Karrikins and strigolactones govern plant development and environmental responses through closely related signaling *** transcriptional repressor proteins SUPPRESSOR OF MAX21(SMAX1),SMAX1-like2(SMXL2),and D53-like SMXLs mediate karrikin and strigolactone signaling by directly binding downstream genes or byinhibiting the activities of transcription *** this study,we characterized the non-transcriptional regulatory activities of SMXL proteins in *** discovered that SMAX1 and SMXL2 with mutations in their ethylene-responsefactor-associated amphiphilic repression(EAR)motif had undetectable or weak transcriptional repression activities but still partially rescued the hypocotyl elongation defects and fully reversed the cotyledon epinasty defects of the smax1 smxl2 ***1 and SMXL2 directly interact with PHYTOCHROME INTERACTION FACTOR4(PIF4)and PIF5 to enhance their protein stability by interacting with phytochrome B(phyB)and suppressing the association of phyB with PIF4 and *** karrikin-responsive genes were then identified by treatment with GR24ent-ssa,GR24 analog showing karrikin ***,INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID INDUCIBLE 29(IAA29)expression was repressed by GR24^(ent-5D)streatment in a PIF4-and PIF5-dependent and EARindependent manner,whereas KARRIKIN UPREGULATED F-BOX 1(KUF1)expression was induced in a PIF4-and PIF5-independent and EAR-dependent ***,the non-transcriptional regulatory activity of SMAX1,which is independent of the EAR motif,had a global effect on gene *** together,these results indicate that non-transcriptional regulatory activities of SMAX1 and SMXL2 mediate karrikin-regulated seedling response to red light.

Oxide-supported metal single-atom catalysts(SACs)have exhibited excellent catalytic performance for water-gas shift(WGS)***,we report the single-atom catalyst Pt1/FeOx exhibits excellent medium temperature catalytic performance for WGS reactions by the density functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental *** calculations indicate that H_(2)O molecules are easily dissociated at oxygen vacancies,and the formed*OH and*O are adsorbed on Pt1 single atoms and the adjacent O atoms,*** studying four possible reaction mechanisms,it is found that the optimal WGS reaction pathway is proceeded along the carboxyl mechanism(pathway III),in which the formation of*COOH intermediates can promote the stability of Pt_(1)/FeO_(x) SAC and the easier occurrence of WGS *** energy barrier of the rate-determining step during the entire reaction cycle is only 1.16 eV,showing the high activity for the medium temperature WGS reaction on Pt_(1)/FeO_(x) SAC,which was verified by experimental ***,the calculated turnover frequencies(TOFs)of CO_(2)and H_(2)formation on Pt1/FeOx at 610 K(337℃)can reach up to 1.14×10^(-3)s^(-1)·site^(-1)through carboxyl *** this work,we further expand the application potential of Pt1/FeOx SAC in WGS reaction.

Knockout reaction experiment was carried out by using the 6He beams at 61.2 MeV/u impinging on a CH2 target. The α core fragments at forward angles were detected in coincidence with the recoiled protons at larger angles. From this exclusive meas urement the valence nucleon knockout mechanism and the core knockout mechanism can be distinguished by the relation be tween the polar angles of the core fragments and the recoiled protons, respectively. It is demonstrated that the core knockout mechanism may result in some strong contamination to the real invariant mass spectrum.

Oxidative dehydrogenation of propane has been an ever-growing field for propylene production due to its exothermic properties,of which overoxidation is the major drawback,with CO and even CO_(2) as undesired *** the purpose of getting higher propylene selectivity as well as yield,herein,we report Ni single atoms supported on calcium aluminate as an efficient catalyst candidate for propane oxidative *** from higher valence states of Ni1 species,it shows 2—3 times as much propylene selectivity as that of Ni *** 14.2%C_(3)H_(6) yield with 47.3%propylene selectivity has been achieved on Ni single atom catalyst and a good stability during 20 h test can be obtained as well.

