Photoactive complexes of nonprecious transition metals, mainly including those in the first-row and partially the second-row of the Periodic table of elements, have received increasing attention in view of their low cost and long-term sustainability. They are recognized as promising alternatives to noble transition metal complex congeners that have been extensively studied in optoelectronic devices, artificial photosynthesis, photocatalysis, biodiagnostics, and therapeutics, etc. This review is devoted to a comprehensive summary on the classical and recent advances on photoactive nonprecious transition metal complexes, including photoactive Zr, V, Cr, Mo, and W complexes, Mn complexes and hybrids, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu complexes, and Zn and Cd complexes and hybrids. A particular focus is given on the molecular design, modulation of photophysical and photochemical properties, and applications of the representative and lately-developed nonprecious metal complexes. In addition, a perspective on the future development in this field is provided at the end of this review.

党的二十届三中全会强调要提升产业链供应链韧性和健全安全制度,打造自主可控、安全可靠的产业链供应链。在此背景下,研究我国产业链供应链安全发展的逻辑、障碍与路径,可以为实现我国产业链供应链安全发展提供重要的理论基础。产业链供应链安全发展的逻辑,是实现产业链供应链安全需要确保主体要素和结构要素的安全。通过对大宗原料、规模化制造、高新技术、生产性服务四大重点产业的八家典型企业的多案例研究,基于主体要素和结构要素的安全逻辑,识别我国重点产业的产业链供应链安全障碍。进而构建产业链供应链安全发展的路径,包括维护路径和阶跃路径两个维度。维护路径强调从主体要素和结构要素两个视角展开。阶跃路径强调以社会引领、技术驱动、制度辅助为核心要素。为实现维护路径和阶跃路径的有效实施,对于维护路径,需要启动我国重要产业链供应链的韧性战略设计和完善本土产业链供应链安全预警机制;对于阶跃路径,需要通过产业集群和搭建产业信息服务体系支持本土企业深度参与全球产业链供应链重构,通过改革科技创新体制加快突破产业链供应链的关键核心技术,通过构建全国统一大市场推动产业链供应链增加需求活力。

目的:探讨医生工作站的一站式预约系统在门诊患者医技检查中的应用效果。方法:开发医技检查预约系统,实现医院信息系统(HIS)与医技检查传输系统(PACS、超声、内镜)信息集成,医生在工作站通过该系统即可实时为患者预约检查时间。结果:医生工作站的一站式预约系统的应用优化了医院医技检查流程,缩短患者排队等候检查时间,节约了医院劳动成本。结论:建立统一检查预约管理系统,使检查流程电子化,各种检查资源统一调配,利于检查信息共享,通过系统智能统一预约病人各项检查,减少病人往返,优化就诊流程,有效缓解了病人看病难的痼疾,提高了患者满意度。

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

在双碳政策和化石能源短缺的背景下,氢能作为高效环保的清洁能源,受到广大研究人员的关注。氢气/空气混合燃烧作为推动氢能规模化应用的重要途径,其燃烧机理和关键参数的测量技术成为目前研究的热点。燃空当量比是表征燃烧过程中燃料与氧化剂混合程度的重要参数,直接影响燃烧的开始、自持以及燃烧化学反应的活跃程度。因此,对燃烧过程中的局部当量比实时在线监测,对于改善燃烧效率、控制燃烧过程具有重要意义。目前,可以实时测量氢气/空气火焰当量比的方法相对较少,激光光谱技术作为一种非侵入式的测量方法,不仅具有实时在线测量的能力,还具有快速、原位、远程分析、多元素同时在线监测等特点,在燃烧测量领域具有重要的应用潜力。采用纳秒激光诱导击穿光谱技术对氢气和空气燃烧场的燃空当量比进行测量研究。氢气和空气在管内混合后,由射流口喷出形成射流燃烧火焰场。激光通过透镜聚焦到射流燃烧场中击穿并产生等离子体,其等离子体的发射光谱由光谱仪采集,实验发现光谱中H 656 nm和O 777 nm具有很强的发射强度,且光谱强度随着当量比的变化,呈现规律性变化趋势。因此,采用H 656 nm和O 777 nm的光谱分别标示氢气和空气,并将其比值作为燃空当量比的测量参量。实验在氢气空气混合均匀的低速流场中测量了不同当量比下H 656 nm与O 777 nm的光谱强度比值,并与当量比建立标定曲线,实验发现该标定曲线对燃烧场和非燃烧场同样适用。基于标定曲线,我们研究了存在外界掺混情况下,射流燃烧场的局部燃空当量比情况。在当量比1.0,流场速度为20 m·s^(-1)的射流燃烧场中,测量了射流中心位置不同高度的燃空当量比变化情况,并在相同工况下进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验测量吻合较好,验证了纳秒激光诱导击穿光谱技术测量氢气/空气混合气的燃空当量比的可行性。该方法可为氢气燃烧基础研究及数值模拟提供技术支持。

