clinical pregnancy rate(aOR 2.588,95%CI 1.267–5.284,P=0.009)and live birth rate(aOR 3.082,95%CI 1.482–6.412,P=0.003)than PQ/***,the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in GQ-SeET than in PQ/MQ-SeET(aOR 4.047,95%CI 1.218–13.450,P=0.023).The pregnancy outcomes of GQ-SeET were not significantly different from those of GQ-DBT,and the same results were found between PQ/MQ-SeET and PQ/*** SeET relative to DBT did not seem to improve pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients if the embryo quality was comparable between the two *** clinical pregnancy outcomes could be obtained by transferring good-quality embryos,no matter whether in SeET or *** quality plays a more important role in pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients.

Optimal Timing of Business Conversion for Solvency Improvement

In this paper,we study the optimal timing to convert the risk of business for an insurance company in order to improve its *** cash flow of company evolves according to a jump-diffusion *** conversion option offers the company an opportunity to transfer the jump risk business *** exchange for this option,the company needs to pay both fixed and proportional transaction *** proportional cost can also be seen as the profit loading of the jump risk *** formulated this problem as an optimal stopping *** solving this stopping problem,we find that the optimal timing of business conversion mainly depends on the profit loading of the jump risk business.A larger profit loading would make the conversion option *** fixed cost,however,only delays the optimal timing of business *** the end,numerical results are provided to illustrate the impacts of transaction costs and environmental parameters to the optimal strategies.

Investigation on UV-curing Reprocessable Thermosets Bearing Hindered Urea Bonds and Their Composites with Modified Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles

In this study,a series of hindered urea bond(HUB)containing polyurethane-urea methacrylate prepolymers and a none HUB containing polyurethane methacrylate prepolymer were prepared using isobornyl methacrylate as the reactive diluent via one-pot *** prepolymers were characterized fully by various ***,their thermosets were fabricated via UV curing in presence of a photo initiator,and their mechanical property and thermal behavior were investigated and *** from the none HUB containing thermoset,the HUB containing thermosets(defined as PUT)could be recycled and reprocessed by hot press under relatively mild conditions with high recovery ratio of mechanical ***,zinc oxide(ZnO)nanoparticles were modified with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate and the modified ZnO(defined as ZnO-TPM)was dispersed and polymerized into PUT matrix to prepare their *** influence of ZnO-TPM on the mechanical performance of the composites was evaluated,which indicated that the Young’s modulus and tensile strength increased gradually to the maximum values at ZnO-TPM content of 1 wt%and then *** composites also displayed good reprocessability with improved recovery ratio compared to the pure PUT *** addition,the composite materials exhibited strong UV absorption capacity,implying their potential application in the circumstance where UV-shielding was required.

古塔作为中国建筑的典型代表之一,对塔体进行稳定性分析是后续预防性保护的重要措施.以兰州市白衣寺塔为例,运用三维激光扫描技术获取点云数据,查明目前保存现状,采用位移计、摄影测量技术监测塔身整体位移变化、局部裂隙变化,并通过Ansys数值软件模拟白衣寺塔的位移、应力变化,对白衣寺塔进行稳定性分析.研究表明,白衣寺塔目前存在倾斜,东西位移整体向西偏移,南北位移整体向南偏移,倾角为南偏西0.394°,塔底部顶部水平偏移量为0.170 m,整个塔体并未产生应力集中,结构表现为全截面受压,应力值在材料强度允许范围内.正常使用条件下,当塔体倾斜到6.41°时,拉应力达到限值,结构将会发生局部或整体失稳而破坏.

Accelerating BERT inference with GPU-efficient exit prediction

BERT is a representative pre-trained language model that has drawn extensive attention for significant improvements in downstream Natural Language Processing(NLP)*** complex architecture and massive parameters bring BERT competitive performance but also result in slow speed at model inference *** speed up BERT inference,FastBERT realizes adaptive inference with an acceptable drop in accuracy based on knowledge distillation and the early-exit ***,many factors may limit the performance of FastBERT,such as the teacher classifier that is not knowledgeable enough,the batch size shrinkage and the redundant computation of student *** overcome these limitations,we propose a new BERT inference method with GPU-Efficient Exit Prediction(GEEP).GEEP leverages the shared exit loss to simplify the training process of FastBERT from two steps into only one step and makes the teacher classifier more knowledgeable by feeding diverse Transformer outputs to the teacher *** addition,the exit layer prediction technique is proposed to utilize a GPU hash table to handle the token-level exit layer distribution and to sort test samples by predicted exit *** this way,GEEP can avoid batch size shrinkage and redundant computation of student *** results on twelve public English and Chinese NLP datasets prove the effectiveness of the proposed *** source codes of GEEP will be released to the public upon paper acceptance.