We present in the work two intriguing results in the entanglement classification of a pure and true tripartite entangled state of 2 × M × N under stochastic local operation and classical communication: (i) the internal symmetric properties of the nonlocal parameters in the continuous entangled class; (ii) the analytic expression for the total numbers of the true and pure entangled class 2 × M × N states. These properties help better understand the nature of the 2 × M × N entangled system.

Membrane permeability and intracellular diffusion of fluorescent probes determine staining selectivity of intracellular ***,the relationship between the molecular structure of fluorescent probes and their membrane permeability and intracellular distribution is poorly *** this paper,we reported a series of 1,8-naphthalimide dyes and carried out cell imaging experiments,and found that the presence of amino hydrogen in these dyes played a crucial role in their cell membrane permeability and intracellular *** secondary amino group containing compounds 1-4 show excellent membrane permeability and strong fluorescence in living *** the tertiary amine containing dyes 5 and 6 can hardly permeate the cell membrane though they show extremely similar structure with compounds *** 1 can selectively image lipid droplets by selecting the wavelength of excitation *** the specificity for lysosomes,2 and 4 have been used in long-term time-lapses imaging of lysosomal dynamics and tracking the process of lysosome-lysosome interaction,fusion and *** effect of hydrogen-containing amino substituent on the cell membrane permeability of fluorescent molecules is promising for the development of better biocompatible probes.

V0405 Dra is a W UMa-type binary *** on the TESS data,we have conducted an orbital period study and performed a light curve analysis for the *** orbital period study reveals that the O-C curve for V0405 Dra exhibits secular decrease at an extremely high rate of d P/dt=-2.71×10^(-6)day year^(-1),along with periodic variations characterized by an amplitude of A_(3)=0.0032 day and a period of P_(3)=1.413 *** orbital periodic change is possibly due to the light-travel time effect resulting from an additional third body in the system,for which we estimate a minimum mass of M_(3)=0.77M_(⊙).By employing the 2013 version of the Wilson-Devinney(W-D)method to synthesize a light curve,we derived photometric solutions indicating that V0405 Dra is a new deep(f=68.7%)and low-mass ratio(q=0.175)contact *** fast decrease in its orbital period is likely caused by mass transfer from the more massive primary star to the less massive secondary star,or due to angular momentum *** further mass transfer and loss of angular momentum,the binary will gradually evolve into a tighter contact configuration,eventually leading to a merger into a single star,following the evolutionary paths suggested for such deep and low mass ratio contact binaries.

Background:We explored the efficacy and safety of inetetamab combined with sirolimus and chemotherapy for the treatment of human epidermal factor receptor 2(HER2)‐positive metastatic breast cancer patients with abnormal activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR(PAM)pathway after trastuzumab ***:For this prospective multicenter clinical study,HER2‐positive metastatic breast cancer patients with PAM pathway mutations confirmed by histology or peripheral blood genetic testing were enrolled from July 2021 to September *** were randomly assigned to a trial or control *** patients in the trial group received inetetamab combined with sirolimus and chemotherapy,while the control group patients received pyrotinib and *** RECIST v1.1 standard was used to evaluate *** statistics were used to summarize the clinicopathological features,and the Kaplan–Meier method was used to generate survival *** log‐rank test was used to compare progression‐free survival(PFS)between the two ***:A total of 59 HER2‐positive metastatic breast cancer patients with abnormal activation of the PAM pathway were included,of which 37 received inetetamab combined with sirolimus and chemotherapy treatment and 22 received pyrotinib and chemotherapy *** median PFS was 4.64 months in the inetetamab group and 5.69 months in the pyrotinib group,with no statistically significant difference(p=0.507).The objective response rates were 27.3%for the inetetamab group and 29.4%for the pyrotinib *** safety assessment indicated that the adverse event(AE)incidences were 86.1%(31/36)in the inetetamab group and 78.9(15/19)in the pyrotinib group,with 9(25%)and four(21.1%)Grade 3/4 AEs in the inetetamab and pyrotinib groups,***:For metastatic HER2‐positive breast cancer patients with abnormal PAM pathway activation and previous trastuzumab treatment,the combination of inetetamab with sirolimus and chemotherapy is equivalen