Effects of alloying elements on thermal conductivity of pearlitic gray cast iron

A quantitative model is proposed to describe the thermal conductivity of alloyed pearlitic gray cast iron. The model is built by combining the computational thermodynamics and effective medium theory. The volume fractions and concentrations of precipitated phases in as-cast structure are estimated in consideration of partial and para-equilibrium. The conductivity of alloyed ferrite is calculated, taking into account the electronic and vibrational contributions of alloying elements. The model provides a good agreement with microstructure analysis and measured thermal conductivity. The influence of common alloying elements was discussed from the viewpoint of precipitation of phases and scattering of alloying atoms. This model can also be used as a numerical tool for designing the pearlitic gray cast irons with high thermal conductivity and high tensile strength.

Epigenetic mechanisms are integral to plant growth, development, and adaptation to environmental stimuli. Over the past two decades,our comprehension of these complex regulatory processes has expanded remarkably, producing a substantial body of knowledge on both locus-specific mechanisms and genome-wide regulatory patterns. Studies initially grounded in the model plant Arabidopsis have been broadened to encompass a diverse array of crop species, revealing the multifaceted roles of epigenetics in physiological and agronomic traits. With recent technological advancements, epigenetic regulations at the single-cell level and at the large-scale population level are emerging as new focuses. This review offers an in-depth synthesis of the diverse epigenetic regulations, detailing the catalytic machinery and regulatory functions. It delves into the intricate interplay among various epigenetic elements and their collective influence on the modulation of crop traits. Furthermore, it examines recent breakthroughs in technologies for epigenetic modifications and their integration into strategies for crop improvement. The review underscores the transformative potential of epigenetic strategies in bolstering crop performance, advocating for the development of efficient tools to fully exploit the agricultural benefits of epigenetic insights.

H-FABP is regarded as a tissue-specific protein existing only in myocardial cells. It is released from the cardiac tissue and gets into the plasma when a heart attack occurs; the myocardial infarction is a good case in point. As a resuit, the detection of H-FABP will be an early and important biomarker for the disease concerned. The objective of the study is to prepare the recombinant H-FABP by aeukaryotic expression system, pichia, to produce the protein mimicking natural H-FABP, as an immunogen for the production of the specific antibody. A gene fragment encoding H-FABP was cloned in the expressing vector pPICZα, after sequencing. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into the competent cells of the X-33 strain by means of electroporation. The expression of the target peptide induced by methanol was screened by means of Western hlotting, with the available MAb（Clone 6B6）. Highly expressive engineer strains were obtained. The production of recombinant H-FABP under induction was about 0.7 g/L, with an Mr of 14.5 kDa and recognized by a commercially available MAb （Clone 6B6）. The recombinant vector was successfully constructed. Following this, H-FABP was expressed in X-33, and it would become the source of the preparation of specific antibodies, to develop diagnostic kits.
