In the present study, two new cyclic bisbibenzyls(1, 2) co-occuring with a known compound, isoplagiochins C(3) were isolated from Hebertus dicranus. The structures were determined mainly by extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments, and the absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were established by the circular dichroism spectrum. Furthermore, all these three rare compounds were tested in vitro for inhibitory activity against the growth of human cancer cell lines(A549, HCT116, MDA-MB-231, and BEL7404) by the MTT assay, and compound 2 exhibited moderately inhibitory activity with IC50 values ranging from 13.89 to 31.62 ?mol·L-1. In conclusion, our results provided a basis for future development and modification of these compounds for cancer therapy.

A series of polycarbonate copolymers were synthesized by microwave-assisted ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone (CL) and 2-phenyl-5,5-bis(oxymethyl) trimethylene carbonate (PTC) with Tin (II) 2-ethylhexanoate as a catalyst. These copolymers obtained were detected by 1H NMR, FT-IR, UV, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and automatic contact angle meter. The influences of the feed molar ratio of monomers, catalyst concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature, as well as microwave irradiation power on the copolymerization process were also studied. In vitro degradation tests indicated that these polycarbonate copolymers possess the slow degradation rates and strong hydrophobicity. In vitro release profiles of 5-Fu from copolymers showed that copolymers have the steady drug release rates and good controlled release properties.

Our continued works on the chemical constituents of Ginkgo biloba(***)leaves has led to the isolation of two novel phenylbutenoids(1,2),along with five previously unidentified terpene glycosides(3−7).Among them,compounds 1 and 2 represent unique(Z)-phenylbutenoids,3−6 are megastigmane glycosides,and 7 is identified as a rare bilobanone glycoside(Fig.1).This study marks the first reported isolation of phenylbutenoid and bilobanone glycoside from *** chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analysis,including HR-ESI-MS and various 1D and 2D NMR ***,the absolute configurations of these molecules were determined using Mosher’s method,ECD experiments,and Cu-KαX-ray crystallographic analyses.

It is urgent to develop high-performance polyimide(PI)films that simultaneously exhibit high transparency,exceptional thermal stability,mechanical robustness,and low dielectric to fulfil the requirements of flexible display ***,a series of fluorinated polyimide films(FPIs)were fabricated by the condensation of 5,5′-(perfluoropropane-2,2-diyl)bis(isobenzofuran-1,3-dione)(6FDA)and the fluorinated triphenylmethane diamine monomer(EDA,MEDA and DMEDA)with heat-crosslinkable tetrafluorostyrene side groups,which was incorporated by different numbers of methyl groups pendant in the ortho position of amino ***,the FPI films underwent heating to produce crosslinking FPIs(C-FPIs)through the self-crosslinking of double bonds in the *** transparency,solvent resistance,thermal stability,mechanical robustness and dielectric properties of FPI and C-FPI films can be tuned by the number of methyl groups and crosslinking,which were deeply investigated by virtue of molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and density functional theory(DFT).As a result,all the films exhibited exceptional optically colorless and transparent,with transmittance in the visible region of 450-700 nm exceeding 79.9%,and the cut-off wavelengths(λ_(off))were nearly 350 *** thermal decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss(T_(d5%))for all samples exceeded 504℃.These films exhibited a wide range of tunable tensile strength(46.5-75.1 MPa).Significantly,they showed exceptional dielectric properties with the dielectric constant of 2.3-2.5 at full frequency(10^(7)-20 Hz).This study not only highlights the relationship between the polymer molecular structure and properties,but offer insights for balancing optical transparency,heat resistance and low dielectric constant in PI films.

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider(RHIC)at Brookhaven National Laboratory(BNL).It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the po-larized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon plasma(sQGP)produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e^(+)e^(−)annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimen-tal advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

Direct ZnO x-ray detectors with tunable sensitivity are realized by delicately controlling the oxygen flux during the sputtering deposition process. The photocurrents induced by x-rays from a 40 kV x-ray tube with a Cu anode increase apparently as the oxygen flux decreases, which is attributed to the introduction of Vo *** introducing Vo defects, the annihilation rate of the photo-generated electron-hole pairs will be greatly slowed down, leading to a remarkable photoconductive gain. This finding informs a novel way to design the x-ray detectors based on abundant oxide materials.

In the present work, we explore the solar-blind ultraviolet（UV） photodetectors（PDs） with enhanced photoresponse,fabricated on Ga/Ga2O3 nanocomposite films. Through pre-burying metal Ga layers and thermally post-annealing the laminated Ga2 O3/Ga/Ga2O3 structures, Ga/Ga2O3 nanocomposite films incorporated with Ga nanospheres are obtained. For the prototype PD, it is found that the photocurrent and photoresponsivity will first increase and then decrease monotonically with the thickness of the pre-buried Ga layer increasing. Each of all PDs shows a spectrum response peak at 260 nm, demonstrating the ability to detect solar-blind UV light. Adjustable photoresponse enhancement factors are achieved by means of the surface plasmon in the nanocomposite films. The PD with a 20 nm thick Ga interlayer exhibits the best solar-blind UV photoresponse characteristics with an extremely low dark current of 8.52 p A at 10-V bias, a very high light-to-dark ratio of ～ 8 × 10~5, a large photoresponsivity of 2.85 A/W at 15-V bias, and a maximum enhancement factor of ～ 220. Our research provides a simple and practical route to high performance solar-blind UV PDs and potential applications in the field of optoelectronics.

As the bed depth increases,sintering yield increases,but the productivity *** reveal the reasons for the decrease in productivity and explore targeted solutions,the bed resistance of mixtures,wet zone,and combustion zone was analyzed in the *** results showed that the decreased porosity of mixture resulted in the increased bed resistance by 160.56%when the bed depth increased from 600 to 1000 *** improving porosity of 1%by adding loosening bars with optimized size and distribution,the bed resistance decreased,and the productivity increased by 5%.The increase in bed depth increased the thickness of the wet zone from 120 to 680 mm and the resistance from 1.56 to 8.83 *** using a three-stage intensive mixer and pre-adding water for granulation,the moisture of mixture was reduced by 0.6%,and the sintering productivity increased by 4%.Besides,the high bed resistance is mainly caused by the increase in the thickness of the combustion zone from 31.9 to 132.7 mm,and the bed resistance increased from 0.70 to 5.62 *** bed resistance of the combustion zone at 900 mm was increased by 90.51%compared to 700 *** optimization of the distribution of coke breeze,the thickness of combustion zone at the lower layer decreased from 132.7 to 106.84 mm and permeability improved significantly.