Research on the Encapsulation Device for Lunar Samples

The encapsulation of lunar samples is a core research area in the third phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration *** seal assembly,opening and closing mechanism(OCM),and locking mechanism are the core components of the encapsulation device of the lunar samples,and the requirements of a tight seal,lightweight,and low power make the design of these core components *** this study,a combined sealing assembly,OCM,and locking mechanism were investigated for the *** sealing architecture consists of rubber and an Ag-In alloy,and a theory was built to analyze the *** of the electroplate Au coating on the knife-edge revealed that the hermetic seal can be significantly *** driving principle for coaxial double-helical pairs was investigated and used to design the ***,a locking mechanism was created using an electric initiating explosive device with orifice *** optimizing the design,the output parameters were adjusted to meet the requirements of the lunar *** experimental results showed that the helium leak rate of the test pieces were not more than 5×10^(-11) Pa·m^(3)·s^(-1),the minimum power of the OCM was 0.3 W,and the total weight of the principle prototype was 2.9 *** explosive driven locking mechanism has low *** investigation solved the difficulties in achieving tight seal,light weight,and low power for the lunar explorer,and the results can also be used to explore other extraterrestrial objects in the future.

Local environment regulation of transition metal dichalcogenide-based single-atom catalysts

Single-atom catalysts have risen significant attention in the realm of green electrocatalytic energy conversion to address energy and environmental sustainability challenges. Transition metal dichalcogenide（TMD）-based single-atom catalysts are considered highly effective in electrocatalysis due to the TMDs' notable specific surface area, tunable elemental species and efficient utilization of single atoms. In order to enhance electrocatalytic performance, it is imperative to elaborately engineer the local environment surrounding the active sites of single atoms within TMDs. In this review, we initially explore the effects of synthesis methods on single-atom active sites and the influence of loading of single atoms on catalytic performance for TMDs. The modulation strategies of the local environment surrounding single-atom sites in TMDs are elaborated, including substitution engineering,surface adsorption, vacancies, spatial confinement and dual-atom site strategies. For each modulation strategy, the effects of diverse local environments on various electrocatalytic applications are presented, such as the oxygen evolution reaction, oxygen reduction reaction, nitrogen reduction reaction, CO2reduction reaction and CO oxidation. Ultimately, this study presents a comprehensive overview of the challenges encountered and the potential directions for the advancement of single-atom catalysts based on TMDs in the realm of electrocatalysis.

Objective:This study explores the mechanism of action of Danhongqing formula(DHQ),a compoundbased Chinese medicine formula,in the treatment of cholestatic liver ***:In vivo experiments were conducted using 8-week-old multidrug resistance protein 2 knockout(Mdr2-/-)mice as an animal model of cholestatic liver *** was administered orally for 8 weeks,and its impact on cholestatic liver fibrosis was evaluated by assessing liver function,liver histopathology,and the expression of liver fibrosis-related ***-time polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,immunohistochemistry and other methods were used to observe the effects of DHQ on long non-coding RNA H19(H19)and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation in the liver tissue of Mdr2-/-*** addition,cholangiocytes and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were cultured in vitro to measure the effects of bile acids on cholangiocyte injury and H19 *** overexpressing H19 were constructed,and a conditioned medium containing H19 was collected to measure its effects on STAT3 protein expression and cell *** intervention effect of DHQ on these processes was also *** overexpressing H19 were constructed to measure the impact of H19 on cell activation and assess the intervention effect of ***:DHQ alleviated liver injury,ductular reaction,and fibrosis in Mdr2-/-mice,and inhibited H19expression,STAT3 expression and STAT3 *** formula also reduced hydrophobic bile acid-induced cholangiocyte injury and the upregulation of H19,inhibited the activation of HSCs induced by cholangiocyte-derived conditioned medium,and decreased the expression of activation markers in *** overexpression of H19 in a human HSC line confirmed that H19 promoted STAT3 phosphorylation and HSC activation,and DHQ was able to successfully inhibit these ***:DHQ effectively alleviated spontaneous cholestatic liver fibrosis in Md
