Thermal barrier coatings（TBCs） usually exhibit an uncertain lifetime owing to their scattering mechanical properties and severe service conditions. To consider these uncertainties, a reliability assessment method is proposed based on failure probability analysis. First, a limit state equation is established to demarcate the boundary between failure and safe regions, and then the failure probability is calculated by the integration of a probability density function in the failure area according to the first- or second-order *** is shown that the parameters related to interfacial failure follow a Weibull distribution in two types of TBC. The interfacial failure of TBCs is significantly affected by the thermal mismatch of material properties and the temperature drop in service.

An accurate and precise method for the determination of tulathromycin in swine plasma was developed and *** samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry detection （HPLC-MS/MS） using electrospray ionization （ESI）.Tulathromycin was extracted from plasma by precipitation with acetonitrile and separated using a Phenomenex Luna 5 μm C18 column （150 mm×2.0 mm） at a flow rate of 0.25 mL min^-*** A consisted of 0.002 mol L^-1 ammonium acetate and formic acid （999：1,v/v）,and solvent B was *** mass spectrometer was operated in the selected-ion mode with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization to monitor the respective MH＋ ions,namely,m/z 577.3 for tulathromycin and m/z 679.3 for the internal standard *** calibration curves were linear in a dynamic range of 2.0-500 ng mL^-1 on the *** accuracy was ranged from 95.25 to 109.75%,and the precision was ranged from 2.81 to 7.72%.The recoveries measured at 3 concentration levels （20,250,and 500 ng mL^-1） were higher than 98%.The method described above is efficient,and has the required accuracy and precision for rapid determination of tulathromycin in *** method was applied to study the pharmacokinetics of tulathromycin in swine,and tulathromycin demonstrated a rapid absorption,wide distribution,and slow elimination after intramuscular administration.

The flow regimes of GLCC with horizon inlet and a vertical pipe are investigated in experiments,and the velocities and pressure drops data labeled by the corresponding flow regimes are *** with the flow regimes data of other GLCC positions from other literatures in existence,the gas and liquid superficial velocities and pressure drops are used as the input of the machine learning algorithms respectively which are applied to identify the flow *** choosing of input data types takes the availability of data for practical industry fields into consideration,and the twelve machine learning algorithms are chosen from the classical and popular algorithms in the area of classification,including the typical ensemble models,SVM,KNN,Bayesian Model and *** results of flow regimes identification show that gas and liquid superficial velocities are the ideal type of input data for the flow regimes identification by machine *** of the ensemble models can identify the flow regimes of GLCC by gas and liquid velocities with the accuracy of 0.99 and *** the pressure drops as the input of each algorithm,it is not the suitable as gas and liquid velocities,and only XGBoost and Bagging Tree can identify the GLCC flow regimes *** success and confusion of each algorithm are analyzed and explained based on the experimental phenomena of flow regimes evolution processes,the flow regimes map,and the principles of *** applicability and feasibility of each algorithm according to different types of data for GLCC flow regimes identification are proposed.

Brassica napus L.(***)is an important oil crop worldwide and it rapidly accumulates oil at late stage of seed ***,little is known about the cellular mechanism of oil accumulation and seed color changes during the late stage of rapeseed ***,we analyzed the ultrastructure of seed coat,aleurone and cotyledon in embryos of *** from 25 to 70 days after flowering(DAF).The pigments,which were deposited on the cell wall of palisade cells in seed coat,determined dark black color of *** chloroplasts degenerated into non-photosynthetic plastids which caused the green cotyledon to turn into *** chloroplasts in aleurone and cotyledon cells respectively degenerated into remnants without inner and outer envelope membranes and ecoplasts with intact inner and outer envelope *** 40 to 70 DAF,there were degraded chloroplasts without thylakoid,oil bodies contacting with plastids or protein bodies,big starch deposits of chloroplasts degrading into small particles then disappearing,and small endoplasmic reticulum(ER)in aleurone and cotyledon ***,there were decreases of chlorophyll content and dramatic increases of oil content in *** results suggested that the rapid oil accumulation was independent on the NADPH synthesized by photosynthesis of chloroplasts and probably utilized other sources of reductant,such as the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway during the late stage of rapeseed *** triacylglycerol assembly presumably utilizes the enzymes in the plastid,cytosol or oil body of cotyledon and aleurone cells.

