Messenger RNA(mRNA)vaccine technology has shown its power in preventing the ongoing COVID-19 *** mRNA vaccines targeting the full-length S protein of SARS-CoV-2 have been authorized for emergency ***,we have developed a lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated mRNA(mRNA-LNP)encoding the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV-2(termed ARCoV),which confers complete protection in mouse ***,we further characterized the protection efficacy of ARCoV in nonhuman primates and the Iong-term stability under normal refrigerator *** immunization of two doses of ARCoV elicited robust neutralizing antibodies as well as cellular response against SARS-CoV-2 in cynomolgus *** importantly,ARCoV vaccination in macaques significantly protected animals from acute lung lesions caused by SARS-CoV-2,and viral replication in lungs and secretion in nasal swabs were completely cleared in all animals immunized with low or high doses of *** evidenee of antibody-dependent enhancement of infection was observed throughout the ***,extensive stability assays showed that ARCoV can be stored at 2-8℃ for at least 6 months without decrease of *** these promising results strongly support the ongoing clinical trial.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attainline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

A first generation sodium Laser Guide Star Adaptive Optics System （LGS-AOS） was developed and integrated into the lijiang 1.8 m telescope in 2013. The LGS-AOS has three sub-systems：（1） a 20W long pulsed sodium laser, （2） a 300-millimeter-diameter laser launch telescope, and （3） a 37-element com- pact adaptive optics system. On 2014 January 25, we obtained high resolution images of an my 8.18 star, HIP 43963, during the first light of the LGS-AOS. In this paper, the sodium laser, the laser launch telescope, the compact adaptive optics system and the first light results will be presented.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(deMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of Hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与冠状动脉支架内再狭窄(ISR)的关系及其临床意义。方法 191例成功接受冠状动脉内药物涂层支架置入术的冠心病患者,根据HbA1c水平分为A组(HbA1c≤5.6%)、B组(HbA1c5.7%~6.4%)、C组(HbA1c≥6.5%),复查冠状动脉造影时间为术后6月~24月,以造影显示支架置入节段管腔直径狭窄≥50%参考管腔直径确定为再狭窄,初步探讨HbA1c与再狭窄的关系。结果 3组间HbA1c水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);191例患者共231处病变,造影随访显示PCI术后再狭窄18例,再狭窄率7.79%,其中A组、B组、C组再狭窄率分别为3.26%、7.46%、13.89%,3组间ISR发生率差异具有统计学意义(P=0.040),C组ISR发生率明显高于A组(P=0.012);非条件Logistic回归分析显示,HbA1c水平与ISR发生率独立相关(P=0.001)。结论 HbA1c水平与ISR发生率密切相关,HbA1c水平升高是ISR的独立预测因子。

目的评估2020年长江中下游地区洪涝灾害对血吸虫病传播的影响。方法于2020年10月对湖南、湖北、江西、安徽和江苏等5省开展钉螺血吸虫感染情况和钉螺孳生环境污染情况调查。根据历史疫情和受灾情况,每省抽取2个县(市、区)开展调查,分别为湖南省南县、华容县,湖北省汉川市、黄石市阳新县,江西省庐山市、九江市濂溪区,安徽省池州市贵池区、枞阳县,江苏省南京市六合区、扬州市邗江区。每县(市、区)抽取2个乡(镇),每个乡(镇)抽取1个行政村作为调查村。采用系统抽样结合环境抽查法对2017—2019年查出人、畜活动频繁的有螺环境及本次受洪灾波及的历史无螺环境或达到无螺状态20年以上的环境开展钉螺调查。采用环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)对捕获的钉螺进行血吸虫感染情况检测。在开展钉螺调查的环境中同时开展野外粪便(简称野粪)的调查,采集全部野粪并用毛蚴孵化法进行检测(一粪三检)。对钉螺和野粪的分布情况进行描述性分析,计算活螺框出现率(活螺框数/调查框数)、活螺平均密度(系统抽样活螺数/系统抽样调查框数)。采用卡方检验比较现有钉螺孳生环境中环境抽查和系统抽样法之间以及不同地区之间活螺框出现率的差异。结果共调查64处现有钉螺孳生环境,捕获钉螺8904只,其中活螺7918只。总活螺框出现率为11.7%(1813/15464),其中环境抽查活螺框出现率为10.5%(679/6441),系统抽样活螺框出现率为12.6%(1134/9023),二者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.91,P<0.01)。安徽枞阳县和贵池区系统抽样活螺框出现率分别为60.2%(607/1008)和28.4%(251/882),均较其他县高(P<0.01)。安徽省枞阳县和贵池区的活螺平均密度分别为2.177只/0.1 m^(2)和3.323只/0.1 m^(2),约为其他调查点10倍以上。LAMP法检测到1份采自安徽省贵池区钉螺的血吸虫阳性样品。在47处钉螺孳生环境中共检获野粪100份,其中血吸虫毛蚴孵化阳性野粪3份,均为牛粪,分布于江西省庐山市的2个环境和安徽省贵池区的1个环境。共调查44处本次洪灾波及的历史无螺环境或达到无螺状态20年以上的环境,采集钉螺572只,其中活螺550只。安徽贵池区(1处环境)和江西庐山市(2处环境)在潜在扩散区中发现钉螺,系统抽样活螺框出现率分别为21.2%和4.5%,活螺平均密度分别为1.254只/0.1 m^(2)和0.081只/0.1 m^(2)。LAMP法检测到2份采自江西省庐山市的钉螺血吸虫阳性样品。结论2020年洪涝灾害可能增大长江中下游地区血吸虫病的传播范围,安徽省及江西省的血吸虫病传播风险较前一年有所升高。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between december 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
