This paper mainly concentrates on the event-based bipartite consensus(BCs) in multi-agent networks(MANs) with partial information transmission(PIT) and communication delays. Two types of communication constraints, i.e., time delays and partial information transmission, make the BCs problem in MANs more challenging and practical. A distributed event-triggered scheme(ETS) is proposed for the considered MANs. Based on the proposed ETS, it is observed that the addressed MANs reaches BCs provided that the network is balanced. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

A pilot study was carried out to explore the application of carbon dioxide for pH depression in a bubble column and its ability to inhibit bromate formation for water with a low *** showed that in the absence of ammonia,CO 2 was capable of reducing bromate 38.0%–65.4% with one-unit pH *** 2 caused a slightly lower bromate reduction （4.2%） than did H 2 SO 4 when the pH was depressed to 7.4,and a more a pronounced lower reduction （8.8%） when the pH was depressed to *** the presence of 0.20 mg/L-N ammonia,bromate was largely inhibited with 73.9% *** the pH was depressed to 7.4,CO 2 and H 2 SO 4 showed an 11.3% and 23.5% bromate reduction respectively,demonstrating that the joint use of CO 2 and ammonia might be a plausible strategy of blocking all three bromate formation *** 2 could be applied through the aeration diffuser together with ozone gas,resulting in a similar bromate reduction compared with the premixing method through Venturi mixer.

lightweight aerogels feature multifunctionality and a high porosity,yet accompanied with poor structure recovery under large strain *** this work,we develop an air bubble-ice crystal dual template and annealing strategy to integrate low density and high resilience for the conductive transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXene)composite *** air bubbles and ice crystals synergistically exclude the nanosheets to the gas-liquid interfaces,thereby constructing unique Y-shaped junctions and robust *** annealing process greatly enhances the interlayer *** external load,the Yshaped structures prevent the stress concentration at the junctions by transferring the forces to the skeleton for maintaining structural *** addition,the wrinkled and thick cell walls,together with the enhanced interlayer interactions,endow the aerogel with exceptional structural stability and *** a result,the MXene/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite aerogels exhibit superelasticity with reversible compressive strains of up to 95%.In addition,the electron bridging effect of the RGO sheets affords the aerogel to deliver excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance,as high as 46.3 dB at 2.5 ***,the remarkable reshapeability of the aerogels allows for precise regulation of structure and performance(33.5-75.1 dB)by a simple wetting compression *** summary,this work offers helpful inspirations for developing lightweight and superelasticity aerogels for extensive applications.

Based on the problems caused by many oxygen-containing functional groups and poor floatability on the surface of low rank coal,the characteristics of low rank coal were analyzed systematically by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** bubble-particle induction time was used to determine the characterization of the bubble-particle attachment,and the bubble-particle attachment of low rank coal modified by soaking the coal samples in an acid or alkaline solution was *** floatability of the modified coal surface was verified by flotation *** results show that the particle size of 0.125–0.074 mm of the coal sample exhibited better bubble-particle attachment *** small bubble,the larger approach velocity of bubble and the larger bubble deformation were more helpful to enhance the bubbleparticle *** an acid solution,the smaller the p H was and the longer the soaking time was,the better the floatability of the coal sample and the higher the combustible material recovery *** combustible material recovery of low rank coal was increased to 78.79%by soaking the sample in an acid solution of pH=0 for 180 *** the contrary there was a best concentration for the alkaline solution.

Fe-Al compounds possess a combination of high strength and corrosion resistance at high ***,increasing Al content to make them lighter results in ***,we investigate the high-temperature behavior of a novel,lightweight,ultra-fine-layered FeAl/FeAl_(2) *** report a transition from unstable to stable plasticity at 450℃.Below 450℃,deformation is dominated by localized shear deformation within the soft FeAl layers,while above 450℃,it proceeds by co-deformation between Fe Al and the brittle FeAl_(2) *** show that co-deformation is associated with the temperature at which the interface converts from sliding to sourcing dislocations for Fe Al_(2).

