本文基于SimBERT+CNN深度学习模型,以烟草产业相关专利为例,研究了基于烟草相关技术专利文献的智能分类技术,用于专利数据的自动技术分类或者人工辅助分类。主要研究方法:利用人工对烟草相关专利文献进行二级技术分类标注,将包括烟草技术类和非烟草技术类专利作为深度学习的样本数据,然后抽取相关专利中有X类引证的专利文献中的权利要求项和被引专利的对应文本段落作为句对,用于优化基于SimBERT构建的语义模型训练,使用训练优化后的SimBERT模型,对烟草行业的专利分类样本数据进行文字型特征向量和IPC分类号特征向量特征拼接并输入CNN模型。通过对15万余件烟草技术专利和2万余件非烟草技术专利样本的实证训练和测试,发现基于采用上述优化方法的SimBERT+CNN模型对烟草技术专利的技术分类测试准确率在一级烟草技术分类和二级技术分类方面均优于使用BERT+CNN的分类效果。

We previously demonstrated that lipopolysaccharide(LPS) injection-induced immune stress could impair muscle growth in weaned piglets, but the precise mechanisms behind this remain elusive. Here, we found that chronic immune stress induced by LPS resulted in a significant reduction of 36.86% in the total muscle mass of piglets at 5 d post-treatment compared with the control group. At 1 d,prior to muscle mass loss, multiple alterations were noted in response to LPS treatment. These included a reduction in the abundance of Bacteroidetes, an increase in serum concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines, compromised mitochondrial morphology, and an upregulation in the expression of dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1), a critical protein involved in mitochondrial fission. We highlight a strong negative correlation between Bacteroidetes abundance and the levels of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines, corroborated by in vivo intervention strategies in the musculature of both pig and mouse models. Mechanistically, the effects of Bacteroidetes on inflammation and muscle mass loss may involve the signaling pathway of the tauro-β-muricholic acid-fibroblast growth factor 15. Furthermore, the induction of overexpression of inflammatory cytokines, achieved without LPS treatment through oral administration of recombinant human IL-6(rh IL-6), led to increased levels of circulating cytokines, subsequently causing a decrease in muscle mass. Notably, pre-treatment with Mdivi-1, an inhibitor of Drp-1, markedly attenuated the LPS-induced elevation in reactive oxygen species levels and rescued the associated decline in muscle mass. Collectively, these data indicate that LPS-induced muscle mass loss was linked to the reduction of Bacteroidetes abundance, increased inflammation, and the disruption of mitochondrial morphology. These insights offer promising avenues for the identification of potential therapeutic targets aimed at mitigating muscle mass loss.

Escherichia coli O157:H7 is one of the major foodborne pathogenic bacterial that cause infectious diseases in *** previous found that a combination of kojic acid and tea polyphenols exhibited better activity against *** O157:H7 than using either *** study aimed to explore responses underlying the antibacterial mechanisms of kojic acid and tea polyphenols from the gene *** functional enrichment analysis by comparing kojic acid and tea polyphenols individually or synergistically against *** O157:H7 found that acid resistance systems in kojic acid were activated,and the cell membrane and genomic DNA were destructed in the cells,resulting in“oxygen starvation”.The oxidative stress response triggered by tea polyphenols inhibited both sulfur uptake and the synthesis of ATP,which affected the bacteria's life metabolic ***,we found that kojic acid combined with tea polyphenols hindered the uptake of iron that played an essential role in the synthesis of DNA,respiration,tricarboxylic acid *** results suggested that the iron uptake pathways may represent a novel approach for kojic acid and tea polyphenols synergistically against *** O157:H7 and provided a theoretical basis for bacterial pathogen control in the food industry.

