Chiral metamaterials(CMs)composed by artificial chiral resonators have attracted great attentions in the recent decades due to their strong chiroptical resonance and identifiable interaction with chiral materials,facilitating practical applications in chiral biosensing,chiral emission,and display ***,the complex geometry of CMs improves the fabrication difficulty and hinders their scalable fabrication for practical applications,especially in the visible and ultraviolet *** potential strategy is the colloidal lithography that enables parallel fabrication for scalable and various planar ***,we demonstrate a stepwise colloidal lithography technique that uses sequential deposition from multiple CMs and expand their variety and *** geometry and optical chirality of building blocks from single deposition are systematically investigated,and their combination enables a significant extension of the range of chiral patterns by multiple-step *** approach resulted in a myriad of complex designs with different characteristic sizes,compositions,and shapes,which are particularly beneficial for the development of nanophotonic *** addition,we designed a flexible chiral device based on PDMS,which exhibits a good CD value and excellent stability even after multiple inward and outward *** excellent compatibility to various substrates makes the planar CMs more flexible in practical applications in microfluidic biosensing.

Let V∪SW be a Heegaard splitting of M with distance n≥2 and F a boundary component of ?-V. A simple closed curve J in F is called distance degenerating if the distance of MJ=VJUSW is less than n, where MJis obtained by attaching a 2-handle to M along J. In this paper, by considering the distance between J and the image of the essential disks of W under the projection map, we obtain a sufficient condition for the diameter of the set of distance degenerating curves in F to be bounded in C（F）. Moreover, for F=?M, an upper bound of the diameter of the set of the boundary reducible curves in F is given under some circumstance.

Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most taxonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet to be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrITS and nrETS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant taxonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa representative of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate effective diagnostic molecular markers and the specific mechanisms of metastatic pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas(PPGLs).Methods:Data were collected from GEO datasets GSE67066 and *** R software and various packages were utilized for the analysis of differentially expressed genes,Gene Ontology analysis,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis,receiver operating characteristic curve assessment,logistic model construction,and correlation *** NetworkAnalyst tool was used to analyze gene-miRNA interactions and signaling *** addition,the TIMER database was used to estimate the immune ***:A total of 203 and 499 differentially expressed genes were identified in GSE67066 and GSE60458,*** genes are implicated in cytokine and cytokine receptor interactions,extracellular matrix–receptor interactions,and platelet activation signaling ***,MAMLD1,UST,MATN2,LPL,TWIST1,SFRP4,FRMD6,RBM24,PRIMA1,LYPD1,KCND2,CAMK2N1,SPOCK3,and ALPK3 were identified as the key *** them,MATN2 and TWIST1 were found to be coexpressed with epithelial-mesenchymal transition–linked markers,whereas KCND2 and LPL exhibited associations with immune checkpoint expression and immune cell *** miRNAs were identified as potential regulators of key gene expression,and it was noted that TWIST1 might be regulated by ***,the area under the curve of the 4-gene model for distinguishing between malignant and benign groups was calculated to be ***:The combined gene and mRNA expression model enhances the diagnostic accuracy of assessing PPGL metastatic *** findings suggest that multiple genes may play a role in the metastasis of PPGLs through the epithelial-mesenchymal transition and may influence the immune microenvironment.

慢性难愈性创面俗称慢性溃疡,是指不同病因诱发的经过治疗4周以上仍未愈合也无明显愈合倾向,不能通过正常有序及时的修复达到解剖和功能完整的创面[1],是一种临床常见的外科疾病,特点是病程迁延不愈且容易复发[2]。慢性创面主要包括临床中的糖尿病溃疡、创伤性溃疡、动/静脉性溃疡、感染性溃疡和压疮等。慢性创面由于原发疾病比较复杂,创面病程长,因此往往病情迁延难愈、反复发作,不仅会对患者造成生理和心理的负担.

软坚散结颗粒制备工艺及其质量标准建立

目的建立软坚散结颗粒制备工艺及其质量标准。方法优化挥发油包合工艺和颗粒成型工艺,确定颗粒制备工艺。TLC法定性鉴别玄参、浙贝母、莪术、麸炒白术,HPLC法测定哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷、贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量。结果最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精比例1∶10,包合时间120 min,包合温度45℃;最优成型工艺为按药辅比1∶0.8混入可溶性淀粉,90%乙醇润湿,制粒。TLC斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷、贝母素甲、贝母素乙在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 4),平均加样回收率105.63%~110.87%,RSD 2.9%~5.6%。结论软坚散结颗粒制备工艺稳定可行,并且该制剂质量标准专属性强,重复性好,可用于其质量控制。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for intermediate and advanced breast cancer using 3.0T MR and ultrasound in combination with tumour markers(CEA,CA-153,CA125),and to provide therapeutic references for the clinicians,so as to better satisfy the needs of treatment for intermediate and advanced breast cancer ***:The team collected 30 patients who were diagnosed with intermediate and advanced breast cancer by biopsy and received neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and divided them into sensitive and insensitive groups according to the MP grading of postoperative pathological *** team retrospectively analysed the changes in the values of serum CEA,CA-153,and CA 125 before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the changes in the average ADC of the lesions before and after the observation by MRI,and the changes in the volume and size of lesions before and after the observation by ultrasonography to assess the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy individually,and the results of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were evaluated *** effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was assessed *** of the above was evaluated independently,and the accuracy of each item was calculated by comparing the evaluation results with the pathological examination results,and the accuracy of the single item was compared with the accuracy of the three combined tests to determine whether the combined evaluation was more ***:All three examination and testing methods can achieve high accuracy,and the combined evaluation of the three is more accurate than the evaluation of the single way,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients,the combined assessment of MR,CDFI and tumour markers can more comprehensively and accurately assess the effect of ADC,and more accurately guide the clinical treatment and determine the progn

混合整数线性规划(MILP)作为一种自动化搜索工具,被广泛地应用于搜索分组密码的差分、线性、积分等密码性质.提出一种基于动态选取策略构建MILP模型的新技术,该技术在不同的条件下采用不同的约束不等式刻画密码性质的传播.具体地,从可分性出发根据输入可分性汉明重量的不同,分别采用不同的方法构建线性层可分性传播的MILP模型.最后,将该技术应用于搜索uBlock和Saturnin算法的积分区分器.实验结果表明:对于uBlock128算法,该技术可以搜索到比之前最优区分器多32个平衡比特的8轮积分区分器.除此之外,搜索到uBlock128和uBlock256算法比之前最优区分器更长一轮的9和10轮积分区分器.对于Saturnin256算法,同样搜索到比之前最优区分器更长一轮的9轮积分区分器.

考虑不确定性的模糊多式联运路径优化研究,可以在满足运输方案经济环保双重要求的同时,增强运输方案的鲁棒性,提高企业的抗风险能力.本文建立了模糊需求和模糊运输时间下低碳低成本多式联运路径优化模型,针对连续型元启发式算法无法直接求解离散型组合优化模型的问题,设计了基于优先级的通用编码方式.在此基础上,为进一步提高算法的求解质量,提出了带启发式因子的特殊解码方式,并且提出了一种带邻域搜索策略的自适应差分进化算法.结果表明,改进算法获得的最终方案在蒙特卡罗采样的大多数场景下满足约束,方案稳定性强,目标值最低.
