Using the SG-III prototype laser at China Academy of Engineering Physics,Mianyang,we irradiated polystyrene(CH)samples with a thermal radiation drive,reaching conditions on the principal Hugoniot up to P≈1 TPa(10 Mbar),and away from the Hugoniot up to P≈300 GPa(3 Mbar).The response of each sample was measured with a velocity interferometry diagnostic to determine the material and shock velocity,and hence the conditions reached,and the reflectivity of the sample,from which changes in the conductivity can be *** applying the selfimpedance mismatch technique with the measured velocities,the pressure and density of thermodynamic points away from the principal Hugoniot were *** results show an unexpectedly large reflectivity at the highest shock pressures,while the off-Hugoniot points agree with previous work suggesting that shock-compressed CH conductivity is primarily temperature-dependent.

Determination of interfacial adhesion energies of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is very important for understanding the failure mechanism and predicting the life of *** the compression test with cohesive zone finite element method,the interfacial adhesion energy is *** is found that the critical interfacial adhesion energy is 120 J/m2 and the corresponding loading phase angle is–*** the increases of half-length of crack,the crack propagation tends to steady-state,and the steady-state interface energy release rate reaches 150 J/m2,edge delamination experiences almost pure mode *** results are good agreement with the FEM simulation results and the values available in the literatures determined by different test methods,which confirms validity of the method used in this study.

The Winter Mushroom or Enokitake is economically important and widely cultivated in commercial large-scale in East Asia. However, the phylogeny and species delimitation of the winter mushroom genus Flammulina have not been fully elucidated previously. In this study, 81 collections of Flammulina from East Asia, Europe and North America were studied, and their phylogeny and species delimitation were inferred from partial sequences of the internal transcribed spacer regions（ITS）,translation elongation factor 1-α（tef1-α）, the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II（rpb2） and partial sequence（labled as HD1-A） of homeodomain1（HD1） of mating gene in sublocus ***, genetic structure analyses based on genomic SSR markers and haplotype network analyses based on HD1-A were also employed in delimitation of the closely related taxa. 12 phylogenetic species were recognized, which was largely in consistence with previous ***, our integrated studies indicated that Enokitake is not identical with the true European Winter Mushroom F. velutipes, and, thus, should be treated as a separated species, namely F. filiformis. All cultivated strains of "F. velutipes" in East Asia, including the strains labeled as F. velutipes from Korea and Japan with genome sequence, are in fact F. filiformis. In addition, a new species, F. finlandica, was unanticipatively discovered in Northern Europe. Eventually, morphological descriptions, color photos of fresh basidiomata, line-drawings of microscopic features of the two species were presented.

目的探究基于CT的影像组学可否预测结直肠癌(CRC)KRAS/NRAS/BRAF基因的突变。方法这项回顾性研究由一个原始组(61例)和一个验证组(56例)组成,均经病理学证实为CRC。治疗前病人接受KRAS/NRAS/BRAF基因突变检测和增强CT检查。在门静脉期CT影像中共提取原发肿瘤346个影像组学征象。使用单变量分析评估基因突变与临床背景、肿瘤分期和组织学分化程度之间的关联。经特征加权算法(RElIEFF)和支持向量机方法来筛选关键征象并构建影像组学标签。结果影像组学标签与KRAS/NRAS/BRAF基因突变显著相关(P0.05)。结论基于CT的影像组学与KRAS/NRAS/BRAF基因突变具有相关性。CT可以用于分析CRC的肿瘤基因型,从而有助于确定治疗策略。

The phylogeny and systematics of cordycipitoid fungi have been extensively studied in the last two ***,systematic positions of some taxa in the family Cordycipitaceae have not yet been thoroughly *** this study,a new phylogenetic framework of Cordycipitaceae is reconstructed using multigene(nrSSU,nrlSU,tef-1α,rpb1 and rpb2)sequence data with large-scale taxon *** addition,ITS sequence data of species belonging to the lecanicillium lineage in the family Cordycipitaceae are used to further determine their phylogenetic *** on molecular phylogenetic data together with morphological evidence,two new genera(Flavocillium and liangia),16 new species and four new combina-tions are *** the new genus Flavocillium,one new species *** and three new combinations previously described as lecanicillium,namely ***,*** and ***,are *** genus liangia is built by the new species *** with lecanicillium-like asexual morph,isolated from an entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria *** to the absence of Paecilomyces hepiali,an economically and medically significant fungus,in the earlier phylogenetic analyses,its systematic position has been puzzling in both business and academic communities for a long ***,*** is recharacterized using the holotype material along with seven additional *** is assigned to the genus Samsoniella(Cordycipitaceae,Hypocreales)possessing Cordyceps-like sexual morph and Isaria-like asexual morph,and thus a new combination,namely *** is *** additional nine new species in Samsoniella are described:***,***,***,***,***,***,***,*** and *** new species in Cordyceps are described:***,***,*** and *** yunnanense,isolated from synnemata of Akanthomyces waltergamsii,is described as a new species.