This study is aimed to investigate the effect of luteinizing hormone （LH） on maturation and fertilization in vitro of ovine oocytes. The ovine oocytes were cultured in vitro in medium with or without LH, and then checked by confocal laser scanning microscope to observe the distribution of cortical granules stained with FITC-LCA during different maturation periods. Similarly, some in vitro matured oocytes were also fertilized in vitro for analysis of their developmental potentiality further. After being cultured in vitro for 4 h, there were significant differences about the rate of germinal vesicle break down （GVBD） between the treatment （with LH） and the control groups （without any hormones）（36.76% vs 18%, P〈0.05）. Further, there were also significant differences of the cleavage and blastocyst rates between these two groups （67.15% vs 42.37%, 21.9% vs 12.71%, P〈0.05, respectively）. The distribution of cortical granules appeared to spread from the edges to the central site of sheep oocytes following their delaying durations of maturation in vitro. It can be concluded that LH may play a role to delay the occurence of GVBD, prolong the maturation duration of cytoplasm, and enhance the nuclear and cytoplasm synchronization of ovine oocytes matured in vitro and finally improve their in vitro developmental potentiality.

Pharmacokinetics and Residues of Cefquinome in Milk of Lactating Chinese Dairy Cows After Intramammary Administration

The purpose of the study was to investigate the pharmacokinetics of cefquinome in plasma and milk samples of lactating Chinese Holstein following a single intramammary administration into one quarter at the dose of 75 mg. Residue depletion of cefquinome in milk administrated at one quarter following three consecutive infusions at the same dose were also carried out. Cefquinome concentrations in plasma and milk were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS/MS） method. A non-compartmental analysis was used to obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of cefquinome. Following the single treatment, cefquinome wasn’t detected in any of the plasma samples. The concentration of cefquinome in milk reached peaked values （Cmax） of （599.00±322.00） μg mL-1 at 2 h after administration （Tmax）, elimination half-life （t1/2λz） was （4.63±0.26） h, area under the concentration-time curve （AUC0-∞） was （4 890.19±1 906.98） μg mL-1 h, and mean residence time （MRT） was （6.03±2.27） h. In residue depletion study, cefquinome concentrations in 5 out of 6 milk samples at 72 h were lower than the maximum residue limit ifxed by the European regulatory agency （20μg kg-1 for cefquinome） and cefquinome still could be detected in milk of treated quarters at 120 h post-treatment. The maximum concentration （Cmax） of cefquinome in milk from treated quarters was （486.50±262.92） μg mL-1 and arrived at 6 h after administration （Tmax）, elimination half-life （t1/2λz） was （6.30±0.76） h, area under the concentration-time curve （AUC0-∞） was （44 747.79±11 434.43） μg mL-1 h, and mean residence time （MRT） was （10.09±1.40） h. This study showed that cefquinome has the feature of poor penetration into blood and was eliminated quickly from milk in lactating cows after intramammary administration.

BACKGROUND The effectiveness of adjunctive corticosteroid use in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)remains *** To investigate the effectiveness of adjunctive corticosteroid therapy in patients with severe *** We conducted a retrospective analysis of the difference in several outcomes between patients with severe COVID-19 who received corticosteroid therapy(the corticosteroid group)and patients with severe COVID-19 who did not receive corticosteroid therapy(the non-corticosteroid group).RESULTS Seventy-five patients were included in this *** these,47 patients were in the corticosteroid group and 28 patients were in the non-corticosteroid *** were no differences between the two groups in the total length of hospital stay,the length of intensive care unit stay,high-flow oxygen days,non-invasive ventilator days,invasive ventilation days,and mortality *** lesion volume ratio,consolidation volume ratio and ground-glass opacity volume ratio in the corticosteroid group decreased significantly on day 14,while those in the noncorticosteroid group did not show a significant *** Our results show that adjunctive corticosteroid use did not significantly improveclinical outcomes in severe COVID-19 patients,but might promote the absorptionof pulmonary *** multicenter randomized controlled studies may beneeded to confirm this.
