Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(Plication group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(Plied to RN 8 most frequently(support 84.39%). 本研究采用定点观察和人工授粉的方法,以北陵鸢尾(Iris typhifolia)为试验材料,对其开花物候、花部形态特征及繁育系统等方面进行深入研究,揭示了北陵鸢尾的传粉机制,为其繁殖应用及保育工作提供理论基础。北陵鸢尾5月中旬进入现蕾期,5月末进入始花期,6月初进入盛花期,6月末进入末花期。单花花期3~4 d,单株花期12~16 d。花药外向开裂,紧贴花柱分支外侧,雌雄异位,在花朵开放过程中花药、柱头相对位置不变;雄蕊先熟,在开花当天,花粉活力及柱头可授性最强;杂交指数为4,花粉胚珠比为322.15,有性繁育系统为自交亲和,异交,需要传粉者,不存在无融合生殖现象,主要访花昆虫有西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)、东方蜜蜂(***)、切叶蜂属(Megachile sp.)、黑带食蚜蝇(Episyrphus balteatus)和大灰优食蚜蝇(Syrphus corollae)。

由于数据可能分布在非规则的流形上,其中潜在的簇往往呈现非凸的形状和结构,针对这类数据的聚类问题被统称为非凸聚类。现有的主流非凸聚类方法包括基于原始空间的方法和基于空间变换的方法,均忽略了非凸数据模式的显式描述。提出一种描述性模型用于非凸聚类。首先,基于核密度方法定义了一种具有混合形式的特征加权核密度模型,其无需事先假定任何概率分布模型且不限制簇的形状,这是传统基于模型的聚类方法无法实现的。其次,基于提出的模型推导了聚类目标函数,并基于期望最大化算法提出一种求解密度函数局部区域密度极大值的优化算法,那些上升到密度函数相同密度极大值的样本点被划分为同一个簇。最后,定义了一种基于模型的非凸聚类算法。算法不需人为定义簇的数量,并且能够为每个簇分配一个显式的概率密度函数,有助于更稳健和更准确地表征集群。除此之外,算法不仅在优化过程中进行自适应带宽选择,而且在优化过程中赋予了样本空间特征权重,实现了嵌入式特征选择。

Ammonia(NH_(3))emission has caused serious environment issues and aroused worldwide *** emerging ionic liquid(IL)provides a greener way to efficiently capture NH_(3).This paper provides rigorous process simulation,optimization and assessment for a novel NH_(3)deep purification process using *** process was designed and investigated by simulation and optimization using ionic liquid[C_(4)im][NTF_(2)]as *** objective functions,total purification cost(TPC),total process CO_(2)emission(TPCOE)and thermal efficiency(ηeff)were employed to optimize the absorption *** simulation and optimization results indicate that at same purification standard and recovery rate,the novel process can achieve lower cost and CO_(2)emission compared to benchmark *** process optimization,the optimal functions can achieve 0.02726$/Nm~3(TPC),311.27 kg CO_(2)/hr(TP-COE),and 52.21%(ηeff)for enhanced ***,compared with conventional process,novel process could decrease over$3 million of purification cost and 10000 tons of CO_(2)emission during the life *** results provide a novel strategy and guidance for deep purification of NH_(3)capture.

Mass transfer enhancement and hydrodynamic performance with wire mesh coupling solid particles in bubble column reactor

It is of vital significance to investigate mass transfer enhancements for chemical engineering *** work focuses on investigating the coupling influence of embedding wire mesh and adding solid particles on bubble motion and gas-liquid mass transfer process in a bubble *** image velocimetry(PIV)technology was employed to analyze the flow field and bubble motion behavior,and dynamic oxygen absorption technology was used to measure the gas-liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient(kLa).The effect of embedding wire mesh,adding solid particles,and wire mesh coupling solid particles on the flow characteristic and kLa were analyzed and *** results show that the gas-liquid interface area increases by 33%-72%when using the wire mesh coupling solid particles strategy compared to the gas-liquid two-phase flow,which is superior to the other two strengthening *** with the system without reinforcement,kLa in the bubble column increased by 0.5-1.8 times with wire mesh coupling solid particles method,which is higher than the sum of kLa increases with inserting wire mesh and adding particles,and the coupling reinforcement mechanism for affecting gas-liquid mass transfer process was discussed to provide a new idea for enhancing gas-liquid mass transfer.