This study proposed a weighted sampling hierarchical classification learning method based on an efficient backbone network model to address the problems of high costs,low accuracy,and time-consuming traditional tea disease recognition *** method enhances the feature extraction ability by conducting hierarchical classification learning based on the EfficientNet model,effectively alleviating the impact of high similarity between tea diseases on the model’s classification *** better solve the problem of few and unevenly distributed tea disease samples,this study introduced a weighted sampling scheme to optimize data processing,which not only alleviates the overfitting effect caused by too few sample data but also balances the probability of extracting imbalanced classification *** experimental results show that the proposed method was significant in identifying both healthy tea leaves and four common leaf diseases of tea(tea algal spot disease,tea white spot disease,tea anthracnose disease,and tea leaf blight disease).After applying the“weighted sampling hierarchical classification learning method”to train 7 different efficient backbone networks,most of their accuracies have *** EfficientNet-B1 model proposed in this study achieved an accuracy rate of 99.21%after adopting this learning method,which is higher than EfficientNet-b2(98.82%)and MobileNet-V3(98.43%).In addition,to better apply the results of identifying tea diseases,this study developed a mini-program that operates on *** can quickly obtain accurate identification results and corresponding disease descriptions and prevention methods through simple *** intelligent tool for identifying tea diseases can serve as an auxiliary tool for farmers,consumers,and related scientific researchers and has certain practical value.

Coral fluorescence phenotypes have been suggested as an adaptation to a broad range of environmental conditions,yet the mechanisms linking thermal bleaching tolerance in reef-building coral populations,associated with fluorescence phenotypes due to GFP-like proteins,remains *** this study,the relationship between the thermal sensitivity and phenotypic plasticity of corals was investigated using two phenotypes of Galaxea fascicularis,green and *** results reveal that brown *** was more susceptible to bleaching than green *** when exposed to a higher growth temperature of 32℃.Both phenotypes of *** were associated with the thermotolerant Symbiodiniaceae symbiont,Durusdinium ***,the brown *** showed a significant decrease in Symbiodiniaceae cell density and a significant increase in pathogenic bacteria abundance when the growth temperature was raised from 29 to 32℃.The physiological traits and transcriptomic profiles of Symbiodiniaceae were not notably affected,but there were differences in the transcriptional levels of certain genes between the two phenotype hosts of *** heat stress of 32℃,the gene encoding green fluorescent protein(GFP)-like and chromosome-associated proteins,as well as genes related to oxidative phosphorylation,cell growth and death showed lower transcriptional levels in the brown *** compared to the green ***,the results demonstrate that the green form of *** is better able to tolerate ocean warming and defend against pathogenic bacteria,likely due to higher gene transcription levels and defense ability.

目的:探讨哌柏西利治疗失败后HR+/HER-转移性乳腺癌(metastatic breast cancer,MBC)患者使用化疗或内分泌±靶向治疗生存时间及预后因素。方法:回顾性收集2018年8月至2022年12月于天津医科大学肿瘤医院接受哌柏西利治疗但发生进展的133例晚期乳腺癌患者的临床资料、随访无进展生存时间(progression-free survival,PFS)及总生存时间(overall survival,OS)。结果:72.2%患者接受哌柏西利治疗前曾行解救化疗,66.2%患者在解救治疗三线及以后使用哌柏西利,67.7%患者哌柏西利进展后接受化疗,69.2%患者哌柏西利进展时远处转移器官数目多于3个。内分泌±靶向治疗组和化疗组患者的中位PFS分别为3.2个月和4.9个月(P=0.017);中位OS分别为18.2个月和21.5个月,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.019)。多因素分析结果未见影响PFS及OS的独立危险因素。结论:真实世界中多数HR+/HER-MBC患者在哌柏西利进展后选择化疗作为解救治疗方案,但内分泌±靶向治疗的PFS、OS长于化疗组。

Ballistic target recognition occupies a unique and important position in many application fields of target recognition because of its challenge and important position of ballistic missile defense in national security;recognition time of defense system becomes very limited because of ballistic missile high-speed flight;recognition distance of defense system is also due to stealth technology. The integrated application of active jamming and passive decoy greatly increases the difficulty of identification of defense system. Because of its special status and challenge, ballistic target recognition has attracted wide attention of researchers at home and abroad, making it one of the most important issues in infrared target recognition research at home and abroad. In this paper, the infrared characteristics of a ballistic missile warhead target/decoy are analyzed, and the corresponding penetration measures are put forward according to the analysis results.