Versatile stimuli-responsive circularly polarized luminescent(CPL)materials have potential applications in information storage,security encryption,and intelligent *** this study,the Z/E isomerization of ultraviolet(UV)-photosensitive achiralα-cyanostilbene derivative was used as an achiral dichroic dye(Switch)to drive the controllable CPL-active response in cholesteric liquid crystals(CLCs).Under irradiation by 365 nm UV light,the resulting CLCs-Z-Switch underwent a Z-to-E configuration isomerization as CLCs-E-Switch,accompanied by a decrease in its dichroic order parameter(SFvalue)from 0.15to *** the quantum yield(QY)of CLCs-E-Switch increased from 8.1%(CLCs-Z-Switch)to 16.8%,the corresponding glumvalues of CPL emission decreased from+0.55/-0.57 to+0.37/-0.39 due to a decrease in the order of helical arrangement of E-Switch in E7 *** study enables photosensitive CLCs-Switch to be applied for optical information storage devices.

Prunus mume is an important woody plant that has high ornamental and economic value, widely distributed and used in landscape architecture in East Asia. In plants, basic(region) leucine zipper(bZIP) transcription factors play important regulatory roles in growth, development,dormancy and abiotic stress. To date, bZIP transcription factors have not been systematically studied in P. mume. In this study, 49 bZIP genes were first identified in P. mume, and the PmbZIP family was divided into 12 groups according to the grouping principles for the Arabidopsis thaliana bZIP family. For the first time, we constructed a detailed model of the PmbZIP domains(R-x_(3)–N-(x)_7-R/K-x_(2)-K-x_(6)-L-x_(6)-L-_(6)-L). Phylogenetic and synteny analyses showed that PmbZIPs duplication events might have occurred during the large-scale genome duplication events. A relatively short time of speciation and the finding that 91.84% of the bZIP genes formed orthologous pairs between P. mume and Prunus armeniaca provided evidence of a close relationship. Gene expression patterns were analysed in different tissues and periods, indicating that PmbZIP genes with the same motifs exhibited similar expression patterns. The gene expression results showed that PmbZIP31/36/41 genes played a more prominent role in the response to freezing stress than cold stress. The expression level of almost all subset Ⅲ genes was upregulated under freezing treatment, especially after cold exposure. We analysed the gene expression patterns of PmbZIP12/31/36/41/48 and their responses to low-temperature stress, which provided useful resources for future studies on the cold/freezing-tolerant molecular breeding of P. mume.

Purpose:Focusing on the hot-debating issue of school choice in China,this article aims to present a narrative of the policy interventions,especially promulgated by the Chinese central government during the past 20 years,and to discuss those challenges facing the governments and the society as a whole in the new ***/Approach/Methods:This article conceptually approaches the topic based on policy texts analysis and literature ***:This article pictures the historical dynamics of school choice phenomenon and its interaction with the corresponding policy initiatives promoted by the central *** argues that school choice governing in China basically experienced three stages since the middle of 1990s,namely controlling“choice fees,”promoting equalization and equity as well as comprehensive governance toward greater quality and *** effective implementation of these policy measures is gradually cooling down the“choice fever”in urban areas and restoring order for student enrollment in compulsory education,but great challenges are still lying ahead since the problem of school choice turns to be“wicked”in nature and cannot be simply solved within the education ***/Value:This article contributes to the global discourse of school choice research with much updated information of policy initiatives and the newly emerged situations since 2014,calling for close attention and deeper research from researchers both from China and from abroad.

For CO catalytic oxidation,Cu and Ce species are of great importance,between which the synergistic effect is worth *** this work,CeO_(2)/Cu_(2)O with Cu_(2)O{111}and{100}planes were comparatively explored on CO catalytic oxidation to reveal the effects of interfacial electronic interactions and oxygen *** activity result demonstrates that CeO_(2)/o-Cu_(2)O{111}has superior performance compared with CeO_(2)/c-Cu_(2)O{100}.Credit to the coordination unsaturated copper atoms(Cu_(CUS))on oCu_(2)O{111}surface,the interfacial electronic interactions on CeO_(2)/o-Cu_(2)O{111}are more obvious than those on CeO_(2)/c-Cu_(2)O{100},leading to richer oxygen defect generation,better redox and activation abilities of CO and O_(2)***,the reaction mechanism of CeO_(2)/o-Cu_(2)O{111}on CO oxidation is revealed,i.e.,CO and O_(2)are adsorbed on the Cucus on Cu_(2)O{111}and oxygen defect of CeO_(2),respectively,and then synergistically promote the CO oxidation to CO_(2).The work sheds light on the designing optimized ceria and copper-based catalysts and the mechanism of CO oxidation.
